These guys are awesome so helpful.somebody always has time to answer my questions. Jenny at the drivethru and alli inside are so patient with me.

I am more than pleased with the outstanding customer service and amenities that financial institutions has to offer with Chief Financial Credit Union. Here my family are valued more as members than just an account holder with no value. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff from Pontiac to Dearborn. It was especially great to see you Terri after 13 years still striving in the community through financial efforts and gains. THANK YOU

Had a loan through this bank for a dump trailer. Scheduled automatic payments to be done so would not need to worry about logging in every month to make payments. I was notified by mail that I was delinquent in making payments so I called their office. They told me due to COVID-19 they decided to cancel all loans because it was in the best interest for their customers. However, they neglected to notify me about this. They then proceeded to start asking for payments but did not start my automatic payments making me delinquent. I called and asked to speak to a manager. They ensured they would call back that same day. It’s been 4 days now. I would not recommend working with this company for any sort of loan.

I came in on 1/28 to make some changes to my account. I was with Ms. Terri Dyer and she is amazing. I love working with her always and the rest of the staff there because they treat you well with their customer service and Ms. Dyer's warmth. I almost had a panic attack because I lost my wallet over the weekend and she calmed me down and helped me. I was always referred to Dearborn or Rochester locations I never go there because I rather be in the Pontiac branch with people I know and they know me and will give me excellent customer service every time. They never skip a beat!!!

MY WIFE & I had the most Incredible experience with Jennifer Harban during a Customer Service call to Chief Financial Credit Union! She displayed such a "Phenomenal" level of Professionalism & Expertise! She heard OUR concerns, and it is as if they became Her own! She had to do some research, after which she reached back out to US with the answers WE were looking for! WE thank Chief, Very Much, for having such an Enthusiastic support person there!

I recently applied for a loan and was so amazed by the great customer service. In this day and age that is very hard to get anymore. I had the pleasure of having Susan Howard 's help. She was very professional and kind. She got the job done quickly and was great with communicating with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Chief Financial Credit Union.

I've had a account here since I was a kid (31 now) and my first new car (23) I got a better loan rate from a random place the dealer picked than the credit union where I keep all my money. Just recently I've been having issues with my card getting declined, I use it for all my Bill's and as of recent I use it for almost everything (pandemic no cash acceptance). I couldn't pay one of my bills at one point and it's been a mess since then. I'm currently living in a hotel to be closer to work for now and my card is being declined for the $150 hold for the hotel. The inconvenience is beginning to become a nuisance. It's been a smooth ride until now but I think this is where we part ways. There is literally no good reason to stay with this CU, I've just been loyal because of how long I've been here and their has been no perks or benefits for doing so, just occasional headaches...

Only 2 lines for drive thru. Usually lined up around the building. I was stuck in line for 1 1/2 hours recently. Good thing I didn't have to go bathroom. Once your in right lane. There is no excape. Can't deposit rolled coins. Must have an appointment and drive half hour to another location for this service. ATM has been out of service for over a month. Couldn't get receipts half the time either because I'm sure it was out of paper. Probably gonna have to try somewhere else soon. This isn't working for me any longer

Worst credit union ever! Chief financial are thieves! If there is ever a class action law suit I will be first in line. After 5+ years of dealing with this awful credit union I'm glad to have finally switched to Genisys. A 5th

Staff was super friendly, and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Susan. She was delightfuly, Initially I went in to open a business account. Susan persuaded me to open a personal account also. I was pleased with their service, and I personally recommend this Credit Union especially the Pontiac location.
