    They had my vehicle there for nearly a month to change the oil pan and repair the air conditioning. I understand that this is a busy place and quality repairs can take time, however their communication was absolutely horrible. I could rarely speak to the service writer and would usually have to leave a voice mail and then my call would not be returned. Often the service writer would not be there for various reasons and would have to go through a third party to try to get information on what was going on and they could not give me an answer. They offer a text messaging service that was more or less useless. On a Wednesday was informed my vehicle would be completed the next day. The following day I heard nothing and could not make contact with anyone and had to leave a voice mail. When I finally made contact a day later, I learned the vehicle was not completed and a different service writer had taken over the work order. This service writer "Shelby" did a better job at communicating although by this time I believe it was the first time my vehicle was actually having anything done to it. It had already been there for two weeks and took another week before the repairs were finally done. The cost of the repairs were twice as much as I was initially quoted and expected to pay. This is where the vehicle was purchased and why I decided to use them for repairs, however after this experience I highly doubt I will go back. Very disappointed with how long it took and total lack of communication from the first service writer or any office staff to return my calls and texts.

    It’s always a pleasure to schedule an appointment with this dealership. The staff is very helpful and they will keep you updated via texts and phone calls. Also, they give complimentary car wash with regular maintenance and if needed provide a shuttle service. Very satisfied with the service. Besides there are a lot of restaurants around in case someone wants to grab a bite while waiting for their vehicle

    Was able to get an oil change with the economy drive through at 1pm. The wait was within the time limit they gave me. Check in went very smooth. This was my first experience with dealership, having just moved from Kansas. Customer service was great. I will be back Thank you for the friendly and great service.

    I would highly recommend their service department. There was great communication, and they didn't act like they were constantly trying to sell me some obscure service like their Bentonville competitor. They were able to find and fix a loose connection that the other dealer's service department had failed to fix after several trips including the one where they obviously didn't properly secure the connection during a recall service. I will be back for all my service needs as long as I am in the area.

    I took my 2006 PT CRUISER to them because my turn signals were acting up & I was having strange problems with my other warning signals. It became a serious issue so we took my car to Lewis Chrysler in Fayetteville, AR. They diagnosed my problems as being the computer system. They quoted a price for the new computer & installation that was half the price of other repair shops. They were courteous, honest & did the job quickly. Best of all... there were no extra charges when we paid the bill. Thank you

    I paid the price I was quoted but it took 2 hours instead of the one hour I was told, due to some multi-point inspection that I didn't need or ask for. The result of that was an oil & a coolant leak (so they said) very conveniently it wasn't printing out but I was still asked to make another appointment to fix those issues, which I declined. The issue I did go in for, a broken cable on my driver side door, was fixed but they didn't even bother to remove the tape they put on the window to hold it up the week before. Overall I was irritated & disappointed when I left.

    I have used Lewis Dodge-Jeep twice for oil change and a recall notice and both times the service was done promptly and correctly. I waited while the vehicle was serviced and the wait was never more then an hour. I will continue to use Lewis service department for my repairs and maintenance.

    I didnt have an appt but really needed my oil changed. Walked in and was taken back to service dept to see if they could world me in. I was greeted and told we can absolutely get you in. I dropped it off an asked to be called when it was ready so I could run some errands while it was being done. Service was done in a fast timeframe and they took care of payment over the phone so I could get my errands done before coming back before they closed. I will definitely be going back and highly reccomend.

