Very happy with my service and treatment as a customer. The Service Advisor was prompt and courteous, keeping me informed regularly, and responding to my requests for information. The Service Technician was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly, and performed the repairs quickly and professionally. The dealership arranged for a 10-day loaner car from Hertz, courtesy of Ford, since it was a repair covered by the factory warranty, and that was sufficient time to get the vehicle repaired and back to me promptly. Very happy customer! :)

I went to Lewis Ford looking for a newer vehicle and wanting to trade in my older suv that had high miles. I was looking for something with better gas mileage, lower miles, a warranty, and a payment in my budget. The guys at Lewis worked to get me in a car that I like and were able to work the financing to keep my payment where I felt comfortable. They were all super nice and answered all the questions I had. The salesman Coty was very nice and even took us to Farmington to pick up my car. I'm happy with my purchase. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased there as my son recently bought a Dodge truck from Lewis. I won't hesitate to go back when I decide to buy another car. Special ordered a f250, it came in early and exactly what I wanted. First service on the truck, I wasn't able to make do to a snow storm. The Lewis team got me in quickly for the the service and took care of my new truck. Thankful we have great customer service from a local auto dealer.

The service that I had done on my vehicle was quoted at one price but when I got there, it was $67 dollars higher than quoted. My service agent couldn’t explain the discrepancy as to why it was higher. In addition, I had to call numerous times to see if my vehicle was ready, only to be transferred to a voicemail that had not been set up. This is frustrating and events like this leaves doubt to all about true costs and concerns of the service department. It always seems like we have to struggle to get accurate and fair service. While there, the service department lost a customer’s house keys that went along with his ignition key. This shows me a lack of attention to details and a lack of respect for the customers. I will continue to use your service as but am disappointed every time I leave your department. I should not feel as if I have to choose the lesser of 2 evils. Sincerely Victor Cuellar.

Insurance repair. They overcharged labor by $1000 (charging labor based on 7 independent repairs instead of one big repair) and the insurance had to force them down. Charged 50% more for parts than they charge at their parts counter (which is already marked up a lot). And to top that off, every time I needed to talk to my “service consultant” , I had to physically go there because either no one answered the phone, or the person that answered was not my consultant. I am not sure how a company stays in business price gouging and providing poor service. I guess it’s good to be a dealer.

Really bad experience for customer service! I wish I could explain the frustration I felt when talking to manager Jimmy Johnson. The issue was that I came in for Recall. Then after it was done. The door window. Stopped working. I went back to have it checked. Let me know if it would be charged a diagnostic fee 1** if it was. If it was their fault even though it was likely. Really disappointed there are not more loyal Managers in this business.

I took a 2019 F150 in for to Lewis for oil change, new key, broken fuel guage and vehicle inspection. Had to wait 10 days to get it in. I made and appointment and reserved a rental and or loaner vehicle. They must be busy and understaffed. Seemed to be very chaotic and fast pace. There was no rental car or loaner vehicle was available for me when i arrived. The vehicle was at lewis Ford for 8+ hours but had only been worked on for 1 hour of labor. When I went to pick it up NO oil change was done. They did not fix the fuel gauge issue. Everyone was nice and respectful but the service was very Bad. I was disappointed that such a reputable company was so bad at communicating with customers.

My husband and I went to look at cars. We were met on the lot by a salesman. He really seemed bothered by us being there. We were wanting to look at a hybrid that was on the lot. He wouldn't even get keys to unlock the car for us. He told us there were used cars in the back lot. We followed him to the back lot and he showed us a couple of cars that did not fit what we needed at all. By the 4th vehicle he pointed out to us he seemed annoyed and so were we. We took his card and left. We bought a car at McLarty Daniel. I feel like he was assuming we couldn't afford much. Joke's on him. We bought a car with no down payment and no trade in.

Saleman are great they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sale, getting your car serviced is hard, you call to schedule and you get a answering machine and they call you back. I dont usually have time for them to call me back. When you get a oil change make sure you tell them you want to use your ford points or they will charge you regular price without asking if you have ford points. Was impressed with ford but getting ahold of them for service is hard.

There was some confusion on the front-end getting the maintenance done that was needed, but Jimmy Johnson stepped in and coralled his pit crew and got it to the finish line. Very pleased with the end result and will ask for Jimmy going forward. On another instance with my new Bronco. Jimmy worked me in to tighten a loose wire that, if left loose for the week, could of caused some damage. Thank you Lewis Ford and specifically Jimmy J!

Worse service ever. These guys basically overcharged me for replacing an in cabin air filter. $256. Told them I had a DTC code showing and itll cast me $125 jus to pull up the code. Upon that add another $800+ dollars to figure out whats wrong. Are you freaking kidding me!!!

