We definitely recommend Aaron West from the Toyota side! He was with us and took us pretty much everywhere! Everyone at Chevrolet was super friendly ! This is our 2nd purchase from Aaron. Super cool and honest guy! I think he is our best friend now, hahaha!

It was a very hot day, late in the afternoon, and I was on the backside of the lot, car shopping with my friend. Mark Jones walked the entire length of the lot in the hot sun to check on us. Long story short, we BOTH ended up buying vehicles from Mark. The ENTIRE process was very smooth and worry free. Mark is an absolute professional and answered all of my questions. After the purchase he followed up to check on me. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone car shopping here. I also wanted to mention his sales trainee Ty Rich did a great job as well. During my time with finance, Kyle Henry, who handled all my paperwork, did a great job as well. I have bought many vehicle in my lifetime and can honestly say that this was the BEST experience that I have had!

Blake was very helpful in helping me get my new suburban! I had talked to several dealers before and they all told me they would call back if one became available and didn't hear back. Then Blake helped me find this one and reserved it for a much more reasonable price.

Mr Stamper was very nice, helpful and took time to answer questions without acting rushed. The waiting area is clean and roomy, did not feel like people were sitting too close to each other . The service itself was fast and efficient.

We were in NW Arkansas for a wedding when my 2021 Silverado started making an odd noise. We thought it was a pump going bad and were concerned about making a 9 hour drive without having it checked out. We pulled in to the service department at 7:40 am on a Saturday with no appointment hoping we would not be spending the weekend in a hotel. We explained our situation - they immediately pulled in the truck, diagnosed the issue and had us on the road in less than an hour. In a time where customer service is non-existent in many areas I can't say enough good things about this crew. They met us with a smile, made sure we were taken care of and sent us away with a smile. Top notch crew - I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Truck was as advertised and actually nicer than I expected, had no issue with price. Bubba Caple the salesman was very helpful. The whole process was only about 1-1/2 hours with part of it just finding the truck out in the lot. I could not be more pleased with my truck purchase.

I was charged for a service I asked them NOT to do twice. Then was threatened by them saying I wouldn’t be able to leave with my vehicle. After doing something I didn’t want them to do, after they messed up. I even had proof of an email saying not to do it that I couldn’t afford it since my plan didn’t cover it. I’m a 2.5 year customer, never have missed a payment and to be treated like that is pretty annoying.

Thank you to Denver! We were shopping for a new car and visiting multiple dealers to drive different models. I fell in love with the Chevy Blazer but I also really wanted to work with Denver. Stopped by to have oil changed in my truck. As always this dealer knocks it out of the park. Waiting area is very nice. I had some studying to do and was no problem finding a quiet spot. The service writer told me it would be 1.5 hours when I arrived and my truck was done right on the money. This is a great place to buy. My family has been trading here for the last 5 years and something that stands out is the number of long term employees, even the sales staff which is very different from most dealerships. Yes I’ll be back and you should bring your Chevrolet here also. Ask for David Skeleton. He will shoot you straight.

I always love coming here for any of my service needs. They have always treated me with excellent customer service. And if i had a question they were quick to give me any answers i needed. I have never had to write a bad review for a company before because I'm never disappointed with businesses in this town. I bought a branch new trailblazer in 2020, only because the dealership was desperate for used vehicles and they paid off my previous loan in full. I was thrilled to bring my fiance back in to purchase a truck, all for them to quickly glance through car fax without requiring initials and move us along to sign paper work, all to find out the truck had a bent frame that could have potentially caused more issues later or even a wreck. When j spoke with Denver he swore they test all vehicles before even considering putting them on the lot to resale, but if that was true, they would have discovered when driving the truck that it was severely messed up. When we asked for assistance to help fix this issue we went ignored. It took posting a review to get a response, that still went unanswered for a few weeks until a 2nd review was posted. They did try to justify and fix the issue with trading us out, which ultimately made our payment go up, so they offered to pay sales tax on this truck (we actually asked them to since we already put so much in the previous truck), all to find out they are refusing to pay for all sales tax and only cut the check for half the cost. The GM has finally just said he will take the bad review and move along. This dealership is all show and no follow through. Their sales people don't truly know much about their vehicles, they are rude and ignore you once you decide to make a purchase, and only care for what goes in their pockets than the safety of their customers. I didn't write a bad review on my own purchase from 2020 because I felt they made up for it in the long run, but I still feel people should know that they take forever to deliver the vehicle to you. I was the only person in the dealership after I accepted to purchase and sat there for 4 almost 5 hours, unchecked on, and ignored until finally the gentleman I signed my papers with happened to come out of his office and ask why I was still there. Then I still waited another hour to be able to leave. The service department was closed that day so it was only the detail guys who were working in the back but again, I was the only vehicle to work on. I'm very disappointed I this dealership through and through. I will likely go back to Crain Hyndai when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle because I never had bad experiences with them.

