An excellent dealership with a no pressure sales approach. Jackson was very helpful and informative about the different models and what was available. He was very patient as we decided on which vehicle to buy. The financing went really fast with no pressures to add a bunch additional items to the purchase of the vehicle. Bill of Sale written in March, but still haven’t received payment for the vehicle we sold! No date on Bill of Sale. Wish we went to a dealership that pays on the spot! Yes, I have proof. Ian Harkey was my salesman and he was fantastic. Patiently looked every car, explained all the features of each, told me similarities between brands, pros and cons of each. Very very thorough experience and I would definitely go back there for all of my car-related needs. Excellent experience. So I actually came to this dealership from out of state to buy my new car since I wasn't able to find a vehicle in my area. I was a little nervous at first about buying a vehicle out of state but the sales manager Darin was amazing through the entire process and quickly put all worry out of my mind. Whenever I showed up to pick up the vehicle I dealt with one of their salesman chip and he was incredible as well. The finance was an absolute breeze. This review is of financial manager Mike Efird at Honda, avoid him if possible. He may be the most unprofessional individual I have ever interacted with. He works within the customer service industry but fails to help with any problems after the car sale is complete. There was an issue where the payoff amount submitted for my old vehicle was a little less than the actual amount. Mike told me to bring in a check for the remainder and it would be paid within 20 days to my old finance company. 3 weeks go by and I still show a balance on my finance account. I go in person and Mike says oh it should be posted soon don’t worry. I then call Mike a few days later and ask him for an answer and he says he’ll get back to me and never does. I come in today and all he would say is that it is paid off without giving me any confirmation that they had paid it off. You would think that they would have confirmations or receipts of money sent. I asked how much they paid and he said I don’t know how much which doesn’t make much sense to me. Then he goes and gets into a temper tantrum. He is unable to own up to anything and shifts blame to myself, the old finance company, and my car salesman. I still do not know where my money has gone.

We decided to go with a different make this go around. This dealership needs to take a class on customer service! We have used this particular salesman before, good guy, but the finance guy, for this dealership lacks customer service. Made promises, to get us moving & then never heard from them again, not even acknowledging calls or texts. When we do decide to purchase, we will go elsewhere to do our business. Wasted time & money to come out of our way, 58 miles, because of the reputation we thought they had. Won't do it a second time. Got home the other day to find, in our mailbox, a letter from one of the creditors that our information was submitted to. We were in fact approved by them, but the dealership flat out lied to us after telling us we were not. So this now brings a whole new light to the situation. Apparently, we don't meet their, the dealership's, standards as customers. That's fine! We are going to our local dealership & would have to start with, but the lack of vehicles was the reason for heading to NWA and being a repeat customer. We will be happy to wait until they have what we want if it means not working with this one, EVER!

sales man sold me a car he said it’s my new tires making that sound . Seems like I got lied to . took back my car to get it checked and and fixed . Also didn’t get notified about it being a week to get it fix . They said oh the next day should be ready . So disappointed I don’t care . Honestly worst experience for a first car .

This is my third vehicle to buy from Fayetteville Autopark. No complaints on any purchase. They are very helpful, not pushy, and work to earn your purchase from them. Next time I go back to buy another I will ask for the same sales guy again - Kevin Wallace. Trayan was also very nice and great to work with. The guy at Honda of Fayetteville specifically, who did the loan papers, was probably one of the nicest “paperwork” guys I’ve been to. All around good experience.

The car I bought is good, but not the buying experience. For reference: 1. It took me about 3 hours to wait for the paper work when I decided to buy the car. 10 am to 2pm 2. They just run my credit without asking me how much the down payment I want to put and how long do I want to do the finance, and give me a 72 month and a higher APR. 3. When I find the car have an alignment problems, the steering wheel is not centered when driving straight on the road. I took my car to them, and they just make any excuse they can to waste my time.

My car shopping experience with salesman Jonatan Reyes was hands down the best experience I have had with a car salesman. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process and was understanding when I had to leave after the test drive but would come back to finish up the process. The whole team that I dealt with at Honda of Fayetteville treated my family with so much sincerity and respect, even with our 19 month old running around the office and 3 month old getting impatient.

James Pearce was the salesman we worked with. I'll start by saying our initial interactions were pleasant. We even excused driving around for nearly an hour looking for a car he said he had, and never found. However, he quickly began to aggressively push my partner and I in any direction he could to sell a car. He started our conversation talking about how he couldn't believe horror stories of pushy sales people; he became the salesman that people hate dealing with. He went as far as pushing a balloon loan, which is obviously not ideal for a student; he broke the federal "Truth in Lending" act when he refused to answer the terms in which the loan would work, and lied about the final balloon payment, until eventually bringing in the finance manager to explain it accurately. We went to Honda in Rogers, got what we wanted at the budget we could work with, and left multiple times to talk about it, with absolutely no pressure - if you must go to Fayetteville Honda, avoid James unless you want to be pressured into less than ideal situations. If you don't want pressure, go to Bentonville Honda.

Was purchasing a used car from Honda of Fayetteville while being out of state, sight unseen, from Ed Bayles (salesman, sorry if spelling of the last name is wrong). He had the car inspected by Brian, a service manager there. Brian Avra. Brian gave an honest inspection on the car and, unfortunately, some issues were found. I had a few challenges with another issue but Ed and Brian helped iron things out for me quickly. Ed even checked in on me twice while he was on vacation. Great treatment from these guys!