I took my 2016 Escape in for a 60k maintenance. I loved that I could book my appointment online and got immediate response to verify they had received my info. I was able to choose my date and time to bring the car in, and utilize their shuttle to get me to and from my home. I also received an email reminder a few days before the appointment. The intake process at the service desk was quick, organized and staff was very friendly. Although my car was in the service for 2 days, I received updated calls and approval for a part needed to be ordered. The shuttle picked me up to get my car from the Ford service garage. The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly as well. Yes, I will return to this Ford service for future maintenance.

Very friendly service, Chet and Kenny listened to what we were looking for and did the research before we even arrived. The vehicles were lined up waiting for us to test drive. The transaction was very smooth and they handled the paperwork while we went to dinner. When we came back it was ready to sign and we were on our way. So Frustrating. You have to wait a week and half for an appointment. You show up for your appointment and 2 hours later they haven’t even looked at your vehicle. So even though you have an appointment you waste an entire day and still left with nothing fixed. If your going to have customers set appointments, keep your appointments don’t waist your customers time.

I called for information on getting an oil change and they were able to quote me over the phone and schedule an appointment. They were on time for my appointment, completed the work within the quoted time frame, and the checkout was easy. While everyone was respectful, I would have loved a little more enthusiasm. Made appointment for service on Wednesday with promise of getting vehicle back Thursday. Brought vehicle in Wednesday morning before 9am appointment. Service didn’t start until Thursday and vehicle was not available for pick up until close of business Friday. No communication to me until I called Thursday to see if it was finished and was told it hadn’t been started yet. Work was completed and was fine. The people are nice and friendly but there work processes are antiquated and needs improvement.

This dealership is consistently the most expensive place to buy a new Ford anywhere in our area. They mark up most of their new cars, adding onto the sticker price by thousands of dollars. God help you if you want to buy a new truck or specialty car. What a fantastic car buying experience! Everyone was a pleasure to work with. From the time I walked into the dealership, everyone seemed welcoming from the receptionist, to the sales person, to the finance manager and to the delivery specialist. (Sorry I am bad remembering names). The whole process seemed simplified and a breeze. I do remember CJ was my salesperson and he made me feel comfortable and unlike past car buying experiences, there didn't seem to be any feeling of being pressured into making a purchase. CJ made sure I was 100% satisfied with my decision. I was even taken back to the warehouse and given my choice of wheels and tires to have installed to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase. It was not my original intention to purchase from Ford that day, but my friend pointed out the new Broncos were in stock and knew I had my eye on one of them. Excellent Service Department! I purchased a new 2020 Transit T250 from Lewis Ford in March. I wanted a trailer wiring harness that would be a post purchase installation. I got the parts from Ford. The trailer wiring harness kit cost $300+. It was missing some necessary parts and came with 10 pages of printed installation instructions for a 2015 Transit. I had it installed by local Ford dealer as I live hours from Lewis Ford. The installation caused problems due to missing parts and complications. My local Ford dealer charged me to fix it and it was not fixed. The computer and electronic system in the Transit was messed up and sending lots of error messages. I was getting worried and I had paid $1,300 for parts and installation so far. I took it to Lewis Ford in Fayetteville AR. I considered it a big problem and possibly a continuing problem. Lewis Ford FIXED IT! The mechanic was very good and worked through several processes until he was successful. I was so happy. They did it as warranty work at no charge which restored my trust in Ford.

Chris (sales manager ) and crew continue to impress. The days of Lewis Ford going the extra mile are distant memories. Bought a used (8000 miles) Ford F350 SUPERCAB LARIAT TEXAS EDITION FOR ROUGHLY $75,000. The truck bed cover did not have a key we found out AFTER the financing paperwork was signed. $20 for a set of new keys and cylinder. I think most would agree a reputable and wise sales team would have jumped at the opportunity to bring a repeat customer back for $20. Unfortunately Chris & Crew are not willing to go the extra 1/4 mile much less a full mile. Is the Lewis Ford leadership, still at home in their pajamas?

I came in for an oil change and to have a vehicle key and fob made. I was told that the oil change would take between 1.5 - 2 hours. I checked on progress after 2.5 hours and was told that they hadn’t even started on it. I stated that the least that should have been done was a phone call informing me of a set back in time. I spent 4 hours at the dealership to get an oil change. The key, I found out after I got home was cut wrong. Though it started my ignition, it did not open my doors. I went back and had a new key cut, but they weren’t able to program it. Now, I have to come back, yet again, to have done what should have been done right the first time. This has not been a very good experience at Lewis Ford. I am used to a whole lot better service.

