Sorry, it took me so long to write a review, my closing date was in February 2021. Jason and Trevor are phenomenal. Jason is very knowledgeable about the FHA loan help me purchase my first 4plex.

Jason and his team got us a great rate and provided great support. They even helped us change the terms of our loan from 5% down to 20% down only a couple of days before our original closing date. I'd definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others.

I have been recommending Jason and his team since the first week after our first conversation. Jason virtually held my hand throughout the entire home-buying process (my first!), answered my questions patiently (there were many!), and TRULY made me FEEL what he repeated to me often over the course of our interactions many times... ("I'm Team Debbie")! He worked tirelessly, often in the office way after hours and responding to my late-night questions in real time (but don't YOU expect that - clearly, I'm special). ;) I'm in the midst of a Chapter 13, but Jason was able to lock me into a 2.75% loan rate, saved me thousands of dollars on my down payment, helped me get a dream house that was a "for sale by owner" (neither the seller nor I had an agent - egads!), sent me texts the morning of and after signing indicating how happy and excited he is for me (and he means it, folks!), and, most of all, he took time to sincerely reassure me and educate me throughout the entire process (made more tricky due to my chapter 13 and other you'd-have-to-know-my-life-to-understand type issues), meeting both my literal home-buying needs and my "felt" needs. He and Trevor were amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, fun, funny, kind - just TRULY good people. I will never work with anyone else. Where can I start.. I started my home journey about a 1 year ago. Being a first time home buyers I contacted a few places . But after my first time phone call with Jason, I knew I wanted to work with Michingan Mortage Solution. The detailed information he provided was at all times easy to understand. I never felt was bothering asking too much, super friendly and honest . We had sometimes to go back and revisit what we wanted as far as home budget, I always got a quick response from him . Though-out the year he kept in contact. When we finally got a offer accepted the financial part was the easiest part, it felt like a breeze. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end in which he fought and won on my behave. He was able to point us in the right direction even on things that weren't even fully on them to take care. Right now with Detroit-Metro area having so low inventory and It being so stressful to find a house. .. Finding Jason and Trevor at Michigan Mortgage was the best thing that ever happen.
