The lady who waited on me was okay with the exception of her announcing where every person works so the lady next to me said oh you work at Place. She should not announced customers place of employment she didn't mean any harm but she should not do that, because she named where everybody worked, If I want strangers to know where I work I would strike up a conversation and disclosed that myself. She was a very nice lady.

Oh my god I dont even know where to start with how bad this place is. First of all it smells like a funeral home and an old folks home sharing a building and the employees are condecending and unhelpful. As for the actual bussiness, the website needs updating. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES I confirmed online that they would buy giftcards off me (at half price at that, so they're alreadying burning you) which sucks but when you're desperate, you're desperate, only to get there and have them peel the stickers hiding the codes off my cards to "check" them and then saying no they cant take them. So I'm left with wasted time & gas and then with a gift card I cant even sell because the pin numbers been exposed. Just sucks when you get your hopes up when you're broke just for a company that exploits the poor to let you down even worse than expected lmao, dont even give this place a chance .

Management and Staff have a very intellectual responsibility for their work do to all the New Provisions put into effect by the CFPB. For customers that don't know who they are, they're a Federal Government Entity Called the Consumer Financial Protection Board they are suppose to protect the little guys (Us) Rights or Choices instead they have hurt a lot of under privilege Americans that depend on Businesses like CIC because they have limited you to how much you can borrow due to your credit reports and availability to pay them back. There next step is to limit how many times we can borrow so we can get out of this downward spiral. When this happens we can't blame the staff because they are just doing there job. And we are all Americans at the end of the day. Eventually, the Government is going to shut these businesses down because they see them as a hinderness to society.

I love this Check Into Cash location on 13mile and Grossebeck, the ladies there are professional, friendly and you don't wait long.