I walked into this dealership wanting to test drive a car I had been eyeing... I had no idea I’d end up buying it by the end of the visit! Let me be honest, I doubt anyone thought they’d be selling me a car that day (I’m young and pulled up in a 2005 highlander) but Anthony took the time to talk to me about the car, and offered to show me some numbers before running my credit and submitting an application. I made an appointment to get an estimate for the value of my vehicle. I arrived on time and the salesman (CJ) I made the appointment with was not present and refused to answer his phone despite committing to answering “24/7” when we spoke less than 12 hours earlier. The sales staff that was present was unable to leave their chairs to help or answer questions. I did find the used car location where I walked through the building for 10 minutes before anyone could be bothered to talk to me. After explaining I was there for an appointment I was told to wait for an indefinite amount of time. After finally being seen, I was disappointed in a low offer. I left and went to their competitor and purchased one vehicle for $80,000 and ordered another for $70,000. I can't tell you how pleased I am with Lewis Ford. We were driving to Arkansas for the holidays and had a flat tire. Although they were booked out for a week, they were happy to take me in to replace my tire. They were friendly and accommodating the whole time. In this day and age, it's nice to see real service.

Ken Serratos is da man! My son was looking for a 4th Gen Mustang and we got hooked up with a sweet deal on a 'stang with an upgraded dual exhaust and full body kit in preem condition. Ken is a 5-star guy but I'm giving 4 stars for the dealership, only because of the misleading signage that stated every used car came with a 30 day/3,000 mile powertrain warranty, which is not the case. I only found out after signing the paperwork when the financing agent said that warranty only applied to newer cars. They did not even offer an extended service warranty which was a let down since I've always had an extended warranty on every used vehicle I've owned. Thanks to Ken Serratos, I'll be bringing my business back to Lewis Ford!

I must say. Shady experience from the start. I called stating I wanted to purchase the Ford raptor they had in stock. We came to a agreement over the phone. I then told the salesman I needed to get in and out as fast as possible since they were 3 hours away and I needed to be back to get my daughter from daycare before they close. I had a timeframe of a hour I could spend at the dealership. I was stuck there long enough I had to call a friend and have my daughter picked up for me. I sent my credit application to them via email that morning. 3 hours later I show up and it still was not approved. I have perfect credit and am more than qualified for the financing. I actually was Pre approved with my own lender. I advised my rate I was able to get and they said they would beat or March it. They were higher by 1% which is the rate they were buying above my approval. We finally get signed out after a hour and 45 minutes. They hand me the key and I ask for the second one. The raptor is a high dollar vehicle, and anyone would expect a spare key. They said they would get me the second key from the previous owner. I have called and talked to a few different people including my sales man and have been ignored in regards to the second key. Poor follow up, poor delivery, slow service. I will not be going back and will definitely not be referring customers.

June 2020 Chuck was helpful and got me into a vechicle the same day. 8/8/2021 Chuck called me a year later to check in & make sure I was still happy with my purchase. And I am. I have spoken to 3 different people in the "service " department. They don't seem to understand the meaning of the word. Every person I spoke with acted like I was really inconveniencing them by making them answer the phone. And they have all been quick to inform me that it would be weeks before they would even consider looking at my car and then another couple of weeks before they would do any work. Based on the service department, I would never consider buying a car from them. I would drive to Dallas first.

Bought a used vehicle from them. Less than 12 hours later a check engine light goes off with a fairly significant repair. Lewis made it right by paying for the repair work so I didn't end up with a $1k+ repair bill after having just bought the vehicle.

I have always been taught that the car buying experience is stressful and a very “you vs them” mentality. However, that was not my experience at all at Lewis Ford. Marty at Lewis Ford was an amazing sales person to work with. He wasn’t pushy or opinionated about what we should buy. In fact he asked what we were looking for and our price range and showed us what our options were. If we didn’t like something we moved on to the next. It was really REALLY nice to have someone helping figure out what is the best option instead of someone just trying to make something work for a sale. Marty also made the buying process easy and was able to explain every step of the process. We did not feel that we were being taken advantage of or our time was being wasted. Overall, we got the deal and car we wanted AND had a non stressful, positive experience on top of it. I would highly recommend Marty and Lewis Ford if you are looking for a new car.

Bought a 2021 F-150 that I pre-ordered in October. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville and I have zero complaints. The customer service is beyond excellent. I never felt hassled. Chris and Jim were excellent. Like I mentioned, I pre-ordered a new F-150 and Chris kept in regular contact with the status of the order. As a matter of fact, he surprised me with a call that my truck arrived well before the expected date. So the big question is whether I would work with Lewis again? Absolutely yes. By far the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended.

