Check City E 3300 S, Salt Lake City

I think the people at 33rd South both locations are just awesome. It's always a fantastic experience I enjoy it much.

The worst customer service ever. And that's not the first time. For some reason check city is well known of bad customer service. My family went today to send money overseas to our family member and they had the worst experience. This is not the first time that's Check City provide the worst customer service. I had issues with multiple check City's location in the past. I don't suggest you to be a customer of Check City. If you looking for a good customer service Smith's provide this customer service with cheaper prices would faster process.

Applied for loan. Took forever. I was then asked to give numerous information only to be told I was denied. They wouldn’t tell me why in store. I had to wait weeks for a definitive reason. Wouldn’t recommend but actually a blessing in disguise because if I got the loan I would have owed them 10x as much by the time I paid it back. Hoodlums!!!!!

I've been cashing checks at this location for over a year. I receive Great service every time! If there is a wait the staff always apologizes and makes sure I leave happy. The best part is I referred a friend there for a Loan, and Check City sent me a Netspend card pre-loaded with $50!!

The friendly folks at the Holladay Check City were amazing. They were able to help me through the loan process so I understood what was involved. I'll definitely be sending people their way .

They are so kind there. They are always fast and yet slow which makes the perfect mixture for a good time. always friendly! I really like going there.

The worst experience ever I had in my life. This store they have the rudest employees in the industry. The worst place to be in because they don't even train their employees to have the commons conversations they always rude aggressive and they don't have a logic. Who won today with my mother and and there was a rude crew customer representative she was very rude and not nice she was fighting with us I don't know why. I called for a manager and the manager didn't want to show up what kind of business is that?

The store manager was great,she gave an awesome customer service. We need more type of that professionalism in a business. Thank you.

I just want you all to know about the experience I had at Check City. They took care of me, and wanted me to succeed. Life throws curves, and they get that. They not only helped me, but gave me a path to follow so that I didn't stay in the same boat. I highly recommend Check City!

Went here one time because my usually Check city was farther than I wanted to go (west jordan) they were really nice and helpful and got me my loan quickly. It was a good experience.
