My spouse has been with this bank for almost 20 years. I changed banks to this one because of my interactions with the people who work there. It's an old-style lobby and drive-through experience with modern perks such as online banking. I trust them more than a bigger bank because they actually know and recognize me. In fact, I mentioned my spouse's name fully expecting them to be unaware of him. Instead, the teller perked up, told me, "Oh yes! I know him!", has proceeded to ask about him. They're very kind and will go the extra mile for you!
