ABD Federal Credit Union Mound Rd, Warren

My Mom has been going to this credit union for as long as I can remember. The staff have been really nice to Mom that I believe know her my name. When my Dad died 2 years ago of Covid they were really helpful in her financial needs. So I want to say thank you to the staff there and God Bless each and everyone. 😊🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💜💜💜

This credit union is awful ! I received a debit card that was on the fraud list before I received it /order one ! They hours are horrible ! There is no to talk to after business hours if you have problems ! I've had so many problem with them all in 8 months I can no longer bank with them !!!

Been with this credit Union for a over 2 years. Customer service is satisfactory and the bankers ALWAYS appear to be as you are bothering them. Not very helpful and sharing with information. The hold time when calling and trying to reach any department is less than acceptable. Disappointed in choosing this credit union, truly in sear h if a new one and definitely would not recommend this to co-workers, as I am in Human Resources.

The best credit union ever! I've never been turned down for a loan, the best rates in town! Better than all other banks. So all you other hatters get your credit right and you will have the same results.

Since they have gotten rid of the original 5 tellers that were at the windows the new ones aside from sherry are very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place at all. If you're not a people person you shouldn't get a job where you have to deal with people where you come off rude. And no person should walk in and have to deal with one of your tellers that doesnt know anybody personally saying they dont want to help them..that is rude and disrespectful..do better.

The worst credit union I have ever seen. Unprofessional, can never get in contact with anyone, unorganized, and have numerous many problems all the time. No one ever knows anything or will call you back. Service is just horrible and I barely have to contact them but its always a problem anytime that I have to. Just terrible

Do not bank here. The 2.3 rating for them is good for how bad the customer service is.

This credit union will harass you with calls even when you have provided proof of payment. They will put things on your credit report that you have to constantly dispute. Very troubling when you’re in the process of buying a home. I advise anyone thinking of opening an account here to look elsewhere. I’m in the process of taking them to court now

This bank is beyond horrible. The after hour customer service is no use, if you have any problems after business hours you're screwed No one is a available. Also, I ordered a new debit card and because I got it after having to request it to be mailed to me, my money is not available because I can only activate it during business hours. The bank is closed the entire weekend. So I'm stuck without access to my money.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. The customer service couldn't be worse. They're polite as they rob you! They claimed I made a withdrawal I didn't, denied me access to the cameras, and offered me no solutions. Do yourself a favor and avoid them or you could be out 500 too!!!!
