Huntington Bank Berea Rd, Cleveland

The design of this parking lot not only is dangerous but impractical. It blocks all traffic flow if the atm/teller window is busy. It also nearly causes so many accident of people trying to pull into the driveway because it is located directly next to the corner.

I have been a customer of Huntington (and various predecessor banks) for 29 years. I am a fairly educated individual. After making a fairly routine deposit, two weeks later I got an urgent voicemail from an employee at this location. She left no details about why she was calling. Fearing the worst, I called back. She immediately told me that my accounts (which are both free and date back to the 90s) would start getting fees charged to them, as I did not maintain a $25,000 balance between them. Incredulous, I told her to send me the account agreements, and I informed her that she would not be charging any fees, as none were charged before and there is no support for it. She said it may have been an oversight on their part, and started to ramble on about the various accounts she could put me into (likely generating some sales commission for her) that would not generate fees. I refused, a bit more forcefully the second time, and told her to send me the agreements. About an hour later, I got an email from her reciting terms I'd never seen before, but no account agreement. I again reiterated my request, this time in writing. I was met with several emails chiding me for my "harshness" and "tone," when she was the one who cold-called me with no information, threatened to take my money without cause, and then failed to support her actions. She spent the rest of the afternoon repeatedly emailing me. This is deeply unprofessional, deceptive, sloppy, and inappropriate, especially in the midst of a pandemic. I will never return to this location.

Employee mistake locked my account & now they want me to jump through hoops.

Went today to pay two car payments; the customers were lined up three and four deep, with more coming in at the rate of two or three per minute. As usual, there were several customers that seem to feel the need to make every transaction a major life event requiring endless dialogue, which slowed things down. In the midst of all this, one associate just decided to close her station, and fool around wrapping cash in a leisurely manner with her back to the customers. This, more than anything, shows that Huntington’s priorities are not on customer service, and that they have no respect for our time. I was finally waited on by another associate who was friendly and efficient, so I decided to award one star for this review. When I left, the other associate was still lollygagging around wrapping cash instead of waiting on the customers. Routine chores should be able to be postponed in order to serve customers in a timely fashion. No wonder mobile and on-line banking has become so popular. I will try to find another, more efficient Huntington branch where I can pay my car payment. Wish me luck; I’m sure I’ll need it.

Unbelievably slow sevice. Drive thru service is an afterthought. Sometimes I wait and no one answers at all. No attempt to provide customer service.

The women that work there are extremely rude and unfriendly. Will never go back.

I come to this branch because it's the closest to handle banking for my business. Well since this Covid numbers are climbing they have closed all lobbies and you can only go to the drive thru and have been there multiple days trying to be ik n a good space in the line. I can't wait til this COVID IS OVER!!

Always loved this place, since all has happened with the virus, it's like going to donate everyone is a table away. But I swear they made the food so fast it was ready with-in minutes didn't even finish our coffee and there was the food hot as ever. 4stars

Increased security with two sets of locking doors, keeping you between them until the previous one is completely latched and locked. While understandable, this increases risk should someone need a quick exit in the case of a fire or another emergency.
