Chase Bank Baldwin Ave, Pontiac

Despite all of the bad reviews I’ve never had a problem coming here. I sat down with a gentlemen and a woman twice (two separate times) to go over my account information and they both helped me without no problems. They were really nice and friendly. Making deposits at the ATM was convenient and easy. Customer service was great when I went. I went to withdraw some cash inside and handed a piece of paper to the teller for the amount I wanted to withdraw from my account and she understood the assignment. She counted quietly. I feel like stuff like that shouldn’t be spoken so loudly especially when involve counting cash. Nobody else around you need to hear how much you’re withdrawing or depositing into your bank.

They never answer the phone and they kept canceling my appointment without any notice

Worst banking experience. Just 2 banker who take care of all customers and they are also so slow you cant even imagine. So many people rated this bank negatively but seems like manager dont care. He still prefer to watch his computer screen in his cabin and do nothing. No customer service at all.. i am definitely not banking with this back again. I hope some senior chase supervisors see my notes and take some actions.

I've never walked into a bank and nobody been at the counter.... for several minutes. After waiting 30 minutes for help from the 1 person that was actually working I was never even acknowledged by a staff member. General manager and bankers just sitting behind desk blankly looking at screens.... do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.

The people were courteous and helpful. Yes it can be a wait to seeing you, as a walk in, but better safe than sorry when it comes to my money!

Manager is very unprofessional and not of much help. CHASE as a corporation DOES NOT protect their customers money from FRAUD. This location even cashes canceled checks!! Very disappointed and will be closing all my accounts with this company!! Customers service is a joke!

The staff here act as if they don't want to be there, they're not pleasant. Except Monica!!! The parking lot is falling a part and it's full of glass. In all honesty if it wasn't close to my home, I would do my banking elsewhere. I only gave it one star because of Monica.

There are two women there that are just slow, don't greet you, they see you standing there waiting and dont offer to ask what you need. They seems to always be annoyed, like they hate their job. I have banked with them for more than 10 yrs, I think it's time look for another bank.

The people who work there are very nice and helpful, but painfully slow. Even with only a few people in line, expect to wait 20 minutes. I go 4 miles out of my way to another branch where I can walk in and out in 5 minutes.

Sitting here waiting for customer service one banker here( haven’t seen him at all) the other in out to lunch been here 30 minutes haven’t seen either one yet we’ll my lunch is over for me...no banking done yet? It’s 3:50pm o wonder what time the other guy comes back from lunch it’s almost closing time....