    So I have to say the circumstances of working with Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep we’re difficult. Had a car breakdown in Fort Smith and I live in Springdale. Car was towed to Lewis and we worked with Jason in Service. Jason and the team understood we were having a difficult time and he helped us to the best of his ability. He gave us an accurate list of what needed to be done and the proposed price. In the meantime, we were hit with delays by weather. Jason kept in communication with us and he and his team worked very hard to help us get our vehicle back as soon as possible In addition to that, the amount we paid was exactly what he quoted.     Just another dealership. I really thought this one dealership was going to be better then most or at least get a better review from me. I say just another dealership because people are going to go in and have a good experience and some a bad. I was having a great experience. Even after deciding on my wrangler 4xe I went back to them from the other dealerships to order it. Everything went smoothly till it showed up. Then they seemed to act like they Own me because I had put money down on the order and couldn't walk away. Basically keep the vehicle on the lot for three days before I could get it. First day because they couldn't get ready. Second day because they told me no finance guy available, 3rd day because they didn't like I was using my own finance so wouldn't let me have vehicle. I was trading in a 2022 rebel that was worth more then what I was buying. But they still had to have check from my bank before they would release vehicle to me. So on the 4th day i was able to drive the wrangle off. I have never had a dealership act that way before. Like I was a common theif trying to steal a vehicle. I. The end I have my wrangler, blood pressure higher and I will never be back myself but that is my choice. If you use this dealership I hope you have a great experience and get the vehicle of your dreams. Just be cautious is all I can say. If they think they own you or have an advantage on you they will us it to there advantage.

    Went down late Saturday night looking at trucks. I called before I left to make sure they still had the truck. They had it pulled around and waiting for us when we showed up. They went above and behind to make sure everything went well even tho we kept them late. Trent our salesman was amazing and did not pressure us at all and never pushed. he was up front with us and worked hard to make the deal work.     Very happy with the service! I drove from Bentoville to service my new to me truck here specifically. I've been to many RAM, Jeep, Dodge locations around the country and this location outperformed them all. Here's more important details; service charged was exactly what was quoted, Brett made a service recommendation and notified me when the vehicle was ready for pick up, truck drop off was smooth. We had a question regarding our Jeep (not the vehicle that was serviced that day) and Brett personally walked outside and took a quick look. This is what a great customer service is all about.     Friendly, efficient and got my car done quickly considering I had no appointment. 2 problems I had was that this morning the day after service, I checked my oil when engine was cold first thing in the morning and it is not filled by about halfway on the stick mark, so now I have to call and ask them how much I need to fill it and take care of that. Also, people were not wearing masks that work there except for one lady that was older like me and most of the people that came in there did not even though there's a sign on the door. Waiting areas could have been cleaner.

    My experience was not good at all this time. Called last Wednesday for service and was told to come in the next day at 12:30. So when I arrived I was told that there was no opening to come back at 2:00z when I arrived I was informed that trrr were no openings. So I scheduled a appointment for Tuesday. After the service which was my first with my new truck which was free. I inquired about the prepaid services I had with my previous truck and was informed that I could not carry over the prepaid services. I still had 2 services left that were not lost. Not very good customer service.

    The appointment was quick and representative professional. The repairs were identified and all avenues were takin to get my vehicle fixed and back to me the same day. It was a great experience “except” I felt the new parts were over priced and I was told I needed to replace another after market part that I recently put on new but is fine. Hence the 4 star instead of 5. My vehicle is operating as it should and other than what I explained above the repairs were good and I’d return to this dealership for more work if needed.

    Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Buddy Jackson was super informative, open to my wants and needs and honest, but yet didn’t push me into anything he thought I needed or couldn’t afford. He spent hours with us test driving and finding the perfect fit for our family vehicle. Beyond Buddy, everyone else was incredibly nice/funny and went what felt like above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The whole process was seamless. My husband and I have already discussed purchasing our next vehicle with them. Well worth the 2 hour drive for us! 10/10 recommendation from us!

