I don’t live in Fayetteville, AR but if I did I would definitely use this bank!! I live in WV and had an issue with misplaced funds (my fault) and they fixed my mistake in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I hope they know they are appreciated.

So far we are very pleased with this bank. We moved here and asked around on what bank was best. And we went with this one, customer service and individualized attention is top bar. Highly reccomend. Personalized service, great rates, good hours, Great track reccord.

ATM will steal your money and the bank will not help whatsoever to make it right, even though they acknowledged that they were 100% aware of the problem prior to my attempt to use the atm. They also charge more than a $3 fee to use the atm. They charged me $5, my bank confirmed that with me. Now I have to get a new card and reset all of my online payments due to banks shady practices and bad equipment ! Ron Johnson bank manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help at all, when I asked him to confirm in writing that I did not receive the cash. He claims he didn’t see me even though I called while I was still in front of the atm.

Very helpful bank. Each individual customer matters at this bank. You really get the experience of being a client not a number. Highly recommend these guys! Very active locally, which is important to me. A+

I just moved here from eastern Tennessee and of course I needed a new bank and the people there were so nice and helpful. Ron was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and a few I hadn't even thought of. Love this bank.