A flash program for my 2001 ford f150 Kingranch pickup I understand takes about 2 hrs. Your tech managed to be done in 1hr. , didn't do a test drive before or after, and my truck was not programmed right,and still runs poorly. Stalling,chugging,. and other malfunctions. Even appointment person when asked stated it would be 2hrs. Very unhappy. Waste of money. Thanks

When looking for a pontoon I never thought I'd be buying one from a Ford dealership in Arkansas but that's what happened. Searching on Facebook, I came across the exact boat we were looking for in a town in Missouri a couple hours away so I messaged them. I decided to check out the dealership to make sure it was legit and realized it was in AR, so told Tucker, our sales guy, my mistake. He responded, "Would love to ship?" I thought that was crazy but entertained the idea and he came back with a crazy high price and I thought it was a dead deal. I told him, "yikes!" and left it at that. He then cance back with a much more reasonable price and then we started negotiations with his manager, Chris. Both Tucker and Chris were nice and easy to deal with. They shipped it the morning after we made the deal; the driver left at 4 AM and got here by 9:30 AM. He was a fun character! Shipping cost was good. Admittedly we paid a few thousand over the NADA value of the boat, in fact they listed it at double the value of the boat 😳! We certainly didn't get a "good deal" on it but unfortunately with the supply and demand of boats, specifically pontoons, that's the way it goes right now. However, the memories we're going to make on this thing are worth it. Also to note, they offered to facetime us but my husband had to run out so Tucker sent me over 40 pictures of it, showcasing all the good and some of the bad so we new exactly what we were getting. It's hard decide on how many stars to give them because everyone was really nice and they delivered on thier end but I really am disappointed that we had to pay more than the boats value, I mean if we needed a loan on it, the credit union wouldn't have been able to fully cover it. However, I have checked out several other pontoons and, for example, there was a 2017 nearby that sold for the same price as the brand new 2022 fully loaded bass buggy...someone paid the price of brand new on a 4 year old boat because to get a new one right now, you have to order and wait until August. Point being, the dealership isn't at fault for the market. So I'm going to with 4 stars.

I had a bad experience at another dealership. I called Trey (the service manager) to explain my problem and my dire need for help. He was very receptive and assured me they would help. After a 3 week ordeal at the other place Trey and his team had the problem identified and solved in one day. Lewis Ford now has a customer for life. Thanks to the Lewis Ford service department.

Sales department sells the first truck,service department sales the next three. Had a water leak in the vent of my truck. Took it in. They ran it through the car wash. Called me. Told me it was a rubber seal issue and to come get it, they would not be able to assist with rubber seal issues. Still charged 125. Took it to a glass shop. Was told it IS the vent closure. Charged nothing Bc they did nothing. Think before you go.

The salesman i delt with was a stand up guy and answered any qeustion i had. Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend anyone to lewis or there service department. 5 weeks into having the car it developed issues . long story short 5 months later and my car hasnt been fixed and no alternative options have been offered. I went to lewis with hopes of building my credit instead it will be destroyed because logically i cant continue to pay 400 a month for a car i dont have and 5 months is plenty of time for any repair

I had chosen a truck I liked the night before contacting the salesman, Chuck, that I had been working with. The next day, we test drove it and worked out the cost to meet my need, just to find out that it had been sold the night prior and wasn’t taken out of the system. I expressed my irritation and left. Chuck had called me 20-30 minutes later, apologizing for the mix up, and offered a deal on this truck that I couldn’t refuse. Other than the long wait at the dealership (2+ hours) to sign the paperwork it was fairly seamless and they met my needs as far as costs were concerned. Overall it was a good experience.

After stating what they should look for, I had the sense they were going to do routine maintenance only, and call it a day, I reminded them of front end (axels? joints? springs?) I've been hearing.. Those noises are still present, but they did find a bad tie rod, so I'm happy about that.

My experience dealing with Cale and Toby, in the used car portion of the lot, was friendly and fairly simple and straightforward. I would defitnely recommend anyone who is having issues trading in their current vehicle or getting into a new one. Thanks guys! 👍 *Update* this has been my worst experience owning a vehicle I have had some minor issues that may or may not have been covered under my warranty, but after calling and trying to find out the details about what my warranty covers, it has now been over three weeks since anyone has decided to return my call, or not in this case. And then due to inclement weather here recently I was in a curb Collision causing the tie rod on my front driver side to snap, and while on the phone with my salesperson, I was condescended, I was laughed at, and otherwise just disregard it all together. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different retailer. 2/18/21

This was the best experience yet buying a car. This is only the third car I have purchased, but the service at Lewis Ford was miles ahead of the other two dealerships that I have purchased from and I would definitely go there again and highly recommend it. I bought from the used department and Freddie Douglas was most excellent. Very informative, not at all pushy, and very honest about the car and pricing. They worked hard to negotiate the price and even replaced the windshield and added floor mats as part of the deal. The finance department was also great, honest and informative. All in all, this experience deserved a full 100% satisfaction. It really seemed like they are trying to earn repeat customers and not just trying to sell one car as quickly as possible.

