Every time I go there it’s a pleasant experience. Very personable and you can tell they love their jobs by the way they treat every single customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Awesome staff!! Everyone is great! Edit - long time customer and I am a little disappointed. I showed up at 550 because an urgent matter came up and the door was locked. the representative inside said they were closed. I hate showing up close to closing time but if the sign says 6pm, lights are on, and your open sign says come in, you should follow it.

The staff is always professional, friendly, and flexible if necessary. I've worked with Karen the most and she always does a wonderful job!

Poor Customer Service! The owner needs to have a meeting about the dress code. When working in the public eye you have to look up to standards. Nobody wants to come into a business establishment and see an employee looking like they rolled out of bed. As a business owner I would never allow any of my employees to come into my establishment looking any kind of way. It hurts the brand of the company. Could possibly decrease sales or the closing of a business. I noticed a lot of things coming into this location the woman looked overwhelmed. Why is she working alone all the time where is the team? This particular location I thought would be managed rather well but, I was digusted and very unhappy with the service. I would never come here again very unprofessional, poor dress code for employees. To the owners or owner you all need to tighten up at your location before you have no customers. I talk to the lady on the phone 3 different times and had asked if they accepted uber eats. When I got to the store the story was way different. Very bad customer service. She told me lies wasted 2 hours of my time.. I would pick a different location where they Actually know what they're doing and what they're talking about

This location is the best. Karen and Paullete are extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for over five years and they’ve never not provided excellent service. Whether it’s a next pay day loan, money order or bill pay this team is always prepared to service your financial needs.

Only 1 person allowed in at a time, this is very annoying, when you only want to ask a question. The two women employees were very nice and provided excellent customer service
