I booked an appt. on the app to prevent wait time at the branch (wait time more than 3 hrs). When I arrived to the branch I was still asked to wait in line (30 mint wait). Once at the help desk they took name down and ignored that I had scheduled an appt and stated that the banker who I had scheduled the appt with was not in and wouldn't accomodate me to see another banker with my scheduled appt. I was asked to sit and wait. I was never notified in any way with the app or email to reschedule and branch did nothing to help fix their error. Terrible experience with the app and customer service at the branch!

Soo much faster than Capital One, AND near closing time, AND with more clients. When the tellers are ready, there's a sound and a neat bar-light under them that lights up. There are hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes. A door manager. (Lolz, but important) and receptacles for those wipes. Service was pretty quick. Def plusses to my earlier-difficulty with Citi Bank, as a whole (at least, for this branch).

I'm a customer of Citibank This branch is like a sidewalk food cart, you have to hustle to get customer attention. They have a waiting list for no reason. The employees don't follow it and don't even bother to check the order of attendance. A banking visit It's always upsetting at this branch.

I really like this bank. Costumer services is great. Although, sometimes is full, tellers are very kind. Last time a teller help me to solve an inconvenient without rush or stress. He was very efficient and kind.

They are doing a horrible lousy job at the Jackson Heights branch! They now close early. They used to close at 6:00 pm which was good, but not any more! Quite often, many ATMs do not work and too often somebody is behind putting money in them or fixing them, so very few of them actually work and people have to wait for ever on long lines. Also, in the basement, there are very few tellers and somedays you can see long lines with people waiting, especially on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. This branch is going down the drain...

Many stuffs in this branch not knowledgeable. I personally try to avoid this branch. A certified cashier check's fund become available in my account for immediately use, but stuff (including manager) in the branch said I can not use this fund to make another certified cashier check. So I had to withdraw same fund from ATM and came back to teller to make the cashier check.

This is not my branch but I had to go there to add Someone to the account. I noticed while waiting to be seen that customer service is absolutely horrible . The ladies in the front treat you like you are beneath them . They don’t want to help and get very nasty saying you can talk to the manager if you want . The person that Comes to assist me after an hour and a half wait was very negative and did not want to help . She kept giving excuses as to why we could not do it . I had to contact my branch and get the info that she needs to finish opening my account. At the end I got done exactly what I need to do no thanks to her help . It was my persistence that hit the job done . Very disappointing branch . I feel bad for the manager because they send everything her way no one wants to do their job.

Checked online and read they opened at 9am but when i showed up they said they start working at 10? How does it work? Every single time its something at this branch i usually go to any other but the few times, i come here its because is the closest to me! Citi needs to open another one in the neighborhood!! There is too many complaints about overcrowding specially now with the pandemic and social distancing, this is not helping.

My son earned some money from a notable client of Citibank and two branches on Roosevelt ave and 80th St and 74 the St refused to cash his check with proper documentation. The excuse was that he was a minor and I was NOT a Citibank member. This practice should be illegal especially when proper documentation are shown. He needed his m ok eye to go on a trip and these heartless people wouldn't budge. I hate Citibank I would never ever open an account there.

They close almost half an hour from their service time not to mention that the people working in there always ignore costumers. alo when using the atm there is always people around that stay there just kind of looking for preys to rob and there are no security camaras around. Don't go there..