I got an oil change there and they also rotate your tires and change your filter all for a good price. I called other places and Ford was the best price for more service as well. Their customer service was phenomenal. Jimmy was very helpful. I got another service done here at ford by Jordan and she was just as great. I had a little under $4000.00 of work done to my car a few weeks ago and last week my check engine light came on. I went to the parts store and had a scan done and had an ignition coil go out. The tech put a small piece of cardboard on the coil to keep the plug in place. So I bought a new coil and the correct spark plugs for my Ford Escape because they put in cheap aluminum plugs. Apparently when Lewis Ford pulled out the motor they did not unplug the ignition coils and broke all the lock tabs. I replaced one but may have to replace the others but it will not be on my dime!! I know an ASE certified mechanic and he put in the new ignition coil and plugs. I will never use Lewis Ford again! They should reimburse me for the ignition coils and the ones I may have to replace and for the cheap plugs!

SAVE YOURSELVES A HEADACHE!!! I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape last year from them and at first everything went well. I got a new TV from them. We took pictures, became best friends and felt great about my purchase. However, if you ever get a recall on your vehicle like I did on mine, just a few months ago, make sure that's all they are going to work on. Their customer service SUCKS when it comes to asking questions and or any concerns for that matter and have no consideration whatsoever to be little you and sarcastically imply you should know their policies off hand. Jimmy is the absolute worst! There are so many people that try to make your experience pleasantful and unfortunately there has to be that one bad apple who rottens the company name.

I had a really hard time getting in touch with someone for updates on my vehicles service. This led me to keeping a rental car for longer than I should have. The service advisors should be given the ability to text updates. They are short staffed and don’t seem to have the availability to answer the phone or return phone calls.

Great guys with poor leadership. After having to return a vehicle that had been wrecked and undisclosed (don't think the Team knew), we spent 4 hours negotiating a solution and ended up with a deposit down on a vehicle listed on their site but not in their possession yet. It was another Expedition coming in on trade and Sales Managers at both NWA Ford locations were aware of the deal. We put the deposit down (nonrefundable) and waited 2 weeks to receive the vehicle. Sales Manager had the vehicle in possession and it mysteriously disappears. It's "unavailable". The awkwardness and suggestive comments made it obvious that someone in the Lewis family decided they wanted the vehicle and we were hung out to dry. I gave them plenty of opportunities to do the right thing and bring the vehicle back but instead received nothing but "you should be grateful we gave your deposit back". Customers 2nd not 1st here. I've asked to speak with the GM multiple times to no avail. They have some great folks at the dealership but family comes 1st in family businesses. FYI they have 2 wrecked & repaired Expeditions on their lot currently that aren't marked as such on the Experian vehicle report. Pull the CarFax and look closely before you buy.

I’ve gone to this place twice now, first time I was promised $530 payments on a Ford fusion- after all was said and done they tried to have me sign for $690 payment- not what I agreed to. I ended up in a Renegade which I hate (probably from the sour taste the dealership left) I’ve had said renegade for a year- they called me back to see if I can switch cars. Sat there for 4 hours before they even got me a number, I had specific rules I wanted to follow and if he couldn’t help me I wanted to leave. After stringing me along (as they do) they wanted me to put 5k down and STILL make $600 payments on a FORD FREAKING FUSION I won’t be coming back- they have tried to screw me so many times. This was a bad and stressful experience. I dropped off my truck for the 9am appointment. At 2:30pm I called to see if the truck was ready. It was not. I called at 3:45pm. The truck was not ready. I explained that I would take the truck and get an alignment elsewhere so I could use it for the weekend. Thirty minutes later my truck was ready. I will avoid this experience for my next tire change.

This complaint is likely vehicle-specific, but I was left with a bad taste from working with Lewis Ford Sales. I walked in knowing what I wanted to order, a new truck from the factory, no salesmanship needed. I put in an order, they took a 500 dollar deposit and I got an email saying my truck had been ordered. 4 days later, I was told that the truck was not ordered and that I had an option of ordering from the next years stock (FAR more expensive) or choosing a non-hybrid option (inferior option). The truck I wanted to order was in high demand at an affordable price. Due to negligence or an attempt to sell a different vehicle, my paid-for truck was not ordered, and the factory's window for accepting offers closed. This dealership wasted my time and never accepted responsibility for their mistake. They did return my deposit but never really apologized. No huge deal in the big scheme of things, but I won't work with them again or go out of my way to recommend them.

