Tabitha was very professional during the entire process, the office is extremely sound & clean. She has such a passion for her job that it translated into having a excellent experience. It really showed that she cares about her job and her clients, she went above and beyond than what is expected of her. I highly recommend her and anyone would be lucky to have her as their representative. Pamela Anderson is one of the sweetest, most genuine and helpful customer service rep that works front desk for this company. I haven’t had one conversation with her that could have any negative remarks. I can ensure this company seems very professional and has great employees!

Pamela Anderson that works the front desk was very professional and helpful. She took the time to go over everything that I asked in detail. More customer service people should be like her. Very welcoming and friendly. If anyone is looking to get a loan or thinking about one, they should get ahold of her. I would recommend her to anyone.

i just want to say how impressed i am with this company. i was next door and i seen a staff member come out to help an older man on a scooter. she had to go back and forth, each time she smiled and had him laughing. when he left i had to come in and say how impressed i was. she was super cute she said if i ever need a loan to stop in and either her or her co workers would be happy to help me. Nicole gave me a few cards and said that if i knew anyone in need of a loan to send them in and i'll get $40 for each person. wow. if i am ever in need i will come to empire. by far the greatest customer service and personality out the roof. FIVE STARS

i called at 6 something and the office was closed. i told Nikki to call me in the morning or either i would call her. the next morning she called me at 9am and went over the loan application. she was very knowledgeable and helpful. she knew her stuff. i was approved and she told me what to bring in so that away i wouldn't have to run around like i've had to do with previous loan companies. she spoke clearly and my experience was beyond expectations. 5 stars would be underrated when it comes to her and the company she works for. she is the epitome of customer service and very genuine. i broke down and she comforted me with words. when i arrived to do the paper work she was just as wonderful as she was over the phone. i truly cant express enough gratitude. thank you empire finance. i will refer many people to your company. truly was an amazing experience. i will continue to conduct business.
