Entering into a pawn shop normally creates an odd feeling of anxiety within me. It is usually at a time when I am desperate trying to make ends meet. But I have to say that Value Pawn And Jewelry has completely changed my previously held beliefs. Specifically, a man named Jeremy. Since the first day I met him he had a calm, kind and caring demeanor. He listened intently and then was honest about specifics. It is definitely not every day that I can say I met someone who was genuine at a pawnshop. Jeremy exceeded my expectations and talked to me like a human being. He made it obvious he was not just someone trying to make money. I ended up feeling comfortable. I did not feel like I got scammed in any way, shape or form. I just want to sincerely thank him and advise Value Pawn And Jewelry that this man deserves a raise. Just for the fact that I left after my visit not feeling like I got cheated out of my valuables. Thank you, Jeremy, from the bottom of my heart and I am thankful that other people will receive such a positive experience if they get to work with you.

Very friendly service! The person I talked to was very knowledgeable on jewelry and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I always go here first before I buy jewelry anywhere else. I believe the guys name was Joell . Very knowledgeable guy!

1st time visiting there was an excellent experience. The associate that helped me and my friends was very kind and patient. There were things that we desperately needed but are on a fixed income. He did the best that he could to help us out however he could. I would definitely recommend this shop over any other shops I have seen.

Terrible place to shop especially worse when the untrustworthy workers are there I wouldn't leave one star but it's required to leave a comment be super careful when purchasing from here if u choose to bc some of the workers don't know the products or pretend not to know the products and will rip you off I traveled a long way to get my money back tht they hated and didn't want to return but I got it I will never shop here ever!!! If you're looking for anything they have for sale try buying elsewhere

Best Pawn shop in SLC! They are fair and will work with you. I lost my job and although I started a new one, there were a few weeks in between that I needed to get through. I took some things to Value Pawn. Not only did they make sure I got the most I could, they made me feel comfortable doing so. Jeremy is great!

This is my favorite pawn shop, always good prices and friendly, caring staff. I always have good service from Les and Rocky, friendly and helpful always. I go just to look around and they always have something really nice to sell and affordable, great layaway plans and great discounts. Go enjoy and treat yourself, spouse, family or friends with something nice. They have cool guns and electronics for everybody.