I booked a recall appointment online. I called the morning of the appointment to verify details. When I arrived, they told me that they hadn't even ordered the part yet. Too bad for the wasted hours and gas, driving 2 cars from out of town. Once parts were ordered, they failed to schedule an appointment. But I get request for review, and Sirius ads, which suggest they put the work on file as being done. I don't plan to go back.

He restored my faith in your dealership. He has made me feel valued, and important. He has listened to what I want. I usually loathe going to any dealership shopping for a vehicle because it feels like buzzards circling fresh meat and you end up feeling very processed. Our appointment was for 1:00 pm, and we arrived about 12:45 pm. By 2:30, we hadn't heard anything from anyone, so we checked on the status and were told that something had broken while they were changing a filter, and they had to order a new part from O'Reillys, and that it wasn't there yet. After waiting another 45 minutes, we checked with them again, and were told the part had arrived and they were working on it. It was close to 4:00 pm before our vehicle was finished. I understand things happen, and I appreciate their ordering the part, but it would have been nice if a service advisor had taken the time to let us know what was going on.

Update: They got me in very quickly after calling & got my car fixed in about 1.5 days. They were very apologetic this process took so long & I know things happen. Overall great team. Bought a new car in May 2021. Was great until I took it to get leather seats & tinting installed. All of the sudden my front cameras no longer work. They set me up an appt. to take it in. After running diagnostics they said they have to replace the cruise control module. After doing that it, did not fix the problem (obviously). So they set me up another appt. when they said the diagnostics guy would be back from vacation on 7/28. Took my car up there & they did not have me on the books nor a rental like they said they would. I called again later since I had not gotten a call back & left a voicemail asking when we could get this fixed. Got a return voicemail stating they would call me on Monday. It is now Tuesday & I have left a voicemail on Mon & Tues (today) with no response & now my cruise control does not work! Bad customer service.

The thing is, I am always looking for an authentic human being to do business with. So often, people are so motivated for the sale, they forget to be human. Tucker is not just a great salesman. He is a regular guy who cares about both the big picture and is very specific details. Tucker took me on a test drive of my first ever electric car, the Mach E. The experience was exhilarating because the car is fantastic. Tucker made it even better by just having fun. Truly the best test drive in a decade.

At the beginning it was very difficult just to order a part for my Ford Edge. Apparently if your vehicle has previous been serviced there at Lewis Ford, the person who helped you last is the only person that can help you in the service department. Getting a hold to a certain service person to order a part was just freaking ridiculous! Who ever answers the phone should be able to provide service to me and order the part when being asked to, rather than having me wait till that certain service person calls back! So it took multiple phone calls just to order a part. Had to physically come inside to order such part then at that moment they didn’t even schedule me to come back in to deliver the part, so yes another phone call.... delivery day took less time to deliver the part which was fantastic and haven’t had any issues with my Ford yet. Knock on wood.

We recently, purchased our 3rd truck in a row from Lewis Ford Fayetteville. Also the 3rd time I had sat in one of the financers office named Freddie. A new manager named Chris and a new salesman named Scott were my primary contacts. I experienced 3 issues AFTER I signed for the vehicle and made the down payment. Unfortunately the accumulation was to much to continue buying trucks from Lewis Ford. 1) The insistence by Chris to exploit this customer by taking a picture beside the truck we purchased was tacky and distasteful. 2) Relationships require trust I believe we all can agree. When it came time for reciprocity from Lewis Ford back to me... crickets. 3) The low diesel light was on when I test drove the vehicle. I asked Scott to be sure to fuel up the truck 2 days prior to picking up the truck. I called ahead to inform Freddie we would be by to pick up the Ford Lariat F350 Super Duty Texas Edition and again asked to have the truck ready and asked for the truck to be fueled. $25 1/4 of a tank was all they put in it. Expecting a full tank of fuel( $75 more ) after paying $75,000 for a pick up is a minimum request that a wise salesman would not have thought twice about. Evidently the days of Lewis Ford showing respect and appreciation to their customers is a distant memory.