We come and was only planning on selling our truck!! We got greeted by Brandon and from then on felt like we were dealing with someone that has known us for a lifetime!!! Brandon was absolutely wonderful and was so patient and kind to our Nephews that we had with us (ages 2 and 4) he got them coloring books right away and that sure made them happy!!! He took his time and drove us all around the lot and made sure when we did find the truck we wanted to buy he was so helpful, he made sure we met at the right price and he never pushed and was always thinking about what’s best for us!!! Then after we found the truck, we met Kyle (with financing) and he was absolutely wonderful!!! We had been at the dealership for about 2 hours (cause we are picky! Lol) and Kyle was so patient with our nephews (who were getting cranky at this time what kids wouldn’t lol) and had us in and out in 15 minutes!! He also was so kind to our nephews!! This has been the best trip yet and we will definitely recommend EVERYONE we know to you guys!!! Thank you so much for your patience and kindness, it really means a lot to us!!

This was the 6th vehicle we have purchased from them. Mark Jones is great. He is not pushy and shoots straight from the hip. Mark always has the best interest of the customer in mind. He once talked me out of trading because he didn't think it was in my best interest. I will not go anywhere else.

My rating was 5 Stars for the service they did on my car, but as of today if I had a option for zero I would. I asked my wife to go service my car and while she was in there to browse as we are looking to trade for a Truck and would like to stay with Chevy, but they rudely rejected my wife's attempts to look at the vehicles they had to offer and simply told her it's best for her to wait for her husband as I own the car and they can't help her. Her only goal was to simply view the vehicles they had and she was neglected. So as of now we will be looking to leave the Chevy brand and will definitely not be looking to purchase from this dealership if at from the Fayetteville AUTOPARK because of this treatment they felt was justified towards my wife.

David, Colby and Levi really go above and beyond when it comes to customer care. The previous new vehicle I bought came from a different dealer, but I had this dealership service it. It made me purchase a new vehicle from this dealership.

We went to the Fayetteville Auto Mall to buy a new vehicle. We stopped at the Chevy dealership to start, we had bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them 9 years and 325,000 miles ago and was satisfied with that car. We had not decided what type of vehicle we wanted, we basically knew what we didn’t want. Mark and Kayla took the time with us allowing us to try different makes and models. They never pushed us in any direction only listened to our desires and knew all the product so well and they let us check out some Honda’s, Toyota’s, Nissans, and we finally decided on a new Chevy Malibu getting us an excellent deal! We will definitely be going back a 3rd time in about 10 years and 400,000 miles later if Jesus does not return before. You like being treated like royalty? Then this is the place for you. The service is fairly priced (oil change is really a great price here compared to most), the staff is amazing—they’re the REAL kind of friendly, not fake friendly—and I feel totally taken care of by the whole team there. They bend over backwards to accommodate, and they make it look effortless. Above-and-beyond is just their norm. I didn’t even buy my vehicle from them (I moved here from another state), but they do service my car, and they will be the first ones I go to when I need a new one!

We came 3 hours to buy a Toyota Highlander and left with a Chevy Suburban. Everything went smoothly and I am so excited to be driving one of these jewels for the first time. The salesman and finance guy were Awesome!!

I had a very good experience buying a used vehicle at Chevy of Fayetteville. Salesperson, (Lhasa D.) was great and took good care of us. The service team went above and beyond to take care of a couple of small items on the car. They buffed out a spot that they could have easily passed over as “not fixable” or “as-is” - but they did a great job with it. It was a positive experience and I would recommend to a friend.

The only reason I continue to by Chevy is Bc of Levi shepherd and kolby Eiland in the service department. If Levi ever goes to another dealership my entire family will follow him. These are the Best service men I have ever had! No I am not related nor did I know Levi before I started going to chevy.

Working with Kendall and Kyle were overall smooth, convenient experiences. Kendall and I texted for the majority of the purchase and she was available to answer all my questions. I am in Missouri and looked at many dealers in the tri-state area before finding my exact match. My only hang up is the supply chain/logistics took a few extra days to get my vehicle from Texas to Fayetteville- but it wasn’t for lack of trying on their part. Kendall kept me informed with the latest information via text. I also had a trade and they worked with me on that deal too. Kyle was great and had the best “smartdesk” computer that made everything go really fast when signing. I would recommend their team to anyone in the market!

