Citizens Bank Main St, Malden

Not a best place for doing Notary (notary timing 9am to 11am) and haven't tried other services. Booked Notary Appointment with this branch day before over the phone. Arrived on time, banker greeted me and told me he's not seeing my appointment on his calendar. He told me to wait and will take me as a next customer, I patiently waited for 30 mins but existing customer need more time and decided to return. While returning home called bank again to check why my appointment had not booked at original place . After 15+ mins transferred to 3 persons, actually got connected to same person who booked my appointment. Person was humble and accepted mistake also got response back that email might has not delivered to his colleague. I requested them to make improvement for a the future customers. In past I had an excellent experience with Citizen Oak Groove branch for Notary and other services will avoid 399 branch. But best place to do Notary appointment is Santander Melrose branch per my experience till date, bank of america service is also great though you have to wait for weeks to get the appointment.

I want to thank Fabrizio Dias relationship banker. He was so helpful in helping me open a savings and took his time to teach me how to take care of my transactions on my cell phone. I am a 63 year old women and this pandemic has me on edge. But I needed to put this money in a safe place and not at home.I felt safe and acknowledged about my fears. He is an asset to this company and I will recommend him to my friends thank you Mr. Dias

Don’t bother going to this branch they will tell you to use the ATM.

Bad service.They made me go back Brach twice.

It seems like citizens bank basically needs to be more thorough on their precise location specifically if they are not at 399 Main St in Malden Massachusetts anymore because a friend and myself tried to look for the new location of citizens bank in Malden yesterday

Scott was absoutly disgruntled and acting so unprofessional sighing extremly lound when another customer woukd sit down and wait to speak with him. I was there to clear up some old debt i had so i had placed some money on his desk waiting for him to return from doing something else he comes back and just tossed some folders on his desk sending the money i had place on his desk to the floor while muttering something under his breath.. as a few more customers walked in waiting with him he preceded to get up and tell the customers who were waiting for him that there was other citizens banks in the area that they could go to "im the only one here"telling them..i ended up leaving with 1 task compleded u ended up visiting the woburn center location where i was greeted with a smile and a welcome to citizens how can i help you from adam . He was very nice and in less then 30 mins i had my account opened.. steer clear of scott and the malden citizens bank if you do not want to be treated with such negativity

Not banking at this branch anymore. Loved it before they got rid of the staff that was here. New people are not friendly and not welcoming.

Being going here for over 20+ yr, always friendly & helpful no matter what!