First of all it was Lewis Ford Service department not the sales side. Our appointment was for 830 and we got there at 8. No big problem there . My wife got checked in and told them she was there because her touch screen had display but you can't control anything from it i.e. the a/c controls for the rear. I called and made the appointment because the lady on the phone suggested we have a diagnostic ran to find the issue with it. They told my wife she could wait but it would take a hour to do it or longer . They proceed to tell her it was $125 for a hour and that might be long enough to find the problem. She informed them she wasn't staying , to call after the hour and confirmed with the guy that it was a issue with the touchscreen . He said it's in the paperwork he has and they would call. At 8:20 she's leaving and they move vehicle to the back. So she thinks they are about to start working on it. Around 10am she calls cause it's been over a hour and the guy over the shop tells her , there are people ahead of her that are waiting and they haven't gotten to it yet . He was being very rude and unprofessional. At around 4pm she goes back up after not hearing back to check on it and they just got it back and almost done . Manager guy comes and tells her it has freon leak and it'll be $200-$300 to fix depending on how many leaks. She ask about the touchscreen and he says that's not what they checked and that he only checked the system not the screen. Says that's what the paperwork says and that the first guy had left and didn't say anything . One would think part of checking the a/c would be checking the controls to see if they worked. I didnt know you had to hook diagnostic up to check a freon leak and charge almost $150 for something the customer didn't ask you to do. Even with the freon leak , we can't control the a/c with the touchscreen not working properly. Still don't know the issue with the touchscreen and out $150. Shop manager was completely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend going back to them.

Customer service was amazing!!! I came in for them to re attach my splash shield that fell off...they were able to schedule me an appointment within a few days. On the day of my appointment I was there for a very short time and they came out and told me they were not giving me a bill. I was very pleased all around and will absolutely be coming back for my next service.

Very rude and demeaning service department. Service check in had wrong information on my contract, he claimed my warranty ran out at 75,000 miles , luckily I had my contract with me that showed 120,000 miles. And any question I asked about the contract was met with a arrogant “I don’t know sir, I’m not a lawyer”. Simple questions that you would think the company who sold you the vehicle and contract should know since they deal with it daily. I left solely based on this guys attitude. An employee with a better attitude would have got my vehicle in for service and my future business. It’s all about attitude and obviously the service department hasn’t received the same training as the sales department. Heading to the a hopefully friendlier place to have issue looked at. In a two and a half year time frame i was continuously screwed around on trucks and the warranties, including Chevy at the fayetteville auto park, car mart, road runner auto sales and I caught myself asking if this was poor judge of character or was it on my part but in all reality it on them because of the deception . either way it cost us over 60k in vehicles and repairs. Credit was obviously an issue until the day we stopped at Ford Lewis. I stopped there with the mind set of hoping for the best but expecting the worse, point blank i just thought I wouldn't purchase something nice until I did. A beautiful 2014 used lower mile blue big horn dodge ram. Lifted , nice rims and tires and is the nicest truck I've ever owned and I've had brand new ones. Well I have put 34k miles on it in a year and the transmission started going out. What about the warranty, well I purchased one but ran through it already by this time. Then the pandemic hit hard and hard times came, I went to Ford Lewis and talked with them and pleaded with them how I had ran it through the service department at dodge when the warranty was active and they investigated and a Lewis brother Shelby gave me a call and he listened to me and I could tell he had true concern in his voice! (Good guy). He told me he would take care of us in which l had worries, because we had our financial backs against the wall. I waited about a week then I get a call from Trey (service manager) and then a call from Tami saying its a go. I dropped it off at Arkansas transmission shop, which is currently working on it. The excellence in sales and the commendable attitude of the staff was and is amazing! They showed us dignity, empathy, integrity, and all out class through the whole situation and my family and I would like to give this big shout out and love to Ford Lewis , Thanks so much!!!!! And to anyone reading this WE WILL BE purchasing our second vehicle from them and I would soon I highly recommend! THANK YOU LEWIS BROTHERS and STAFF!!! YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING PEOPLE!!! GOD BLESS!

I have used the services of Lewis Ford service dept. for about a decade. My experiences with them have been favorable except once. Service writers work on commission and the more repairs they convince you are needed, the more income they make. Of course, that is a recipe for inflated repair charges. That was the reason for my dissatisfaction that one time; the service writer went overboard with his recommended service needs on my vehicle. Fortunately, another person overheard that conversation and privately told me in the waiting room to ignore much of the repair estimate, that at best it was overly inflated and at worst, it was contrived dishonesty. I no longer see that employee at Lewis Ford, so maybe he eventually shot himself in the foot. All other visits to the Lewis Ford service dept. have been satisfactory.

Brought a van in for multiple minor issues, including a bad tire pressure sensor. Staff was nice, but extremely busy. A mix up occurred, mostly because they didn’t have the time to listen to what our issues were. Tire sensor never got fixed. Brought the van to the dealer because of the sensor & wanted to find out about recalls on the van. will stick with our local mechanic. Only posting this b/c they sent a text asking for my review.