I stopped by the dealership to look as their convertible Camaro's in July and instantly fell in love with a Garnet Red coupe they had in the showroom. I asked my salesman (JT) about placing an order for a 2SS Camaro convertible in Garnet Red. Just a few minutes later, he connected me with their person responsible for ordering and we built my dream car! We discussed and agreed to the price of the car and, of course, all of the options the car would have when it was delivered. They told me it would be about 2-3 months before I received my car and then we shook hands and I went home with a huge smile on my face. Right after my car was built the GM strike happened but JT kept me in the loop the entire time giving me updates at least weekly as my longing for the car grew larger and larger. The strike finally ended and my car was delivered in less than a week much to my surprise. When I arrived to take delivery, it was about as straight forward as it gets. They gave me the paperwork with the price we agreed upon when I placed the order. I had to finance a portion of the car and the finance manager Rodney Vick and the sales manager JR Pitts thoroughly answered any and all of my questions regarding the loan details. I decided to get my car ceramic coated and I HIGHLY recommend their dealership for the job. It is an option they provide at a very competitive price (I was actually surprised by the price. I was expecting almost double what they charged me for the service.) I've had the car about a month now and it has been fantastic! This coating makes washing the car a breeze and the wash only takes a couple of minutes at the car wash. Dirt and water HATE the coating and just fly off with a little spray.

Should have been a no-star. Do not take your car here for mechanic work. They will not honor their warranty or fix something else that they damaged in the process. They charged my sister $2,000 for work, they forgot to tighten up a bolt, causing some electrical components to short out and they will not own up to it

Waiting for my new car was the hardest part as car manufacturers deal with supply chain constraints but once it arrived, Kendall and Denver worked diligently to make sure my experience was a positive one. They were fair, transparent and very pleasant to work with. Happy I purchased from them.

Last night, several employees of Chevrolet-Fayetteville came into my restaurant, alongside with about 12-14 other people. Kendall Allen and Tiffanie Jamison verbally assaulted my entire staff. Not to mention, they were all belligerently intoxicated while doing so. They caused an entire scene. In my 8 years of working in the food industry, I have never encountered such ill-mannered individuals. I’m dumbfounded that these women have jobs in customer service. Kendall was wearing a Chevrolet sweatshirt, and with just a few searches I found her picture. It’s an utter disgrace to have someone representing your company in a public setting behave that poorly. They also made rude remarks, due to our owners first language not being English. Kendall and Tiffanie, if you see this, please never return to that establishment. Thanks!

I had the best service experience. Levi is always friendly, but this time I was upset that my truck was giving me trouble and Levi assured me not to worry. I left there feeling like I was driving a new truck, and the price was reasonable. I live in Bentonville and could go to my local dealership, but I will make the drive to Chevrolet of Fayetteville because of the service department thanks to Levi and Kesha.

I was met by the service department and everyone treated me as if I was family it was VERY welcoming. Sales was just as professional and very helpful cant leave out the girl at the front desk she was quick to make sure I was helped and wasn't just standing around waiting. Customer service is great, job performed is always good…the only down side is it takes too long. My first visit I was there for around 3hours and this last time I was there for an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation.

Denver Long was our Salesperson and he did a fantastic job working with me and two daughters. We ended up buying two Chevy Trailblazers. He gave the best new car delivery presentation I have ever heard. Needless to say my whole family is happy!

Our salesperson, Kendall was the only person who came up with a plan to meet my needs. The other half dozen salespeople I spoke.to in various other dealerships either never returned calls or were noncommital when it came to trying to get me what I was wanting to purchase. She was aggressive in a great professional way. I never felt pushed to buy though. The finance manager was friendly and casual but very streamlined. I came in with alot of trepidation - I have never had a good experience buying cars. That is in the past now. I would recommend them.to everyone!

Not only did they have the best price of any dealer from MO to TX, but they took the car I was buying to a local custom shop to have leather put in it and windows tinted so it was ready to go when I picked it up. I called about 3 vehicles, I was told they were available. I then spoke to the Fleet guy and he said they are not available. They are on the website, and I almost drove 60 miles because the first person I spoke to said they were available. The fleet guy then proceeds to say that they list vehicles on the website that are not available to make their dealership look bigger!! What? He also said that those decisions are made by folks that are NOT car folks. If you get on line, and want to buy a car, I would suggest that you have them write you an offer before you go. Do not just ask the first person, maybe get two or three people to verify. This Penske dealership has problems.

We have used Kendall several times and she has always made our experience buying a car really easy. She is very knowledgeable and has always been extremely helpful if we have any questions. I recommend Kendall to anyone who needs help buying a car!
