They want you to put blind trust in their services and will not provide you loan options unless you commit to using them. When I asked for information to be sent to me so I could compare, John Deleva told me he would not do that. I have to just trust they are the best option and I needed to either commit to working with them or move on. Apparently, I was asking too many questions trying learn about options, and he told me they weren't the company for me. A good company encourages their potential clients to shop around. How can you trust a company that won't be transparent up front?
