awful customer service, i have been trying for days to get an answer to my question

I went to collect a card today March 5 with my husband, the person who attended us had a very bad rude attitude and did not want to help him, I was ignoring him in such a way that I got up to tell him to send the card to our home since she did not He had the right attitude, we should not be treated badly because they are supposed to put a person to help the clients🤔🤔

Attention with difficulties, since everything depends on the Central office that is in Ecuador and you call that office in Ecuador and they tell you that it is here in New York that is the problem ... They need staff with initiative and the ability to help clients.

The last visit I had was excellent, I loved having talked to the people in charge of the place, it is certainly fortunate to have a bank that has benefits and facilities to manage it from here and also use it in Ecuador without any problem.

People inform yourself well in this place they are good to receive the money but to return they have no character to help I do not recommend them

Unfortunately, most of the people who work in this bank are people without education. They believe that because they have a small job as employees, the owners already feel like despots. Hopefully they can put professionals because they leave the company very bad.

The employees of the bank have no idea what customer service is, it seems that they bring those ladies who sell potatoes in the market to work there ... they have no training to work there and less in customer service. They are pure greengrocers ..

There are people who need jobs but here terrible customer service they are rude there are only two people and another doing nothing should do something the heads of this bank at least they do not care. We are all human beings but here they treat us badly