    Best experience ever at a dealership. Not only was the salesman friendly & helpful he was also super efficient. The assisting floor manager was on top of her game as well. Even the finance manager was a delight. They gave me a great deal on my trade~in as well as a fair deal on the new vehicle.     Will definitely utilize Lewis Dodge for future service needs. Their communication through the repair process was great.     Love love love this dealership. I have had a Jeep for a while now but since moving to NWA on some acreage, I needed a 4x4. I had been talking with some other Jeep dealerships and none compared to the service I got at Lewis. Buddy was extremely helpful and made sure all my concerns were addressed and met.     Started off really well, everyone was friendly and not pushy. They had sold the vehicle I was looking at just before I arrived, but had found another that I actually like more. While I test drove they worked on the numbers and that’s when we hit a rocky point. I had haggled on my trade and signed the preliminary numbers, thought they had set me up. Sales woman then comes out and told me there was suddenly another person working a deal on the gladiator, which was odd as after I test drove it they pulled it and cleaned it up. I told them that was what it was going to be or I would walk. Everything else they had was decked to the gills and about 10k more minimum with some fancy trim and not the diesel I wanted. She runs off then comes back and spills it, there was no other offer, they wrote up the wrong vehicle and price, they had done everything for the original gladiator I came for the which was about 8k less. So yeah I wasn’t happy to have signed and done a bunch on what was now the wrong price, but the redeemed themselves and “found a way” to get me into the higher priced one at a pretty healthy discount and a phenomenal rate. They were incredibly busy and selling gladiators like crazy and mistakes happen. The minus 1 star is for simply lying and not admitting to the mistake up front, everything else was excellently

    Go in checked in and they had the truck ready in no time. Call to verify replacement of all filters and insured I understood the cost of the the replacements. I have been using this service center since 2018 and do recommend it to anyone. Nice folks good service.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay clear of this place!! I’ve worked many years in the auto industry not very long ago at all, and these guys are just NOT IT!!! My sales experience with Scott M. started out as a very friendly one. I asked many questions and got responses almost immediately, and he sounded very genuine. I specified I wanted to make sure everything was functioning well on the vehicle and there were no service lights on; the answers were ‘yes it’s great and no service lights!’ I was very happy when Toby the finance manager called and said he got me approved. I do have a low score and not a lot of collateral history, I imagine that the banks liked the $8,000 down payment, less loan to value they have to lend on. I asked an average of payments, short term, and a few other finance questions before driving TWO HOURS with my 4 children from Tulsa. Everything seemed to be going very smooth. Then after I get into the infinity that was so nice - CHECK ENGINE SERVICE SOON - And on top of that, the A/C was blowing hot!! Okay, let’s drive, maybe that can get fixed. Vehicle shakes on the highway, okay it’s a used car, let’s see how they can help. So Scott brought me into see Toby (finance manager) to talk about the service issues that I was lied to about. Well, imagine this, it was the good ol’ “we don’t service ‘em so we can keep ‘em cheap”. Sure, okay. Great. Well, show me the contract. He shows me a basic 4 square type paper that about blows me out, I go outside, Scott the salesman aims to save his deal, we go back inside and I ask to see a sales manager or someone else. He brings me back to Toby again, disregarding what I asked. So I asked to see the CONTRACT again. Toby tells me he had to add on $4,000 (from the agreed price of $16,995 to $20,995) to the price of the vehicle for bank fees, which is ILLEGAL. He also told me I had warranty and GAP. Ok, I’ll take the service warranty, but I don’t want GAP, I’m putting 8 grand down… He tells me “he had to put it in to get the deal done with the bank” which is also ILLEGAL! Those are optional services, you are never obligated to buy them! I told him numerous times, I used to be an F&I Manager, I know the legalities and compliance laws. So basically, I drove 2 hours there to have been lied to about the condition and functionality of the vehicle, and I was also lied to about the financing and price as well! I was buying a vehicle for $17,000 putting $8,000 down, I should have been financing close to $11,000 (add in tire fee and doc fee, yes) but I should not have been financing anywhere near $17,000 after it was all said and done (and no tax and tag not included in this). OH! And might I mention this “bank fee” Toby added onto the sales price, ‘the dealer wasn’t going to get any of that money’. Come on guys! Do better!! I hope that the GM or GSM sees this and realizes they blew a buyer out due to greediness and lies. Sure, make your money, but don’t lie to get more. Such a disappointment. P.S. I also paid for insurance like they needed me to have, so now I’m fighting that.

    I bought the 2022 wagoneer, after driving it a few days I had buyers remorse and wish I had gotten the Grand Wagoneer. When Cody called to check on me I told him my regrets, within 10 minutes Shane called and told me to bring it back snd they let me swap and pay the difference for the Grand Wagoneer!!! They didn’t have to do that, but they wanted to make sure I was happy!! I absolutely love my new SUV!!!

    Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get the actuator housing replaced. The service agent I had consistently told me he would call me back with more information and never did. My actuator housing was replaced and works but the mechanic did not put my dash back together correctly. The left dash panel hangs down and the dash was dirty upon pickup.

    Took my car in to have them replace a tire pressure sensor, when I picked the car up the next day one of the sensors that was working fine when I dropped it off was now not working. I asked how we could fix the problem and the only solution offered to me was to pay them to replace that sensor as well now.

    I did not have a good experience with the service department. I came in to have my starter replaced and my crankshaft replaced as well. I had to wait over a week (from the time of my first appointment) to get my vehicle repaired due a like of communication, availability of technicians, and just an overall lack of a sense of urgency. The service department initially did not want to offer me a loaner vehicle, but did offer me a rent-a-day for a higher rate than what I was currently paying for the one I was using. Eventually they did offer pay for 3 days of my rent-a-car service but ultimately offered me a loaner car from the dealership once they realized it was going to be a lengthy repair. After I received my vehicle from the shop, I had issues right away upon receipt. My blinker did not work correctly after the technician worked on my starter, my engine light came on almost immediately, and they did not replace panels under my steering wheel correctly. I did return the next day to have my blinker fixed, but I did not report the other issues because I honestly could not afford spending more time at the service department to repair the issues. I understand that my Jeep is not the nicest vehicle on the road, but I would like to actually feel a little bit valued as a customer considering the amount of money that I spent there. I am currently in the market for purchasing a new Jeep, but I can confidently say that purchase will not happen at Lewis due to the poor service I experienced. Update: attempted to call, per the instructions from the owner. I was passed around between two operators who acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Ultimately they told me that they were trying to transfer me to the service department, but they weren't answering and that I could leave a message. I declined because is very indicative of the issues I experienced when my car was being serviced. I don't know what the purpose of me calling was, but it just caused more frustration.

    Cullen Reich NEVER called us back or helped us get into a car. We spoke to him on the phone and did an application- he acted like he cared about our situation. We ended up purchasing a car with Landers and they were SOOOOO helpful and were consistent with calling and keeping us informed. I would advise you to stay away from Cullen because he will leave you in the dust. Won’t recommend Lewis to anyone.

    Tami went WAY above and beyond to help me. I purchased a warranty in 2012 when I bought my Jeep in Oklahoma. Nothing in the computer and no paperwork in the glove box. I bet she made 10 phone calls tracking down the warranty for me. I would say this was definitely the best service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. She could have just stuck me with the bill and had me track down the warranty, but she handled everything.

    I've always been a Honda and Toyota guy until family came along and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica. I actually love that van more than I ever thought I would! Just before 60,000 miles I had some issues with the transmission and used Lewis Chrysler for some warranty repair work and an oil change. My service advisor Tami, tech John and their manager Trey have been great to work with in regards to any questions or concerns I had during the process. During each visit I felt safe as the facilities appeared to be clean and disinfected and all employees wore masks during the Corona virus pandemic. I would recommend Lewis Chrysler to any of my friends or family and appreciate the support they have provided to ours.

    Have 15 year old Crossfire which Lewis keeps in great shape. Had problem with a part which they went through various suppliers to find a perfect replacement. After the car was 10 years old and out of warranty the glass panel in the convertible top fell out and Chrysler replace it with a new top free of charge!! A great place to go if you want your car to run forever

    I scheduled an appointment a week out with their service department- having Just left a mechanic, I told the woman over the phone what I needed ordered so they can install it during my appointment. She says ok and proceeds to get my vehicle information. I bring my 2010 Dodge Challenger in at 6:50 am, appointment was for 7:30 am. I leave it there. I called at 12pm and it hadn’t been even looked at yet and I was informed everyone goes to lunch from 12 to 1. Around 1:40 I call again and I am informed that the window motor needed to be replaced (this is the EXACT thing I told the woman who scheduled me to order) they informed me they do not have the part, it would take them 5 days to receive (it is taking me less than 2 to get from autozone) and they quoted me $857! 😂 I laugh because the part is between $110-170. I have since scheduled it with another mechanic for cheaper and faster. I would not recommend them. However, I will say they were very nice. Very friendly. But highway robbery 🤣 NEVER AGAIN And they charged me $126 to tell me what I told them when I scheduled it 🤦🏼‍♀️

