Huntington Bank Hoover Rd, Warren

If i could i would give them no starts. I was with them for 12 years. I had two people that try to steal money from my account they did nothing. One person stole from 32000 from me and nothing was done. The second time someone try to hack my account and they close my account for no reason and said i could not bank there her your money back bye. I am on ssdi they lost everything i had. Have nothing. Shame on this bank. It is not my fault that there are scamer and hacker out there. I am just trying to live my life. If i was you i would never leave my money there or trust them. That is how i feel.good luck everyone

The new staff here is amazing and so friendly. Laura is so patient and helpful, I highly recommend her if you see her

Never have I ever been as disrespected at a public institution as this one. Take your business and banking needs elsewhere. All the employees and manager here hate their lives and customers equally.

Was having trouble finding a bank to set up a new checking account.There online setup is awesome. And went to this branch to fund my account.Laura couldn't have been more helpful and patient.5 stars across the board.

They don’t even deserve a star they are horrible they need to put a sign at their door saying that if u have multiple deposit u need to come at certain time before u close. They are just horrible.

This is by far the worst location they lack customer service very rude,and unprofessional. Ericka doesn’t know how to do her job and doesn’t know how to deal with customers I just needed reasons why my check isn’t deposited yet and she has the worst attitude she told me to leave the bank and threw the check in my face I don’t think she is capable of working such job

Extremely rude service. They don't know their own processes. Had to spend 2 hours here waiting for an employee to figure out how to open an account and still left with no account opened. Returned the next day and the manager was the rudest person I've ever spoken to and began raising her voice to get me to leave to another branch. Would leave 0 stars if I could

I have banked with Huntington and will die as their customer. Although I'm banking out of state and they don't service Virginia. They are strong in terms of customer service, and the benefit of control I have over my own money and accounts is unprecedented. They service 7 states according to one of their reps I just hung up with she said maybe that's what keeps them tightly connected as a business. I have never ever in the past 3 years of me banking with them had an issue. Best bank in America. I hope people realize this as the whole Huntington communities continue to succeed both customers and employees.

I've been banking here for years. Great customer service, friendly staff and pretty quick service. Sometimes slower because they take the time to say hello to everyone on a personal level. Customer service is everything, and they are the best!!
