    This has to be the worst bank not even the ATM works correctly I'm so disgusted I've went to almost 7 different branches and no ATM accepts deposits that's insane how do you operate like this some customer service closing my account as soon as they open today don't want to waste my time with a joke of company can't even have operational equipment. In fact they don't have a Zero as star cause that's what I would rate them for nothing nada 0000000 that's my ranking for this Bank.

    Waiting time is too long. I had to wait more than an hour just to withdraw some cash. There are only two tellers serving more than 20 people!

    Lina was great. She saved me after another branch that I had an appointment with was a little less customer friendly. She listened to my needs and provided me exactly with the services I was wishing for. And even though it was after 6pm on a Friday she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My husband and I will be back!

    There is only one cashier at 5pm, (rush hour) a long line waiting for service; and no employee here really cared. I asked to one of them about the manager and the reason why there is only one person for customer service and she didn’t say anything, she just looked at me like "I’m busy" and walked away. Funny part they have like 6 or 7 agents if you’re trying to apply for a credit card or opening an account but for deposits or withdrawal (superior to $1000), you have to literally wait for almost one hour. Really disappointed because Bank of America has been my bank since 5 years ago, I have checking, savings and credit card with this bank, and it feels horrible the way they treat their customers.

    I got to the bank at 5 pm because I needed a temporary card, the girl at front just said to me that they have 2 costumers and they can’t help me today with that that I needed to come back the next day. And the bank closes at 6 pm. Beside that I came back the next day and I had to wait one hour to make a deposit. The manager was behind the tellers and some costumers asked him for help and he was so rude and just walked away. I like Bank of America but this is the worst service I had in my a bank my whole life.

    Literally the WORST branch there is. If you come, prepare to make a line for a minimum of an hour and get poor service altogether. It is 4:39 pm on a regular weekday, this branch is supposed to close at 6 p.m and they have ONE teller taking care of what I just counted to be 26 people. They are in DESPERATE need of some new hires or even better, new management. As a bank, it is highly unreliable whether it is for business or personal accounts ( I have both but I’m closing the personal after today), and as a business it is just disfunctional and terribly managed. Would give it negatives if it were possible to do so.

    Horrible customer service. One teller attending to over 12 customers on a line que. Bank Mgr told a customer on the line behind me that they can only have 2 tellers because they are trying to do more electronic ATM banking. Whatt a bogus response??? 40mins waiting on line to get single dollar change. Still that same one teller(young lady). Very graceful and apologetic. Calm and responsive.

    I really like this bank. Costumer services is fantastic. Although, sometimes is full, tellers are very kind. Last time a teller help me to solve an inconvenient without rush or stress. She was very efficient and kind.

    The worst bank I have ever experienced. Been a customer for over 15 years, and this is the only branch that requests a managers signature for my withdrawals. They mention it's because my out of state account, yet I go to any other branch and have no issue. These are the worst lines for ANY bank I have seen. Places in Manhattan have more people in line, yet get the lines moving a lot quicker. 40 people standing in line, 2 tellers and I counted 7 other employees doing what they do. I honestly think that the bank doesnt care about their customers here, mostly minorities. There is NO way this would happen in a middle class area.

    The line is so long and the banker just doesn't care about customers, very bad customer service. I had to wait about 2 hours to open the account and they asked for 2 form of IDs I gave them my temp driver license from DVM and passport plus next card they insist me giving them the actual ID from DVM which according to DMV, it will be mailed in 2 to 3 weeks

    I want to thank all the members of the team at this headquarters, especially Vanessa Cuartas for her great service and dedication, she understood my current situation and offered me some products with which I am super happy, her treatment was so respectful that it made me feel very comfortable and welcome.     This location is very busy, but their stuff are very efficient & helpful. I took an appointment for my account opening with Ms. Mehrun Hasan- she was extremely helpful, good job knowledge & fast service. They have bilingual associates to provide help.

    As everyone else has reported, the staff is super friendly but this branch is very understaffed. I have been twice in the last week and with 20+ people in line for the teller there is rarely more than one person behind the desk.