James is a super nice person and he helped with my new car purchase. Very kind and I enjoyed talking to him. Overall I'm going to put two comments for Honda of Fayetteville. I was looking for a specific car and in my first experience, I talked with a guy that didn't help me at all, and he wanted to make me buy one of those cars they had in hand. He also told me for a car similar to the one you want; you have to put in a deposit and wait for at least 5-6 months which turns out to be incorrect. Exactly two days later, a car with exactly the same specifications I wanted, arrived at the dealership and I bought that from James. Putting that experience aside, I recommend go talk to James directly.

The best car buying experience I ever had. I got in and out very quickly, got a fair price for my trade and got great customer service while I was there. Ian was a great salesperson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and also very friendly. Usually the words finance manager strike dread into every car buyer but Jim was very friendly and engaging while still doing an effective job of selling add ons. Also the paperwork process was done digitally on a desktop monitor. Impressive! Very impressed with this experience. Fayetteville Autopark has developed a long term customer in me. Jonatan Reyes was fantastic! I have been considering trading in my vehicle for a newer version for over a year now. I was watching the market and Jonathan was very patient with me. Every time I would reach out he was responsive and answered all my questions. When I was finally ready to make a deal he made it so easy. I just want to say that I have dreaded buying a new car for a while as my vintage 2001 was showing its age, but the thought of walking into a new car dealership just terrified me. So, because of an accident that left the vintage vehicle in worse shape than myself, I had no choice. After looking endlessly online I called the Honda Dealership and spoke with Darrin, made an appointment, got up my courage and walked in the front door and met Darrin and Adam. Adam took me for test drive where he showed me all the bells and whistles that my vintage vehicle did not have and Darrin worked the numbers for my consideration. Because Adam and Darrin made the made walking into a new car dealership pleasant, I visited several others and came back to Honda and am now driving a 2021 Honda CRv. Would I recommend Honda of Fayetteville to friends and family, most certainly - everyone was very patient, kind, courteous - Thank you all Adam, Darrin and Jimmy and the others I met in my visits for a very delightful experience.

Beware! (At least if you're buying out of state) Let me tell you my story of purchasing my new Honda vehicle here. First off if you are out of state don't bother. They didn't let me do an extended test drive on a new vehicle, first they said it was because I didn't have a full driver's license, then I showed them proof that I did had a full driver's license. Then they said I needed a local address so I gave them my hotel's. Then they said that they wouldn't let me do an extended test drive because I was out of state period. I ended up only driving the car for less than 20 min. And made my decision based on that. Now I realize I don't really like the car that much. But guess what, it's too late now. I traded in my 14 Impala. They gave me 9500 after a month they sold it for just under 13K. I purchased my car and told them that I was there for work and would be there for at least 2 months. They promised me that they would give me temp tags since I'm a MD resident and I couldn't go back to MD and get my tags since I was in Springdale working. Well first tags expired, and I went back to get my second one. I almost had to beg them for it. They sure treated me different. I then left Springdale, and tried to get my tags in MD done. However. Maryland still hasn't process the paperwork yet. I was due to go to Charlotte, North Carolina for work again. 2 weeks ago. I called the dealership and told them MD hasn't process the paperwork and WILL NOT allow me to register my vehicle yet. I told them I was due to go out of state and needed a third set of temp tags. They promised me that they would give it to me. So I got here in Charlotte. I called them again. They tell me that they gotta wait 2 days before the old ones expire to issue new ones. Well guess what? They DIDN'T! They left me stranded here in Charlotte, North Carolina. 500 miles from home. My tags expired July 17. They do NOT CARE. Already asked to speak with the person in charge of this that refuses to give me the temp tags and he is always unavailable and won't return calls. His name is Lance. I tried calling the GM and left voicemails for him. Never bothered to return my calls. My question now is: How the H*** does giving me a temp tag to move around hurt them in any way? I was willing to pay for them. I told them that. This is not how you do business. I'm so very disappointed. I had the money to purchase a whole second vehicle and leave my new one back home in MD. But they did promised they would give me temp tags, that's why I brought it here to Charlotte with me. They made a profit from reselling my trade in, made a profit from the new Honda Civic I bought from them, from the gap insurance I got and other add ons. I still wonder what do they gain from treating people this way. Or do they really care about their customers? PS* don't even bother calling me again about this. You guys suck and I'm willing to pay a flight back home and leave my car here until MD finish processing everything. Then get a flight back to pick up my vehicle. Special thanks for my sales person who tried to get me these. He is the only one that did always tried to help me even after the sale was done. Five stars for you! We had a great experience at Honda of Fayetteville. We shopped and shopped for a new Pilot and with the low inventory, it was difficult to find a fair deal. Everyone wanted to mark the vehicles up, waste our time, etc. Car shopping was feeling like a full time job. We went to the lot to see what they had and ran into Galberto. He was upfront and honest. He and his manager Joseph worked up a deal we felt was fair and we took it home to think overnight. They went ahead and marked the vehicle as sold for us which was great, two other people inquired about it that day. This is my 6th Honda and I’ll definitely be back to Honda of Fayetteville and to see my new friend Galberto for my Ridgeline in a year or two!

Honda of Fayetteville is a great place to get a good deal on the new cars. The very first time I met Alex and explained my requirement, he was able to get the best deal right at first visit. He gave good suggestions on models and trims. He took care of scratches on my new car and was very helpful after the delivery. I called ahead of time to ask about a vehicle I was interested in and talked to Jim Haupt. He had all of the information I was looking for and said he would be waiting when I arrived later that day. When I showed up, he was able to meet me within a few minutes. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and, since I had already decided that I wanted it, transitioned from showing me the vehicle to starting the purchase very quickly. He helped me through the paperwork (as did the finance officer), it was the most painless process I've gone through buying a vehicle. I went from calling about the vehicle to driving it off the lot in a few hours. The entire interaction was simple, efficient, polite, and expedient. I can't recommend them enough.
