Citizens Bank Madison Ave, Lakewood

I have banked with them since I opened my business. They have been helpful and professional, Every single time. The manager Ted helped me with a few times, he was great. I appreciate you guys, keep up the great work! I would highly recommend this bank and branch 👍🏼👍🏼

Great service. It's a busy branch but the tellers are friendly and helpful. I've been banking here for years. I've had help with many things like business loans and opening new accounts.

It's an older building style. They have two drive up ATM s.

Charge for deposits that bounce and it's no fault of your own. Charge for insufficient funds even though you deposit checks the same day but you ha e to wait a day for the bank to add the funds to even use your money even if the check is made from a bank and not a personal check.. So don't use your money till a day later. Charge for paper statements. Used to offer free insurance, free checking without terms of usage but took all of those away after suckin you in. Personally I've never been treated so horribly from a bank in my life and moving my personal checking, business and savings to a different bank. The only good thing are the tellers that are very nice. The bank is even owned by an off shore company but based in Pennsylvania to throw you off. Best find a bank that actually wants to hold your money and not for company gain to screw you o er every Chance they get. What happened to a bank that takes pride in there customers.

The people are nice, helpful, and quick. I never have a very long wait or issues. I like this branch.

The people are overworked and it shows, They once told me that I needed too be a Member of their bank too get a $20 bill exchanged for quarters for laundry.

Worst branch. Nicole is the manager and she hates her life!!
