Everyone at LaBelle Capital Pawn were awesome and so helpful. They even supplied me with cords to charge my PS 3. Apollo was so gracious to reset the game console for me so I would be ready to go when I got my games hooked up. I thank you all so much and highly recommend this location above all others I have visited.

The team members at labelle capital pawn are AMAZING we always receive the best service from them and they’re always super helpful , when my fiancé and I decided to change our lives forever and get engaged Alex helped us find the ring that I fell in love with at first sight I could never thank him enough . I will always recommend them and we definitely will be back !

This was the first time I have ever been in a Pawn Shop below and I honestly was so amazed by the professionalism of the Staff. I have worked in hospitality all my life and I was so impressed with my experience that I needed to let others know to visit this establishment. I dealt with in particular a nice young gentleman named Mark who I believe was the Manager, who took his time with me and explained everything in detail. I will most definitely re-visit and I applaud such a great business to deal with. Kudos!!!

Me and my kids went to capital pawn in search of games, when we went here we didn't suspect the reaction we got, ms. Gomez helped us get what we came in for and even more. She gave us fair prices and great games, we were surprised by the experience the employees showed and we were happy with the results. Great place to shop I will be telling me friends and family!

Me and my family bought a few games from capital pawn, the employees were helpful and kind. The items were in great shape and were satisfactory. Over all capital pawn is the place to go if you want cheap, fair pricing and good quality items. Me and my family will definitely come back.

I went there to sell a few diamond rings and was greeted nicely. The clerk I sold it to was soo kind and friendly. The store was organized and clean and was met with the kindest people. I would definitely come back the next time around.

I love this place. There are a few Capital Pawn locations within driving distance of me but this one by far is my favorite. The team here is always friendly and helpful. Like today, even though they were very busy, Ivon went out of her way to help me and make sure I felt valued as a customer. Can't say enough nice things about the people who work here and the store itself.

went in to buy a lawn mower yesterday got it for a decent price brought hit home found the gas tank had a leak. i brought it back and we found the spot together. afterwards i was offered my money back or i could have $50 back and go home and fix it. i chose to fix it and get $50 back. long story short great customer service. above and beyond my expectations.

Awesome, I bought a PC at another pawn shop, it was missing the mouse, I was referred to the Labelle Capitol pawn shop. I spoke to Mark and explained my dilemma and he gave me the mouse for free. Super friendly, they have an amazing inventory, definitely made me a loyal customer!!!

12 years of using this store and a last month was the last time I will use the store. I came in to make a pawn and have never been treated with such disrespect as I have with the new management. I came In and a man I assume is the new manager was on the phone and was having another clerk help him with what ever issue he was having on the phone. When he was done the clerk called me over by name as she has worked at this store for many years. As she started pulling up my Information to get my pawn started. He then interrupted her and had her stop to help him yet again. He then Looked at me and said oh I'm sorry if this was for you I would do the same. Um no you wouldn't because what I was doing was just as important and as who was on the phone. Bye capital pawn. By the way I had a friend with me who has also used this store for years who will no longer be using your store.

Have dealt with Jose before and have always been treated like family. They are all very friendly and helpful. My wife recently had to go in and she was treated very well and we will continue to be customers!

Love this shop! Everytime I walk in the door there's always a greeting from a staff member. Anjelica has always helped me with any questions I've had. The staff is great with remembering you when you return and make the customers want to come back.

I told Jose I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker and a pressure washer and he stopped doing what he was doing and immediately assisted me he looked and said we dont have the speaker ur looking for but I will check at the other stores to see if they do. He asked me to leave a phone number and he would get back with me. A couple of hours later he called me back and found what I was looking for. Now that’s some kind of service I haven’t experienced in a long time! Thank you Jose for going out of your way to keep a customer happy❤️👏🏼

7/8/19 just walked in to pick up a few dvds and see what they offer. The first thing that caught my attention was the order; Everything was well maintained and neat. The second thing that caught my attention was a portly gentleman overflowing with customer service, a rare jewel these days. I strongly recommend dropping by and checking them out. What an above average experience in a world filled with mediocre retail experiences.

The store manager Mark is really nice and great with people. The saff gives good prices on good products and is good with all the customer's. They treat you with respect and try to help you in any way they can. I recommend this store for everyone.

Well stocked store for a small town. I've bought a couple of used computers over the years at a good price and presume others are finding reasonable prices as well in this fairly busy store. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous and especially noted that Jose was especially helpful on my last visit.

Customer service was very helpful in replacing a battery for my watch. And was able to help adjust my watch band, and showed me got to do it. Great personality. I would use them again.

Got an original bike today for a deal! Some wear and tear, I wanted it, gave a deal to Him. Came back in 5 min, The Man knocked off some money for honesty, got more than what I paid for. Hope he has to, yet, read this. 11/10 stars. Only option is 5, out of 5 stars. That’s the only thing I’m mad about.

Have been doing business with this pawn shop for many many years like 10/11 years. Everyone is so friendly, always greets you and very knowledgeable in everything they sell and then some.( my husband always 20 questions Jose about vehicles and systems but Jose always knows what he is talking about and always gives his personal opinion if he were in that situation. Being new to the area I had to check out Capital Pawn as they were my favorite Pawn Shops in Palm Beach. Like all others Capital Pawn never disappoints this location has a welcoming friendly knowledgeable staff and different daily and weekly deals you just have to happen to be in there to catch. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed I do business with them now and will continue to from fishing reels to tools laptops tvs and game consoles they already have the best prices in town and will work with you with layaway.
