I truly enjoy working with these guys. Always my first stop to sell or buy. I actually go out of my way to go to this pawn because of their customer service. Couldn’t be more helpful and kind and just fun to talk to about all pop culture and nerdy superhero things!

This was my go to spot general manager is a very nice guy. but the manager is a scammer doesn't even seem like he wants to be there half the time.poor attitude I have spent quite a bit there with the GM but since my last experience there I will not be back. I guess I will return to capital to do my purchases from now on very unprofessional.im not one to talk bad about anyone but with the kind of attitude I received I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only one with complaints. I bought a few guns here over time an always been Treated like family!!! The staffing is very familiar with the guns for any questions you have.

Best pawnshop in lee county, juan has helped me since i first walked through the door and almost 2 years later,still the only person i will deal with when it comes to firearms. Overall every employee is very respectful and help to their fullest potention. 10/10 would recommend

Rubi and Xavier are the absolute best! They helped me out with printing something for me. I noticed when I walked in the environment was much more classy than your usual pawn shop vibe, they had an amazing firearm selection and were very helpful! Will absolutely go back and if your a firearm enthusiast they absolutely have a great selection of guns which some you can't even find at shoot straight. Thank you again!

When I walked into the store I was greeted very nicely Juan the manager was outstanding extremely friendly and the girl behind the counter was also very very friendly I will definitely recommend them and return for all my jewelry needs I bought a bracelet there at another time but my old bracelet turned out to be an even exchange very courteous

So i was gold digging in my jewelry box and found a lot of broken jewelry. I stopped by First Pawn and was greeted by friendly smiles! Juan is great with people, then here comes Dali, with the sweetest, friendly and willingness to team play with Juan so that he could assist other patrons. You are never just part of a wall at First Pawn. Then enters David with a great smile and ready to work....that is after he feeds his grumbling belly. Absolutely love this place! I like the place don't get me wrong I bought a ring from them try to resell it to them just for them to offer me way lower than what I paid from them and not to mention they said I bent the ring when I bought it from them just like that so be careful seems like these guys don't check anything

I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated today after being a loyal customer for over 2yrs. Previously gave this place 5stars but after today I will never return. I was called annoying and cursed at because I was disgruntled and didn’t agree with a loan contract in which I paid in total. Never have I ever been treated this way in any other establishment. I’ve had bad service before but never did I expect to be cursed at, I really had to hold my cool because I don’t tolerate disrespect(imagine if I had stooped to their level) AVOID AT ALL COST. Their all wolves in sheep clothing and after today they showed who they are classless and deprived of integrity.

Just stopped in today. The place is very nice. David was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I needed to pawn something but he definitely gave me a reasonable price. Thanks again David. Oh and the place is not cluttered and over crowded like their competition. Definitely more friendly and seem like genuine people. I will be doing my birthday purchases here.
