I had a fraudulent charge on my Credit Card. I noticed this on July 4th (holiday) the team lead and manager at my local branch were unable to help resolve my issues and concerns for two days and told to come back when I received my new card. Needless to say I was upset and frantic. I decided to reach out to a different branch manager. While calling a different branch (I thought) was routed through a call center where Tracey was able to review my accounts and card and handle EVERYTHING! Tracey went above and beyond her job to assure and take care of this issue where a team lead and manager didn’t. She was amazing with her customer service! She is DEFINITELY someone I will call on in the future! (If needed) Thank you so much Tracey! You rock!💕🥳

Cherisha Garner helped me out with my account the other day. She was the first representative that actually listened to, figured out what was going on with my account and payment, and fixed it without just passing me along to another rep. My family and I have been banking with community choice for years and we refuse to go to another bank due to their friendly and personal atmosphere. This week was another example, Personal Advisor Team Lead Amanda Cecconie went above and beyond to help me get a loan to purchase a new vehicle. We are members with two credit unions and dealing with Community Choice, specifically Brooke R., was amazing and is making us consider switching everything over to Community Choice. From the time we walked in the office on Saturday, Brooke was helpful, got our loan approval, and gave us information on what we needed to complete the purchase of our RV. Everything went extremely smoothly and the transaction was completed within 4 days. Could not have been happier with the service.

Inquired about an RV loan, and was very pleased with the outcome and experience. Erika Q. and Amanda C. were very informative and attentive to all of my inquiries about everything, and ultimately through the application process with Erika's assistance. Their response times for everything was super fast, and Erika helped make it a very quick and extremely painless experience. No gimmicks or issues with anything. A billion stars.....Nejla was an incredible customer service representative! I was trying to dispute a charge on my VISA Comm Choice Card and it was a classic case of "we cant help so call the number that sent you to us"...after several hours of being hung up on by Card Services (due to a time out issue possibly)..Nejla kept calling me back and we called them together and got hung up on together. She continued to call me back and eventually she was able to manually resolve the situation by putting in the disputed charge. 4 hours of madness and Nejla found a solution. Excellent person to have on your staff!

I had such a pleasant experience coming to Community Choice! Kara specifically took the time to help me with what I wanted. She made sure everything was correct. All of the staff are super nice and genuine. It made me happy to bank with this branch!

I got a $30 overdraft fee for $0.89! I got 2 fees in May on the same day while I was trying to check my balance all day to see if I needed to make a deposit. The system was down all day and the next day I got two fees! I would not refer anyone to use this financial institution!

Dropped into the Warren location because I purchased a house and didn't want to continue to come out of upfront cost for repairs. Amanda Cecconie offered a Shared secured product that consolidated all of my upfront cost for the repairs Great Rate and Saved me so much money by allowing me more then enough time to payoff the contractors instead of paying them immediately … If your a home owner I recommend you drop in and ask Amanda about this product Thank you so much Amanda the Service was Excellent and Fast

Recently, I was looking to make a change from my credit union of 14 years to a place that would offer more financial tools than my current. I decided to choose Community Choice Credit Union and was put in touch with Bree. She made the transition so seamless. I currently live in the Traverse City Area and that played no factor in how seamless the process of opening account was. I was able to send a few emails, provide and verify information over the phone and e-sign documents! Bree also took the time and care to process a small personal loan which was just as easy as opening an acct. I highly recommend this particular Credit Union— they’re customer service is nothing short of spectacular!

I had a problem logging into an account that was set up as a trust by my deceased aunt. I spoke to a few people without resolution, then was fortunate enough to reach Ciara Smith. She was exactly what every customer should want from a customer advisor. She was kind, polite, informative, knowledgeable, and diligently resolved my account issues. She then gave me her contact information so I could contact her if I had additional problems. Very impressive. All financial institutions should provide this level of support.

I’ve been a member for a long time. Never have I felt so at home with a company. Short of having a key,lol, they treat you good here. The only reason you have to ask for a manager is just to figure out who they are. Great team here and would be hard pressed to find better.

