Chase Bank Buenaventura Blvd, Kissimmee

Worst Branch Ever. Never fails with the ATM issues. Today the drive through is closed but you won’t notice until you drive to the back and see it taped up.

The wait was pretty long about 30 minutes but its always nice service, its clean, theres free coffee, and the atms inside will give you exactly the amount of cash you need in whatever type of bills you need. I attached some photographs.

Walked in to open a joint account, there was one teller at the counter helping a customer so I stood off to the side near where the bankers are. There was a heavy set lady and some guy having a whole conversation while we are in a clear eyed view. Didn’t even think to acknowledge us or ask us what brings us in. We stood there for about 3-4 mins as I was waiting for the teller to finish up since obviously the two sitting at the desk had no interest in doing their jobs when the guy walks up to me with an attitude telling me if I needed help and that I could’ve gone to the teller line: i told him that I was there to open a joint account and asked if that was something that a teller can do for me to which he responded no he then tells me that they close at 5 mind you I know what time they close that’s why I made sure to go at 3:45. He then begins to tell me that there are two appointments coming in and that they have no more available openings for the day. Which is fine but if that were the case I don’t know why he didn’t just say that to begin with as opposed to making us feel like we were bothering him for coming to be serviced. I have been a customer w chase for over 5 years now and I have never had such a horrible experience. I will open that joint account w my wife at another location and pray that we have a better experience because if not I will be switching to a different bank.

Horrible customer service, they have no people helping. And the guy that "assisted me" was totally useless. His name is Erick. I am so disappointed of Chase, after 16 years with them I am thinking to close my accounts with them. They not look like the good and decent bank that used to be. DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!!!

Worst bank ever.I had many different banks before and this bank is the only one that gives me problems they are holding my money against ma will.they won’t give it to me.the manger doesn’t even help out.honestly stay away from this bank..

I might have to close this account. The drive thru ATM never works and I've noticed Chase is doing away with those at certain locations. If I wanted to bank online I would've stood with my old bank.

They never answer the phone, they don't allow walkins if you need to talk to someone over issues with ur account and they barley have apts available. Also they don't offer a temp card and you can wait 10 to 15 days just to get your card. I had so much issues, couldn't pay my bills, couldn't do anything because not every place accepts samsung pay or apple pay and this bank is just very annoying and hard to bank with.

I have banked with many banks. Chase by far has been the best bank! I truly dislike the banking system but chase has been an amazing bank and has worked with me so many times. They was a real help during some hard times. And almost all the employees I have dealt with has been very nice and welcoming.

100 % if you neEd something done CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN SHORT STAFFED AND INEFFECTIVE SINCE BEFORE COVID!!! 4 BANKS AND STILL CANNOT BE HELPED

Always very friendly tellers that help you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. Never a long wait in line either and you can get your deposit slips easily at the podium by the door unlike other banks that keep them behind the teller counter. Also, you can withdraw almost any denomination of cash from the inside atms which is great.
