Citizens Bank Twelve Mile Rd, Warren

One of the worst banks I’ve ever been too. The manger was actually the one enabling sick and rude behavior among her Asian and mixed staff and to see them staring at me and feeling the uneasy vibe in the space made me sick to my stomach. How dare you women breath with sickness in your souls? I truly came in for replacement card but I will praise the day when I’m informed of this branch’s closing due to low consumer sales, poor customer service and rude experiences and customer service across the board! Your manager is Leading your destiny into failure and it’s a beautiful site to see!

I called in to get some rates on a HELOC and I spoke with a very helpful associate named Mirna. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the details of all the products they have at Citizens Bank. She took the time to explain and answer all the questions that I had and was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you for your help and look forward do doing business with you.

The bank teller and the bank manager were rude. I'd rather deal with the ATM machine in the lobby then deal with rude humans inside the bank. Being inconcider it with a bad attitude towards your customers isn't cool. Next time get up off your high horse and be kind to the people that are keeping your job. I wouldn't recommend this Bank location. I like Citizen Bank, but this location has a couple of rude people.

Sadly, on Monday April 29th, 2022 I will informed on why this business has such low ratings as it does, I stopped by for a replacement card before I went shopping in the plaza! I walked in and the first staff member on far right, (asian girl, tall, kind) she stared at me and was ruded once I walked up to her for service. Immediately, I could see what kind of experience this was going to be for the banking. She ignored me and that let me know right there that she one works with races/people she is comfortable with; which is terrible customer service to begin with. To neutralize the cringe and conflict in the air, the manger softly speaks and said she can help me to the other side. When I tell you within 15 minutes the woman had an rude tone, condescending evil eye contact; and patronized me like a African American toddler who have never been inside a banking institute, I gladly and calmed exited and prayed to myself. She contested! She pleads that she was actually being nice to me, I said really? … she told me to leave and I said you’re really not going to help me?, she says she’s the manger like she’s in some 2010’ romcom and not like she’s replaceable, and I gasped. How can you be trained in customer service if you yourself as manager if losing your self control, ego and temper within less than five minutes of handling a customer? Doing something simple as a card replacement? That just shows you that is something deeper under the surface and my other reviews can paint the picture in great detail as well. Shame on you.

This Citizens bank at Tech Plaza is by far the worst Citizens bank I’ve visited. Untrained and poor customer relations. If HE(unsure name) is working HE’S not only slow but rude. So Citizens closes my friendly Schoenherr location and leaves me with this.. Time for me to bank elsewhere!

I love employees at that location! They are very friendly and helpful. There is a young lady there and her name is Nour, and I think she’s a banker. She helped me with all my questions. Thank you Citizens Bank for hiring suck employees.
