My car company ran my loan thru this bank. Terrible service, never got a statement, bill, or any info. Have to make cash payments at the branch because of their low access payment options. Even then use a automatic teller portal. No personal interaction, just give me the money!

Great people for the most part! They are better than any bank I have ever done business with. They have a change machine which is a big deal for me free for members and only 3% Fee for non members. Great bank thank you guys! Side note.... Kylie Rogers is outstanding very well spoken a true expert in customer service (very hard to find these days) she would be an asset to any company.

I love this credit union. Amazing service and employees who are always on top of it. Great rates, and a great phone app. I couldn't be happier.

Shout out to Yury for going way above and beyond for helping me out on several occasions through the process of getting a loan from CFCU -- it was a painless process. He's great with people, they're very lucky to have him on their team. The gentleman tending the front (he was there both times when I was at the location) was also really nice and amazing at handling a full lobby of six plus people solo on his own -- that's way too much for one person, but he handled it like a true professional. I appreciated the entire experience, thank you so much!

I have always received great customer service and friendly staff. I don’t like that we now have to use the “live on screen teller” for all deposits and withdrawals. 5 stars for the staff.

I have been a member for two years and have had absolutely no problems. Everyone working there is extremely nice and it feels like they actually enjoy their jobs and love to help people. The Happy Valley branch helped me get my first credit card, and Travis was fun to talk to.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the banker we worked with was friendly and helpful. We were looking to refinance a car and came across Clackamas. We reached out and told them the situation- which I admit, isnt ideal for refinancing or loan requesting. However, we were asking for literally 12% of our yearly income in a refinance and they assured us that they are a smaller bank and work with the people, not the just numbers. We had proof of income, proof of previous payments made for 2 cars, not just the 1 we were refinancing, and also had proof of payments made to other creditors they asked about. They dangled us on the idea that they would actually give us more than what we were requesting for the refinance, so that we could pay down a debt and help raise our credit. We asked if this was necessary and were told no, but that it would look better to the underwriters. So we said ok. Weeks went by and they still could not make a decision. We were on a time frame since the car we were trying to refinance was in a deceased's name and the finance company was getting impatient and was threatening to reposes the car. In the end, we had to purchase a new car and were unable to keep the car we had almost paid off. To some this may not seem like a big deal, but we feel like Clackamas dangled the possible and more than likely chance of getting a loan from them if we "showed the underwriters the income and payments" and instated had to make a haste decision to purchase a new car with a higher interest rate and purchase price than the $6k we were trying to finance. They then suggested that we wait a few months and then ask them to refinance again. No thank you. I appreciated the banker's willingness to help, but I think it was incredibly inconsiderate for the underwriters to keep asking for things, which we provided, only to come back and say no.

Ashley and all the team members did an excellent job at communicating all of the loan options for me. Thanks to them we get our first Rv.
