Chase Bank Dequindre Rd, Sterling Heights

Biggest bank in US and can't fix their ongoing ATM issue. ATM can't dispense cash for over 6 months. Moving to different bank. Sometimes big names are just fake.

HORRIBLE experience.... customer since 1984 and seriously considering changing financial institutions. Had I not been an employee for 25 years, therefore feeling some sort of [unearned] loyalty, I'd be gone.

ATM never works at all everytime I want to make a deposit after hours I can not do so I always have to drive to another chase bank this has happened 4/5 times already will not be going to this branch anymore

Most people complaining about fees that were their fault. Can't get a loan because your credit sucks and you have no equity in your home?Hilarious. I guess socialism is the next logical step where everyone gets the same moldy bread after waiting in the soup line for 3 hours. Banks are in business to make money just like any other business. I'm not fan of corporate America but take some responsibility people.

Worst bank experience. I had to open a bank account for my daughter, the banker on seeing us purposely left to go outside, very bad, after that the branch manager kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes, one other banker who was helping a customer, did some mistake and she couldn't get to us on time, so poorly managed. Don't go this bank at all. shortly staffed too, they don't know what they are doing.

I just called, very rude customee service, didn't care that I'm a customer for so many years. Maybe it's time to switch bank.

Very pleasant experience every time I step in at this location. I hope they can keep up the good work. They smile, are proactive and helpful for all banking needs

Wonderful staff and branch manager. They do their utmost to meet the needs of their clients. We’ve been banking at this branch for many years and are very happy with them.

Not very good customer service.I went in recently to make an appointment to discuss loans. Sandy said she would just look at my account and see what they could do. She was chewing gum which is SO unprofessional. She asked if we had any equity on our house and I said 'no, we just bought the house last yr and put very little down". she told me that there wasn't anything they could help us with then because they only do car and home equity loans. I said that if I had to borrow from another bank they would probably want me to transfer my accounts to them and she said 'ya." . she didn't care if we went to a different bank. wow!!

Stay away!!! Got in and they wanted me to use the automated machine which was so problem for me until it ate my money and never gave a receipt. Then when I went to the manager, she claimed that this has been happening and that I needed to wait for about an hour until they called customer support to fix it. Terrible customer service and if you know that you have garbage machines, DON'T tell your customers to them.
