I've been to this location a multitude of times. They are extremely informative and very friendly. Honest company. I will continue doing business here 😌 I appreciate their positive, uppity attitudes.. they are all truly such wonderful individuals to converse with whether during a purchase or a sale. Highly recommend 👌

I typically don’t think to leave reviews but I had to because Marcus’ level of friendliness is a rare thing. They also have some great stuff and the shop is very clean and organized. Would highly recommend!

The music is great, the staff is nice, and they made selling my stuff easy and quick!

So many great things to say about the Lehigh Capital Pawn that I don’t even know where to start! My husband is a firearms collector and we usually frequent the Golden Gate City location since it is closer to our house. We have bought 2 shotguns from them since Christmas but their inventory is currently minimal so we decided to drive 45 minutes from our house to see what Lehigh had to offer. Best decision ever!!! They have tons of beautiful firearms to choose from! The staff is hands down the most friendly and helpful we have encountered at any pawn shop! We ended up putting two guns in layaway instead of the one we had planned on. Mario and Marcus have made us customers for life. Their help was certainly appreciated! Definitely worth the trip out of town!

Would Not recommend...if you are in a situation where you have to pawn something, go somewhere else. When you pawn they offer to give you text or emails to remind you of your due date, but they Don't! When I went to get my stuff, they charged me extra because it was due yesterday... When I said I never got a text or email, they said Well that's corporate. Then Why offer something you're Not going to do! Just a way to charge you More money when you are already having a tough time.

Victor made my experience super easy. Knew a ton about the game consoles i was looking at, and helped me get the right tv for it. Great customer service!

Awsome store had questions about an oculus quest I wasnt sure about and an associate Victor was more then helpful lots of knowledge on the electronics in the store very pleased will be back again!!!

I've been there several times and I have noticed that they can become extremely busy very quickly, but I've never experienced a situation where I've felt ignored. Yes, I've had to wait, but I've always been acknowledged. Otherwise, I've watched staff welcome everyone as they enter the store. I've had conversations with the owner on down and everyone has been helpful and attentive. With respect to gun safety, I've worked with a number of staff and not encountered that personally or witnessed it. (Thank goodness.)

This place is a joke!! My husband went in with some beats headphones that cost $299, they offered him $15… he went in with a Michael Kors watch that cost $200 they offered him $10… A $300 switch lite, they offered $50… are these people insane?!? It’s a JOKE!

Honestly a wonderful and kind experience. Having walking around all day looking for something to cheer me up, they’re great prices and customer service wowed me. I couldn’t actually believe it was a pawn shop. More like a cool Walmart 😂. Each Employee was helpful and gave their utmost honest opinion on every item i asked (and i asked a lot). For those in the area, i highly recommend this glorious Pawn Shop.

I came in there on Monday with an old school saga gaming console. Didn't pawn it but recieved ALOT cool info from this guy named Victor. SUPER knowledgeable and has an awesome personality!

We went in there really just to shop around, because we enjoy going to the pawnshops all across the country. Madison did a great job on showing us around and providing really great customer service. She treated us so well it was almost like being taken care of by family thank you so much for having such an awesome team member.

Hands down the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. The customer service is great and Mike was especially helpful with any questions I had. They have a great selection of items, i'll definitely be coming back.

It was an amazing experience at Capital Pawn. I can in with questions on an item and a staff member by the name of Mike made sure that I was taken care of and satisfied. The customer service here is second to none!

In the last 4 years when ever I was low on money or needed a loan for an emergency I only went to this pawn shop. They’ve always been reasonable and I can honestly say I’ve walked out happy and relieved of my financial problems every time I do business with them. All the employees are very cool and easy to deal with, but Kim & Manny are the two I think of first and I prefer to deal with either one of them when I come in. They’ve always taken good care of me so we’ve built a rapport over time for sure!! I highly recommend this pawn shop if you live in Lehigh, I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As well very professional when getting to the business. As well he offers the best and fairest prices on fire arms and other items of value.

A lot of tools and stereo equipment. I’d guess 6 staff members. I spent about 15 min looking at tools and found what I was looking for. Went to the register with my debit card in hand and visible. Waited 10-12 min. And was never acknowledged , very rude. I’d suggest if your white , you should probably consider bringing a Hispanic friend and you will be acknowledged and served. I proceeded to go to pawn shop up the street and was greeted when I walked in and found what I needed.

My experience with Lehigh capital pawn is veary delightful. All the employees are very knowledgeable and great for there customer service. I have been a value customer with capital pawn here in Lehigh acres for a few years now and every time I walk in I am greeted with friendly smiles I would recommend anybody is it comes up here for the good deals on all their merchandise and great deals on loans. Out of all the pawn shops that I have been to this one has been my best experience and friendly atmosphere that I've dealt with keep up the good work.

Inattentive staff. Went in specifically to look into purchasing a firearm. Not one staff member, of the 5-6 at the front counter, acknowledged our presence at the gun counter let alone our presence in the store (there were 3 of us, 2 adults). Completely missed out on a sale, there was a firearm there that we would have liked to see. I see this staff's lack of attention creating loss of business/revenue and a potential safety risk to anyone in this establishment. Our visit was around noon on 6/13/2020.

Capitol pawn is the best place to go if u need help with your belongings or accumulating more! Go see Marcus. He is wonderful. Reliable and Friendly. Couldnt ask for a better person to handle my jewlery. He can help with anything and would be glad to! Great experience all around! Sorry to hear hes not at my Naples-Davis location any longer! Manager, John, is a super awesome guy. Always treated fairly. ALWAYS with respect. ALWAYS with a smile on his face. I used to see him at the Cape Coral location and super disappointed to see him go, but still keeps in touch with me and I will drive the extra 20 miles to go to this location to strike a deal! John is the ONLY guy to go to see for a fabulous deal! I give him a Super Seahawks Thumbs Up!!!

Been going there for 3 years now and Manny is always super helpful. I’ve bought a variety of things and he’s always very knowledgeable of the products and helpful with finding me the best items to fit my budget. Every time I go in, he’s the guy I see!

Had a great experience here. Manager was friendly, responsive, and respectful. Gave me more than I expected on my loan. Best part about it was that they worked to understand and creatively solve my cash squeeze.

Great experience with one of the workers named Eric, this guy is truly an amazing employe. Helped me out in a very understandable way, helped me find what I needed in less than 2 minutes! No stalling straight forward to it. Very nice and respectful, I highly recommend this store for your choice.

Tried to sell a 2000 rifle and someone working there said they would only do 550 because there selling them online used for 900 and when I went outside I checked my phone and went on the same website and could not find one under 1600 so I’m confused as to why he would lie to me.

This pawn shop was great. The customer service I received from Mike was exceptional. I love the fact that he could speak Creole with my mother and he found exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back to work with him again.

Staff is great but no one ever picks up the phone when I call, just rings then goes to voice-mail which is full and can't receive messages!

So far I have only been in twice but I can say both times the staff was extremely helpful and on point. I came in a little before they opened and they were able to tell me they had what I needed in stock. So I could come back and pick it up. When I walked in they already knew who I was and were ready to check me out quickly. They answered any questions I had and informed me on something’s I didn’t know. I highly recommend this store. I searched all over and they were the only place that had the ammo I needed in stock.

Capital pawn is the only pawn shop I shop at. Very friendly environment and all employees are ready to help, and they have great prices!
