Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Merriman Rd, Westland

I don’t plan on banking here ever again. I made a cash deposit to the ATM the ATM took my money gave me a receipt and told me to contact my financial institution just to tell Me that they can’t help me at all I thought Banks were supposed to manage your money not take it now I have no access to the money I deposited don’t know when I will have it I have bills that need to be paid and there’s nobody that can help me thanks a lot do not bank here

Worst bank ever. When I open the account the manager wrote my account number wrong on the card he gave me. You're telling me a bank manager that works at a bank cannot copy numbers right or at least verify it. I had trouble getting my taxes cuz of it. My first stimulus check. And my second stimulus I'm going to have to claim on my taxes. and then lied to me about the free $300 of when I was supposed to receive it.

Best bank every, whenever I go to the branch the ladies are always friendly and helpful.

I don’t come to this location often but when I do it’s a few gentlemen working which are very kind.. Gives great service but today it was bunch of women working I’ve never seen before either didn’t give off great welcoming vibes has me walk up just to let me know she’s not gonna be helping me I have to move down to this other woman the service I needed today they were no help whatsoever and when I tried to explain they didn’t care and was very rude when I’ve done it before at serval other locations after leaving I had no thank you or have a good day nothing like that said to me. Definitely will not be back to this location it’s being run by some snotty rude women!

Awesome Bank & Great Associates. I called the branch and spoke with Adriana and was in need of change and she saved my business, with every other institution in the area being closed on the weekend and holidays. Very helpful and generous :)

Promised a checking bonus..there was a little branch mixup..and marketing department.. delivered checking bonus with lots of follow up. great customer service 👍