    This is a review based on my first interactions with Lewis Chrysler. Phone calls were a bit difficult to connect with a person. Return calls sometimes took longer than expected(usually a couple of days). I will say, things concerning phone calls and interaction has been improved well since we have actually left a vehicle there for a recall resolution. I appreciate the quality attitude of the people I have interacted with, and they seemed to pleasant to work with. We are happy with this dealership for this vehicle purchase and upkeep. Will update as things progress. This Purchase was in late 2020, and the vehicle sat through a good bit of red tape in the processing it for use with our company. Since being put into service Mid 2021.. we've not had anything other than recall or updating software that has come up.

    I was driving into town from Nebraska with my two sons for a baseball tournament when my truck broke down. I showed up at the dealership without an appointment and was told there was a week long wait to get in. After hearing my story, the dealership rearranged their schedule, had parts delivered, and fixed it as fast as possible so I could get home to my husband and family. This dealership went out of their way to help me when they could have sent me away. I could not be more thankful and appreciative! A special thank you to John in sales and Brett in service for being so patient and kind. They even worked it out so I could still watch my son's baseball games while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. I can't recommend this dealership enough! If they are this helpful to someone from out of state, I can't imagine how well they take care of repeat customers.

    Had my first service appointment there on 3/22/22 after recently relocating back to Fayetteville. The service team was outstanding! Very friendly! I used the express lane and got an oil change, tire rotation, new air filter, wiper blade replacement and air put in the tires. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. It was raining and they even pulled my car under the portico so I wouldn’t get wet. Highly recommend!

    I had my car towed here to be worked on because who better to diagnose and fix a dodge than a dodge dealer? Well 3 days in they told me I could pick it up. I asked what was wrong and they said they didn't know but the fuel pumps were "noisey" and they wanted me to pay $1,100 to get my car back. I told them to file it with my extended warranty. They called back and said they got approval to replace the pumps. They did so. I paid my $100 deductible and picked up my car. The next day it broke down again with the same issue. I don't reccomend having your vehicle serviced here. One star only because they were friendly when extorting my warranty coverage.

    Fast and friendly service. They had the part I needed in stock. That was a huge plus. The price for the part was a bit expensive in my opinion. And when I got my truck back the inside of the cab smelled like a oil. (Garage) Overall, I will continue to use the for my service needs.

    The first time I went to this place, they failed to tell me my warranty no longer covered a rental after 9 years and 100,000 miles of rentals always being covered. I was surprised with an extra $300 bill for a rental while my car was being worked on for a few days. $300 was the discounted amount and I was told they could not give it to me for free as I had been led to believe it would because that’s how much they owed the rental company. They could not cover their $300 mistake so I had to. I even asked that they call me if there were any issues with the warranty covering my rental, but no one called. I have the lifetime Mopar warranty. This last time, I ordered 4 new tires. Brett, my service person, went out to my car and wrote down my exact tires and came back with a quote and ordered a new set of my old tires for me. When I received my brand new tires, they were the wrong tires and already put on my car. While I think the tires that were incorrectly ordered ended up being better tires for me it was very frustrating that someone was unable to order the correct tires after telling me they physically walked out to my car and wrote down the exact tire. I even talked to Brett after realizing they were the wrong tires and he said that they were the incorrect tires. They were the same tires he quoted me for, but he had written down the wrong tires in the first place and that was all he had to say about it. Brett is very kind and I’ve never had issue with anyone in the service department being rude or discounting me as I have had at other car dealerships, but it is very frustrating to deal with these small mistakes that cost me extra money. I hate feeling like I have to double check behind every little thing someone does, but it feels necessary to do so here or risk losing money over simple mistakes.