Frustrating experience with a local hotel, overcharged. Hotel not helpful, directed me to the bank. Kerry was fantastic. No one was available in the department that would usually handle my problem, so she communicated with them via messaging. She even wound up calling the hotel on my behalf to speak to the manager. By the end of the day, there was no resolution from the hotel, so Kerry managed to find someone (with only 15 minutes left in the business day) who was able to correct my account with all of the evidence she gathered. I recently moved, and was planning to switch credit unions next week. Because of this transaction, we have decided to keep our CCCU account open. Thank you!

The staff greeted me when I arrived, they were courteous, professional and accommodating. I was waited on quickly and all my questions were answered. My account was set up, ATM card in hand, paperless billing set up, on line access set up and beneficiaries were in place before I left. I was very pleased walking out of there. Rob B was a great help Saturday when I went to the Warren location. He not only helped me open up an account but he helped with a wire transfer. I’ve never transferred money via electric wire before and he explained the process to me and answered all my questions . I was faced with a very hard decision that the helpful folks (Erica and Martina) at Community Choice Credit union made very easy for me. I was in between institutions and needed one who plays nice with Plaid so I could invest some money. It worked! Plaid worked and it hadn’t with the big banks and other lesser credit unions. I’m moving my business banking there ASAP and I urge you to as well! Always met with a smile and great information I’ll be banking here for the long haul! P.s. It has been a pleasure working with the Warren branch of Community Choice Credit Union over the past 5 years. It is exciting to have my used car loan finally paid-off. The Warren branch tellers are always friendly and courteous when dealing with them inside the credit union. It was even nicer when there was complementary popcorn or coffee pre-COVID.

I called in to the member center with several needs & questions. Usually when I make a call like this it's mundane reps answering the line. Not today! Nikki took my call, and she was very upbeat and pleasant. She really paid attention while I was letting her know what I needed. She had resolutions, suggestions, and answers for everything I was inquiring about. She's got lot of knowledge, and I honestly found her to be one of the most helpful representatives I've ever dealt with. I have been a client of community choice for a few years now. I've visited most of their locations in the Wayne county/Macomb county area. Every location I go to has had exceptional customer service and friendly attentive staff who are always more than willing to go the extra mile when needed. My husband and I in a pickle today received the greatest service we could ask for at the tail end of what has felt like a nightmare (currently in the home buying process). I couldn't be more thankful for the care and attention given to my husband when he visited this location today.

Fantastic online customer service support from Miss Tracey. She went above and beyond her duties in trying to solve a problem adding an external account to our CCCU account. Miss Tracey was the most enthusiastic representative that I've had the pleasure of dealing with and wanted this opportunity to learn how to solve this particular issue in the future as a good learning experience for her to help other customers. I have had the most terrible customer service in the history of banking. I called the credit union to get an update on a loan Iam over 36 day behind. When I spoke to the loan representative he advice me that I owed $850. It's $135.00 a month loan that's impossible. He also told me thaty camper was out for repo for the last 3 month. Very nicely I said that impossible please look over and and give me a correct amount so I can make a payment. He puts me on hold 7 time waiting for a manager as I have spent over 40 + minutes waiting for a resolution he get on the phone and demands payment even after having numerous conversation that the credit union's math is not correct and there is a system error that is adding insurance that I don't need or requires to have as I have had insurance on this vehicle and what ever fee they are adding. I was on hold for over 40 minues no one solved my issue or called me but they were demanding a massive amount of money, that was not even close to the amount I owe. Please fix your system, and most importantly fix your customer service department as it seems to lack alot of finesse! That's how a credit union will never evolve into a Bank.

But anyway they went far above and beyond to solve a small issue we had with a loan. They fixed what we came in for and then some. Now we actually make money just for using there services! Stopping by on a Saturday Sept 12th I was surprised and pleased to have inside lobby service, Kara is on staff and very professional and handled my transaction quickly and smoothly.. knowledgeable and friendly put me at ease.. so glad I use community choice credit union for my banking needs. This location in warren is beautiful.

Just opened an account with Amanda at the Warren branch and she was amazingly informative. She asked questions about my financial goals for the year which allowed her to tailor my accounts so that they can help me achieve those goals. I even added a travel/vacation savings as I resolved to travel more! Amanda was very personable and knowledgeable and I look forward to working with Community Choice Credit Union in the future.