    👎very slow 5 employees walking around and just one person on the window make sure you put enough quarters on the meter cuz this people act like they doing you a favor please positive attitude we are paying your Bill's.

    Worst customer service ever. Only one teller, had to wait 1 hour 30 mins just for a deposit. Teller took forever with every customer. Manager got attitude and doesn't care. As a manager, you need to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the customers happy, meaning work as a teller if needed. Closing my account, worst branch ever.

    Everyone at this branch was so wonderful and helpful. It was super busy, but a nice man and woman, Winda, made sure to talk to everyone waiting in line as quickly as possible. I didn't have an appointment but Winda was able to squeeze me in and set me up with Darsi. DARSI WAS AMAZING!! So so helpful and nice -- I got everything I was trying to accomplish that day done. Everyone there deserves a raise for dealing with so many people so politely and efficiently.

    Bring a chair, charger and a book with you. Because this is the worst bank ever. You will be there for about 1 hour or more. There’s like 6 windows but just 1 teller open. The line sometimes is to the door and again just 1 person working. Everyone else just seems to walking around like nothing. When you complain to them they say stuff like “ that’s not my job” “ they don’t pay me to be there” so why the f**k you there for. What’s your job ? Cos all I see is employees walking around. In and out. I hate this bank with a passion. People please stay away from this bank. Worst service ever.

    Stressed me a little at first when did not say clearly I will be fully refunded after my credit card was hacked. At the end got all my money back!! It could be a big deal if they wouldn’t, but they did.

    This bank is ridiculous there is only one teller that knows how to do his job efficiently and at a fast pace. If it were not because I have to come here to pay rent I would never step foot in one of these banks. It so r matter if it's a line of 20 or 5 people it's still a wait time of over 45 min. Tops no matter the time of day.

    Teller lines take forever. Joined small business line which is supposed to be quicker. And teller decided to start counting cash so the line stopped moving and then manager came out and told one of other two tellers to alternate between regular line and business line customers. The regular line by now had ballooned to over 25 people!!! Manager was fully aware but for some reason counting the cash was more important than customer service. Come to think if it, Im not surprised at all.

    The service is horrible. Takes forever to get a transaction done. And this is the only branch in the surrounding area. This branch makes me want to switch banks every time I go in there. Budget at least an hour if you have to see a teller.

    The staff here is very professional and try their best but this location is incredibly understaffed and wait times for something as simple as a replacement debit card can take up to 1.5 hrs. Currently, I’ve been waiting in line to deposit some coins and will be here for at least an hour. This is pathetic.

    i wish i can give them 0 star. 19dec i went there for deposit around 835am, just to beat the line because the open 9am. And it was hell inside, they set the hot air curtain so high, inside was very very hot, you can not stand there, I saw all the customer , who came there for ATM, everyone was complaining,, i tried to get the attention of one of the front lady, but she refused to anything. Again ,TODAY i went there and its same situation, I don't know why they seth the temperature so high, When they opened the bank at 9.02 am( opening time is 9am), i asked the 1 asian looking front counter girl, but she was so rude. Then i waited in front of line for 7 minutes, because, only 1 counter was opened , and teller was taking her time to do own work. Branch manager has to do something about the Atm room temperature, anybody can get sick . Some one in Atm room told me that they are doing high temperature for 1 purpose , They want to keep the homeless people's away.

    After informing the teller of losing my debit card, I provided my boA credit card, picture id . Social and she still made me wait 20 minutes to get a manager to approve but completely ignored me when I asked if there was something wrong. I was actually there to get a replacement debit but line was sooo long I figured I'd withdrawal while i waited since I have to withdrawal from a teller anyways. I felt like I was racially profiled and I went there for help instead became a victim smh

    I suggest no one visit this bank. The pregnant assistant manager is super rude and needs a vacation. No desire to help me in particular. I expressed my need. I have an income of over 6000 that will no longer be deposited in bank of America do to this horrible interaction. 0 customer service. This bank doesn't even deserve one star.

    WORST BANK EVER! only have two tellers working at all times! If lucky they might have three, but the lines are just as long. Over 30 minutes on line to make a deposit!