    I called Lewis automotive and talked to Tre ( the service manager ) and discussed what was going on with my truck, he scheduled me and Told me to see Shelby when I dropped off my truck. Tuesday morning I dropped off my truck and Wednesday afternoon it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Both Tre and Shelby went above and beyond to take care of my truck, I will take my truck here from now on for ANYTHING I need done, they earned my business. Thank y’all so much. PS DO NOT go to McLarty Daniel in Bentonville unless you want to get screwed.

    Took in 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for repair at 36k miles, but this dealer couldn’t find the issue and said keep driving. At 40k miles the truck overheated due to defective cooling hoses and broken plastic inside. Dealer charges me $680 for repair and loaner car because the didn’t see it under the bumper to bumper warranty claim as it just expired, and Jeep 60k powertrain will not cover it nor will the extended warranty. Nice job Lewis Jeep, keep jacking over those Jeep buyers.

    Just purchased a 63k 2021 pickup from Lewis and when I got home I discovered that they hadn’t even changed the oil. It was two months past due and a quart low. I drove 100 mi to purchase. Would not do again. Tried to call but got the run around.

    I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived about 8:50. It was after 11:00 before they told me there was nothing they could do to fix the noise and air coming thru the door and that will be 150.00 please. I’m not accustomed to paying people to not be able to fix something. I was disappointed with the service I received and being charged so much for nothing but a diagnosis of the problem with no solution.

    Had issues w jeep purchased from Crain Hyundai in Fayetteville. After Crain threw hands in the air we had it towed to Lewis Chrysler in Fayetteville. Shelby took care of us right away. Had our vehicle diagnosed and fixed. Took time to talk w us and show us the bad battery cable. Even got a sales person to explain the jeep to my wife since Crain didn’t know. Will continue going to Lewis and asking for Shelby in service.

    Wasn't sure what I walking into being broke down 4 hrs from home. However I was greeted by Brett and explained my situation. He said they are a week out for service appointments but he would get me checked in and call me the next day. He called and explained my repair. I still wasn't sure if I was going to be stranded or if they could drop everything and help me. But Brett found a alternator and got me back on the road by 3:30 that day. Huge props to Brett and the mechanic who decided to help me and my wife get back home. That's awesome service and great people! Way to go Lewis staff!

    I did not have a pleasant experience with Lewis Jeep. I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning, it was communicated to me they had a busy schedule that week which I understood during this time of the year/holidays. I waited until Wednesday of the following week utilizing the “text your technician” feature they offer. I submitted a text at 6:50AM on Wednesday morning and never heard a response. I called at 3PM on Wednesday and was told they knew the issues with my car but were waiting on the go ahead. I had not received a call from then asking to proceed. No communication at all despite them knowing what the issue was. They sent me a link to confirm/deny the repairs + cost. The link noted my car would be ready at 4PM on Wednesday. The technician I spoke with told me it would he could not guarantee it would be ready that day (Wednesday) but would be ready the next day (Thursday). The following day (Thursday) after work, I returned the car I was borrowing and Ubered to Lewis Jeep. It cost me $25 to Uber there, which I understand comes with the cost of borrowing a car but on top of the miscommunication that could’ve been avoided, this was an unnecessary cost. I arrived to Lewis Jeep and was basically given a shocked expression I was there. The front counter told me the parts for my car had been ordered but not here. This was never mentioned by the technician I had spoke with the day before. In fact, he told me on the phone my car was in the process of being worked on. No one ever followed up with me, no texted on the platform they feature. I told them the link told me it would be ready at 4PM on Wednesday and was told that app was not correct or up to date. I guess that was supposed to be assumed by me? Absolutely horrible communication. I then had to Uber home. Again, paying more for things that could have been avoided. They had very little sympathy for their lack of communication. I never heard from them Friday. You would think they would fill me in on the status of my car with the amount of money I was paying for repairs. Actually, upon arrival on Friday, a customer ahead of me had been told one thing on the phone and another thing when he showed up. I appreciate the work these technicians do around the holidays to ensure people’s car are able to travel but with the service provided and the amount of money it costs, communication and customer service should be their top priority. If they are offering a text feature and a link with times for pick up, they should be using those features to communicate with customers. If the link is not up to date or inaccurate, that should be communicated. The gentlemen did give me a free oil change for my next visit but unfortunately this is not the first issue with lack of communication at Lewis Jeep. I hope they can fix this issue for future customers but I will not be returning.

