Capital One Bank 82nd St, Queens

You wonder why Capitol One branch in Jackson Heights was one area (JH’s) hit hard by Covid. This is ashamed that it could occurred again due to the failure of banks!!!! This is not the first nor it will be the last!!! There’s no 6 ft followed in this bank!

This is the worse bank not enough people to take care of anything. Have still not been seen anyone after trying to make appointment. Came in four times and was not able to get past the guard because he was told not to let anyone in to make appointment. Have papers to return and questions but not able to see anyone. Want to know if my money is safe. AMT machines have been down and more people standing outside on line waiting to get to the machines.There will be trouble when it gets to point no one can get there money because the machines are always down.

I went to the bank with my mom to open an account for her. However, the teller named Jonathon came for assistance and the first thing he asked us that if we know how to use online banking. I told him that me and my dad already had an account with the bank. However, he keep insisting that we shouldn’t open an account with them as we will have trouble using the online account. He also referred us to open a bank account with other banks such as Bank of America. He told my mom to fill out the application on his tab. However, due to my mom never used tab before I was assisting her with writing but the guy was determined and he insist that only my mom can type it. He also added that the camera is watching us but when I let my mom to start writing on it he took that from us by saying this is mine and I will decide when to write or when to not. I always had good experiences with Capital one and I have so many friends their. I never faced this kinds of issues with the bank.

This is the worst bank ! Ever !! Lines are out of the bank and the tellers are lazy ! They spend most of the time talking to each other!

Many people have tried to get money from the ATM's from this bank and the machines are not given them the money but it shows on their accounts as if the money was given to them. Something very wrong is happening in this place. People are being robbed in this place!!!!!

Employees act like they are sitting in a cafeteria. They are chilling, cracking jokes and stuff. I felt stupid visiting this branch. But never been to any other branch anyways. If I see the same scene in other capital one, i will definitely be closing all my accounts with them.

Very bad service today 23 degrees outside and people are waiting 2 hours in the line in middle of pandemic people packed like a can of sardines very bad

Something is going very wrong with the ATM machines @ 82 Jackson Heights Queens. It is not working, it is out of order and the ones are working are not giving any money. According to a person I spoke with this is happening since last Saturday.. I went to the ATM located at 82nd and 40 @ Target and it is out of service also. What is going on with this people? They are holding the money 💰 of many of 😟us .

UNACCEPTABLE wait times and line for a teller. Line was about 25 people long, out of the main lobby, with just 2 tellers, likely to take an hour. They should pay you $15/hr for your time. This is legalized red-lining of a neighborhood.

16 people on line , and only 2 tellers working. Worst run bank ever. Does management even care.... who knows.