I called Lewis Ford in Fayetteville on the 4th of June to set up an appointment to get the transmission repaired due to it malfunctioning AGAIN. I told them how it was acting and also told them it had just under 100,000 miles on it. The person who was taking the information said it should still be covered under warranty and made the appointment for the fourteenth of June. Lewis Ford repaired it last year for the fourth or fifth time in the last five or six years. When they repaired it last year, they said it was the clutch pack that had gone bad. By the fourteenth the car had just over 100,000 miles on it. One person said it was out of warranty due to the milage but I told him when I spoke to them on the fourth it had less than 100,000 and they were the ones that set the appointment date - not me. However they checked it out anyway and said the clutch pack had gone bad - the one they put in last year. The clutch pack they put in last year went bad in ONE YEAR - WITH LESS THAN 20,000 MILES ON THEIR REPAIR AND THEY DON'T WANT TO COVER THEIR WORK. We don't buy a new vehicle every four or five years but we have bought a new truck and this Focus new and one used car from Lewis but will no longer be doing any business with Lewis automotive again. I am recommending anyone else doing business there to watch out! We hope you have better luck getting them to stand behind their product and workmanship than we have. This Focus has been nothing but a lemon.

Not very impressed with the dealership and how they deal with customers. Our salesman Jim Wright was good. He found a 2020 Explorer with nearly everything we were after - AND SAVED IT FOR US. When it comes to Sales managers, 95% of the time, they shaft ya. As it's been said, "the only one who gets a good deal from the car dealer, is the car dealer". There is usually a 30% markup on New Cars. Our negotiation saved me 14%, Although he moved a few hundred dollars off my price. The rest was the dealer incentives - I'm sure all paid for by Ford Motor Co, not Lewis. I worked for a dealership in Montana, the most ruthless car dealership in the state. It reminded me of that place. Our Tech guy hurried us through the bells and whistles. No time to process it. Like he was afraid to get COVID from us. There should be an actual CLASS held for training on usage of the gadgets. I'm nearly 60 yr old - and this is the 1st NEW CAR I've ever bought - CASH. I wish I could tell you I had a better experience. They could at least give us a Turkey. Not impressed Lewis.

I visited your Farmington Ar location on May 4th. Derrick was the Sales Guy. He seemed very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. My complaint is that he showed me a Truck. I test drove it and we got estimates of what the Truck would cost. I didn't originally go with the estimates. He said go home think about it and i'll contact you tomorrow. Well after no contact I reached out to him asking if he was able to find another loan option. He stated he was off work. I asked if he could get back with me the next day to let me know something. He said he would. I was watching the Truck on the Website and didn't notice it on there anymore. So by the next day I reached out to Derrick again asking if he was able to find another option. I also asked if the Truck was already Sold. No response. It would have been more Professional to let the Customer know that the Truck you were interested in Sold. But could I assist you with something else. Arkansas Car Dealers fail many of times to strike deals. I purchased another Vehicle from Oklahoma. I tried to give local Dealers the opportunity. Failed and unhappy again. Don't get me wrong. I think Derrick is a Great Salesman and Person. But he should Communicate with the customer till the state I'm looking elsewhere. Thank You

I brought my car in for a recall. It would have been nice if the person setting up the appointment would have let me know this recall takes about 4 hours. After 4 hours I called to check on the status. My car was not ready. It took the shop 7 hours. Because of this delay my son missed an appointment. Since I did not give enough notice, I still had to pay for the appointment. After getting my car back, I found a big scratch on the steering wheel. Also each door panel had black smudges on it. It was very noticable because the door panels are cream colored. I keep my car interior clean. This is unacceptable for the Ford dealership service department.

I’m changing my review to one star due to the fact Lewis Ford said my car was fixed and had been looked over from top to bottom, it was in great condition with brand new parts. Didn’t have it back more than 2 weeks from their shop, took it on ONE trip for Easter because I was still scared of driving it, and for good reason, it blew up on the side of the road. Went up in FLAMES. 911, state police, fire department and all had to be there for this situation. It did exactly what I was terrified of happening. I already suffer from ptsd and anxiety and I had my children with me. Obviously they didn’t fix anything at Lewis Ford. So that is twice now they have put me in the same vehicle that could have seriously harmed someone and said “it was ok to drive, their professional mechanics took care of everything”. I called to inform them what happened and basically said that’s on our insurance. Didn’t give two craps they put my family in a dangerous situation AGAIN. Will never do business here, I have no respect for those who care more about a dollar than human lives.

We have trusted Ford with all of our vehicles for many years and have never been over charged and have always been treated with respect. They have even found warranties that we did not know we had. Usually I don't care to leave reviews, but my experience buying a vehicle from Lewis was great. We had to negotiate on the price which I understand since that's how they get paid but at the end they were able to meet me in the middle. Most people describe buying a vehicle painful, if you want great cycustom service and a less painful experience give them a chance to just place a bid for your business. Once again thank you!