    This place is the best! I purchased my jeep here 3 years ago and still get great customer service every time i go back for service. Need customer service after the sale?? Contact Greg Doke! He was my salesman 3 years ago and still so helpful to this day! I was on my way to a job interview yesterday and locked my keys in my jeep with it running. I have NEVER done this before and my first thought was CALL GREG! He told me to stay calm and he would see what he could do. In the next 20 minutes he was there with a spare key to the rescue and I was on my way to the interview. Thanks so much Greg! You are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

    Great service from Lewis Jeep…. I had a 5 tire rotation where i currently live (another state) and they only ordered a basic 5th wheel to match my 4 so i could do a 5 tire rotation on my new Jeep Gladiator. It was missing the sensor so every time i start the Jeep, it beeps and my dash goes to the tire pressure diagram warning. The app was also sending me messages. They said after they mounted and balanced the new week that it would be another $200+ to get a sensor after i spent $400 for new wheel and $65 to have it mounted & balanced and took me 3.5 hours sitting in their lobby with an appointment. Lewis was very hospitable and without an appointment slipped me in, put a new sensor on the original spare, made sure all the sensors were working correctly and only charged me $85 total. If i could drive the 12 hours one way to get my oui changes and all service done here at Lewis Jeep Service, i would!

    I went in for an oil change and to address a recall notification on my vehicle. After my car had broken down on Saturday leaving me stuck in the middle of the road. When I finally got it restarted and moved to a safe place we found it was completely out of oil!!!!! There had been no warning on the startup screen. The light had flashed a couple of times before when I would turn a corner. When it died on me it said “ low oil pressure “. When I told the attendant at the dealership I was kind of dismissed as to my safety concerns. I ended up renting a vehicle because he told me it would be a few hours before they could get to it. After returning home he called within an hour to say it was ready to go. When I returned I learned that all that was done was an oil change and that I would have to return after a certain mileage. This may be your protocol but I am very disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously. Also wasted time and money on the rental car. I’m left wondering if I will get stranded again or maybe worse! Patricia Hatfield

    The actual service of the car was fine. The customer service was horrible. No one greeted us. The person who we finally asked if they could help us did so with attitude. When we came back to pick up the car he tried to pawn us off on another service person and when that didn’t happen just left us standing there. After about 10 minutes of knowing our car was ready and we just needed to pick it up I asked another person to help us as two guys were standing behind the counter just talking to each other at this point. Very disappointed.

    I went car shopping with no intent to actually find a car and drive away with it, that same day. I saw a car that fit my needs and Derrick set everything up with having my trade-in evaluated and getting the price of the car in the area that I could afford.     Took my car in to get a couple of things fixed. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff, but I was frustrated with how inconvenient it was to get a loaner car from them. I had to be driven to a car rental place, and go through all the steps to rent a vehicle. Although I am thankful I didn't have to pay for it, I wish someone at the dealership would've explained to me the process ahead of time so I would've planned ahead. Other than that, staff was friendly and my car was ready to be picked up the same day.

    Tami was my clerk that took care of everything for my Dodge truck, when I brought it in to have a recall fixed. I was highly disappointed. I let her know that my boyfriend does most of maintenance on his truck. She didn't let me know the price of what the service department guy wanted to charge him for changing out the front differential and back differential floods and the brake fluid. The amount was ridiculously high. She even let me know that she was falling behind because she fell asleep on her lunch hour. That made the car pool service behind, for picking me up, after the service was finished. I am not happy about any of the experience I had there. There is also another recall to be done. I wont let them do anymore routine maintenance on his truck. They are way over priced!!

    I’m very pleased with the visit I had to have for my Durango. They explained everything fully before proceeding with any repairs. They kept me updated about my vehicle. They did their best trying to get my vehicle done in a timely matter (getting parts was proving to be difficult). There were no surprises. It was a hassle free experience! Tami is the best!!

