I stopped in Cobb Pawn and Gold today after visiting a couple shops today looking for gifts. Also inquiring about selling a firearm of mine. Looking around the shop i realized how fairly priced this store was compared to the others i visited. There jewelry selection and firearms selection were way more diverse than most other pawn shops i had visited. Most importantly there pricing was incredibly fair. The best part of my experience was the customer service and respect i was treated with. Thank you Jozef and staff. I will definitely recommend and be back for future business!

Misleading information from one of the employees. When I went to sign for my necklace I was pawning, thank god I read the notes. Because it said the diamond in the center was missing, although it was not. I wouldn’t come here to sell anything

So long story short I bought an amp and wasn't happy with it. I asked if i could trade it back and buy a different one. The manager made and the call and let me do this. I'm one satisfied customer. I will be back. They have a good selection of jewelry, guns, electronics and music equipment. If you are looking for a good deal go here. Not to mention they have some really cool rare guitars on hand. Thanks Jozef!

I love the place. Place is full of goodies ! Look diligent an hard. Plenty of jewelry, tools an equipment. They have great fire arms and plenty of quality pieces. Have maybe 5 different purchases always goes swell. Lay away available ! Great people who do business on the up sides !

Absolutely love this place! Always have a great selection (I’m usually in there to look at tools) and the staff and amazing! Friendly and inviting from the minute you enter to when you walk out the door! Glad to know Josef is still around, use to see him at another shop in the area. He is an awesome salesman! Knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! If you haven’t been by here yet, you should definitely make an effort to stop by!

Thank you for the memorable experience. I normally never go to pawn shops because of their typical dull selection and forgettable customer experience. From the door you get the vibe of a welcoming professional environment. Both ladies greeted us from the door. I had just left another pawn shop and I was amazed by how immensely better their selection of products are. They have a very good selection of modern windows 8 and 10 MINT condition laptops. They also have a wide spectrum of high quality jewelry that gives you a little bit of everything. The store is VERY clean and has nice cold AC blowing throughout the building. I came in to pawn a Michael Kors watch with them which they ended up matching a competitors offer to save me a trip in gas to go back to the competitor. This not only showed their excellent customer service but it also confirmed to me that they valued me as a customer and want me to shop and do business with them. Thank you for changing my stereotype of pawn shops being a dark dirty and unfriendly environment. I recommend this pawn shop to anyone that is looking for a pawn shop with a wide selection of merchandise and want an environment where you will feel welcomed and be given an experience that will encourage you to come back. Had a wonderful experience pawning my game system. When I called to inquire about pricing/loans, Ashley was very polite and not at all rude or annoyed with my questions like so many other shops. Upon reaching the shop, I was treated well and even received the discussed amount. I was sad that I had to put my system up for pawn, but am so glad that I received great service. Will definitely recommend and return!

I had a great experience at this shop. I sold Ross the owner a couple of Rolex watches that I had shopped around town. The two other shops that I went to tried to offer me about half what I was asking. I told Ross what I was asking and he just paid me.

I've never been in this place and felt anything less than appreciated! They are the most compassionate, caring, group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! My personality can either make or break any situation, so when I tell you that these people are phenomenal, either way! I will always be a customer in the good and bad times because of the service!!! This is the BEST pawn shop that I have ever been to! VERY clean and smells nice! It's more of a Pawn Boutique! Ashely was very helpful along with the other staff! Very friendly and genuine!! I will definitely go again and tell others about it!!

GREAT Service & AWESOME People I have been using this business for quite some time now. I refuse to go anywhere else. I have sold them items and they have always given me GREAT prices on the items I was selling. I also turn to them if I'm in need of a pawn situation. This is the best shop around in my opinion. All I have to say is WOW! I was nervous coming in to sell some old jewelry but Ashley helped me feel so welcome, like I was part of the family. I read reviews but never usually leave them but I would highly recommend to anyone. Ross and Ashley made me feel so welcome I wanted to stay and hangout!

Went in today with my mother, after recently having a hard break up with my ex, I decided to sell some of the jewelry he had gifted me when we were together. The staff was very friendly and made the process quick and easy. As a real estate and resale professional, it’s rare to trust and use a “Pawn Shop” as a partner or friend. Heck, last week, one of the employees helped change my watch band. These folks are good, honest people who I will continue to do business with as long as they are in business. Highly recommended, especially on the high-end buying front. They will not do you wrong.
