It's the best Pawn Shop in Highlands County. I always have a good experience when I go, and the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The best part is now they sell GUNS! They have a great assortment of ammunition as well, which is hard to find right now.

This is my go-to place for affordable tools, electronics, jewelry, movies and more. Capital Pawn is also a Glock dealer (which are the best handguns IMO) at fantastic prices, and many other well known brands. Especially the two gorgeous Kimber handguns on display. Anytime I can't what I'm looking for, I go to Capital Pawn. Very knowledgeable and professional employees and a clean store seal the deal for me. Worth a visit for sure!

Needed cash for gas to be able to drive four hours to a new job. The owner; upon hearing this doubled the cash for my pawned items. He and his staff were very friendly and I enjoyed our pleasant conversation even after the transaction was complete. I would say exceptional service and equitable prices.

Capital Pawn is by far the best pawn shop in town :-P !! They have a wide selection of new and gently used items ranging from salt water fishing poles, jewelry, electronics, instruments and more! I have been part of the Capital Pawn family for years now and the friendly staff has never let me down. I recently had fallen ill and missed my due date for the payment on an item that is VERY important to me. Needless to say i was distraught and in tears by the time i had arrived to the store. The manager quickly comforted me in such a way that I didn't feel judgement. He worked with me to set a plan of action to get my item back as quickly as possible! He also left a note on my account about the extenuating curcumstances so all staff was aware of the arrangement. I seriously would never even consider stepping foot in another pawn shop as long as this one is open!!

The women working the day I came in were so nice, positive, and upbeat - it was so refreshing to see that level of service that can be so rare these days. I think her name was Ana, but the woman who helped me made a difficult and embarrassing situation feel so much better and she really helped meet my needs. I will definitely be doing business here again, and refer anyone I know to them because of how awesome I was treated and taken care of! Thank you Capital Pawn team - keep up the amazing job!!!

Went in today to sell some jewelry I had not even looked at in almost 10 years. Patrick was very professional and walked me through all the steps since this was my first visit to a pawn shop. The shop was clean, organized and well lit. Very happy with the experience and excited to have some unexpected cash to put toward my son’s school tuition!

Let me start off by saying they not only help you when you are in a bind and need cash quickly, but they also are understanding if heaven forbid extenuating circumstances occur such as our last batch of hurricanes and working with the community to help them keep their items during the pandemic. Other staff echo Patrick's qualities and all work well as a team. Those who have presented negative reviews either went to a different store or have unfortunate personality problems. Story time first time coming to this pawn shop , there was a nice selection of items to choose from.Store was very organized and clean ,workers was great there was one in particular her name is Melody . This place is awesome. It has everything and anything anyone could ever want. Their prices are amazing but what made this pawn shop stand out was the customer service. I was highly impressed with Patrick. He was super helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. There has always been a certain stigma when it comes to pawn shops but I didn't feel that at all here. I Went into this pawnshop having to pawn my husbands gun And was very upset about it and started crying. The customer service agent named Jay was so helpful, so respectful, and very concerning about my situation.