    Lewis-Chrysler service team has come a long way in the 3 years that I’ve been utilizing their service department. I’m glad I stayed the course. Tami has been nothing short of exceptional with her customer service, communication, transparency, and honesty. This weekend I went for an oil service and I apologize I can’t remember the two gentleman who were on duty - but they were excellent as well! Tami needs to be recognized, financially compensated for her performance and brand building that she has done for the business. She also should serve as a mentor for incoming employees! As a note, to highlight my point, when I was there Saturday an elderly couple, as they were walking out, asked the service crew to thank Tammy on their behalf for the help she provided in getting them a rental.     Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Greg was a great salesman: knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure.     I personally had a terrible experience. I was scheduled to go look at an 01 Nissan Xterra. I had previously filled out the online credit application as well. I called ahead of time to speak with the salesperson to ask questions regarding my application to ensure that I was indeed approved to buy a car. Mainly because I live an hour away from the dealership. I didn't want to waste my time or my gas driving over there if there was a possibility that I wasn't approved. All goes well when I first arrived. We went in and discussed a few more things. The sales lady wenf to turn in the paperwork to the finance manager. She then returned with the option of getting into something a little newer and nicer. I went with the idea at first. But then my down payment went up. I began feeling a little uncomfortable..and the sales pitch began. I was eventually talmed into giving a larger down payment.. etc.. Here is where the real problem began. Earlier when I 1st arrived and I was giving her my proof of residence, pay stubs etc. I made it very clear That my paystub did not reflect my accurate income. I had received a raised at work but my boss for whatever reason had forgotten to give it to me on this paycheck. And he was in the process of correcting it but was not there when I stopped by to pick up the new paystub. So now im back to me trying to finance a newer improved vehicle . The finance manager came out me and told me that I needed to give an accurate work phone number because when he tried to call my work number it Went directly to my phone. My personal cell phone. That is not true. 1st of all I wasn't the one that wrote down my information. 2nd of all I would not have lied about my work number. So the sales lady who took the information either wrote it in the wrong spot or wrote down the wrong number altogether but I got accused I've giving a false number. Then the sales lady came back and tried to accuse me of not being honest with her about my pay stub. She told me that "what was on paper and what I had told her wasn't adding up". She said this exact statement to me at least 3 times. And each time I specifically told her to STOP. I said that is NOT TRUE. I told her the very second I handed it to her that it wasn't accurate but that we could call my boss to verify the changes and that I would either fax it or email it to her later that day. But she literally said that to me at least 3 different times. The third time I know I raised my voice a little when stopping her to correct her statement. I was so humiliated that when she finally left the room I just got up and exited the building trying to get to the car I drove over there so I could just leave. She managed to catch me.. I told her that I wasn't comfortable getting the car that was more expensive etc anyway we were unable to reach my boss to verify that I had gotten a raise so they still believe that I was lying to them about my pay. My boss did eventually reach out to them and confirmed what I have been telling them but they never contacted me to let me know.. It was very degrading and humiliating to be accused of things that were not true. I will never do business with this dealership and I just warn anyone else who does to make sure that all the paperwork you take with you is updated and and accurate or at least make sure your boss is readily available to confirm what you are telling them. As a wise you may end up with the experience that I had. I am still without a vehicle. And of course I wasted my time and my gas to go over there. The one thing I was trying to prevent from happening.

    Great staff! My salesman was Tyler Southern and he fit me into the perfect vehicle for me! I did the majority of my purchase online and via text. I went in to sign papers and test drive the vehicle. I was in Lewis CDJR for less than 30 minutes but the impression their staff gave will last for a lifetime. Steve in finance worked with the bank to get me a fantastic deal at my specifications! Highly recommend this dealership!

    After getting my brakes done and a gasket fixed, My car started overheating the day after I got it back from the shop. Upon inspection, the hose was not attached back to my radiator, and most of my coolant had leaked out. Could have been very very expensive, and should never have been missed. My family may have done business with Lewis for years, but they’ve just lost mine. Nice People at the front desk, so 2 stars. I’m livid.
