Bank of America Financial Center E Joyce Blvd, Fayetteville

BOA for some odd reason requires a phone with high security in order for me to be able to log into my mobile app or I won't be able use my debit card till then but they require me to go into an actual branch location to help secure the mobile app on my phone. Why is everything so complex with BOA?

Three times now I have checked to see the Open hours for the drive through teller service, and have driven to the bank after seeing it listed as open only to find the bank closed and dark I am handicapped and unable to walk in, and it is difficult for me to drive. I don't have a smart phone. How can I find reliable information on the open hours.....and why is the drive through teller service closed so often and without notice? What are your handicapped patrons supposed to do?

Would give zero stars or negative if that were an option Strongly recommend to avoid this branch. Came to make a deposit at approximately 2:30PM today and the drive through teller window was closed, forcing me to go inside. When I got inside, only one teller station was open despite 9 employees being visible behind the counter and at desks in the lobby. I inquired as to why the drive through was closed and was informed that the only person who runs it was "at lunch" Most of the 9 employees inside were just standing around apparently chatting with one another while customers waited in what became a long line. I have accounts with several other banks and will be closing this account and moving my funds to one of their local competitors. I was considering them for one or more of my business accounts because of their nationwide presence, but am glad that I was shown now how poor the customer service is before making that mistake. I would strongly suggest anyone considering them look at my review and others here when deciding where to do their banking. We have lots of locally owned banking options here in Fayetteville and it is better to support local businesses anyway.

Hours say 9-4 but they were closed when I came at 10:30. Very frustrating especially when it’s time sensitive and all the other bank of americas are closed for no reason too. Guess it’s time to find a bank that actually serves its customers.

Zero stars. After a very simple matter turned into a stream of mistakes on BofA's end that still have yet to be resolved I've realized it's a top down problem. Try calling this branch. You’ll never speak to anyone. We couldn’t be more displeased with Bank of America’s customer service. Look up their customer service rating before you join. Today is the last day. We've closed our checking account of 21 years, 3 savings, and our credit card.

Bank of America makes up the rules, when they want, however they want. The manager treated me horribly, didn't try to help me or have any remorse. Honestly worst banking experience of my life. Close your accounts and run for the hills before its too late. It was for me. 🤬

Interior is closed and only opens by appointment, which you have to go to the Springdale branch to get because that's where all their employees were sent to. This is the only local branch that can do certain nonstandard financial activities like Medallion Signature Guarantees on financial docs. Oh, and I tried to schedule an appointment here at the Springdale branch but they never called me back. Good luck getting any services.

It appears this location is no longer open as signs on the doors say "Due to circumstances beyond our control we are temporarily closed....". This seems like a reoccurring theme. Customer service and attitudes displayed by unhappy staff over the years are what I'd expect of a 1970's Soviet Union DMV office. Good riddance....

I arrived 45 mins before their posted closing time. I had a check to cash with them. The teller old lady told me to go to my bank which is Arvest even though the check is from their bank. I went to the Arvest down the street and it was closed. I went back and it was 30 mins till closing and the lady turned on their closed signs as I was pulling in.....30 mins before their posted closing time they were already closed. Had to drive up to Springdale. Lazy @$S lady.

All fayetteville offices are closed resulting in me having to drive 10+ miles to get to an operating office. Due to many offices being closed the lines for the location i could go to were very long and i arrived 10 min after open.

Closed AGAIN? Seriously? Bad enough the lobby is only open until 4 and the ATM don't accept deposits 25% of the time I try to make deposits.

Constantly closed and then closest is Springdale which has a line literally out the door because Fayetteville is closed. Do not bank here. We can’t use online features because we do business deposits. Worst place!
