Love them.. but wish I could make deposits through ATM or even a safe drop for cash deposit. Hours for the drive up is pretty limited as well... especially trying to rush there after work to deposit cash. edited: someone from the branch called me to inform me that I could do a any cash/check deposit drop through the cash drop box. This shows that they are listening and trying help make things easier or help find solutions to a members needs. I bank with public and private financial institutions and this is my favorite. Thank you Cheney Federal Credit Union =)

Switched to CFCU from Wells Fargo, will never go back. CFCU is great - I'm a young guy and my credit can't be too great since I settled a credit card debt with Wells Fargo ($500 on a $1300 debt, because half of it was from their compounding overdraft fees), but CFCU got me set up in less than an hour and I've been with them since. They automatically credit me for checks that I cash, withdrawals are free, and I've never once paid an account maintenance fee like I was EVERY MONTH with Wells Fargo. Crazy how a small town bank can do better than a multi-billion dollar banking conglomerate!

I have had the same bank account since I was 15 years old I will be turning 34 this year. That says alot. I don't even live in that state anymore and I still use my Cheney federal credit union account I highly recommend this bank to anyone I would give them 20 more stars if I could. Never had any problems no B.S just down right respectful staff you can't find these kind of people anywhere it's like cheers you wanna go where everyone knows your name. So go down and sorry I have to single one person out to my number 1 banker Margaret thank you for being you. I know my mom looks down with a smile and today I made the transplant list!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I have never banked at a bank more friendly, more knowledgeable and more accommodating than this bank.

Tried to get an account again and was told I needed a minimum credit rating to have a checking account. Done with this place.

Worst company I have ever worked with. I have NEVER made a late payment in my life, been a client for 3 yrs+, have good credit and they still refuse to consolidate because of 15%. According to my credit report and my income, I can well afford to make the payments as well as have my paid in full car as collateral. NEVER will I ever use this company again.

The Cheney Federal Credit Union is by far the best credit union in the Cheney/Spokane area! They are always so friendly and great at their jobs. Their App and website is supper easy to access and use to view your account or pay bills. They always have some sort of event going on that involves Cheney such as their school drive to help out less fortunate students in the Cheney school district area. I truly feel like my membership at the Cheney Federal Credit Union is valued by their team members.

I prefer credit unions over banks to begin with, but CFCU is the best one I've ever had the pleasure to be a member of! They will bend over backwards for their members, often going not only the extra mile, but 100 miles after that! Cheney FCU is also part of shared branching, which makes it a great place to do other credit union business as well. And they're just as friendly and accommodating to the shared branch members as they are to their own. It's a place full of smiling faces and wonderful people! Highly recommended!!!
