She is unprofessional, has no courtesy for others, and is a misleading and disrespectful I called her for 2 weeks regarding our closing, only to find out from Valerie, who was such a help, that it was cancelled. 'I am disgusted and will be sure to scream from the mountains to never deal with Kim Cardillo. She has no respect. Treated me like I was ignorant. She has the class of an ant

This is honestly one of the worst title companies in Florida. Mrs. Tina doesn’t reply messages when needed. There’s a breach of the agreements reached with the customers. It’s almost impossible to talk to the owner Mrs. Patricia Ragon to solve problems created in the contracts.

I personally do not recommend working with this company. There is no schedule with customers. There is no real follow-up. There is no effective communication with customers.

Called to find out some info on a property I had paid off. Valerie was very helpful and went out of her way to give me some information I needed. Great service.

Not helpful, VERY rude don't care about your concern, never return your calls. They don't even deserve a one star review. Especially if you speak to Amanda

Make a contract with this Title Company is really a nightmare. They doesn’t comply with the terms of the contract, nor with the word offered to their clients.
