    Bank closes 4 pm which is RIDICULOUS but at 3:40 pm the manager pulls 1 of the 2 tellers and starts counting down her till. THERE IS 11 PEOPLE IN LINE at this point!!!! Now there is 14 people and it's 3:50 pm. I've been standing in line since 3:25 pm and there is still 4 people in front of me. I understand about being short handed but there were 3 employees behind the counter 15 minutes ago. OH LOOK AT THAT IT'S 3:53 and THE MANAGER JUST LEFT FOR THE DAY!!!!!! I can't wait until my employer switches banks it's in the process as we speak because having to wait over 40 + minutes in line just to make a deposit for work is uncalled for!!!!!

    Needed to convert a small amount of foreign currency so I checked the website which stated I can do this at this branch. I drive over during lunch and go inside. After getting to the teller the nice lady tells me that she cannot do it and I have to see someone at one of the desks (fine). Walks me over to a chair and tells me to wait for the lady helping another customer to finish (fine). After waiting around 15 minutes the manager comes over and tells me I need to make an appointment because they're swamped (not fine because I was told they'd do it and asked to wait, which I patiently did.) I wasted over 30 minutes + gas for something that any currency exchange counter at the airport can do in about 120 seconds and still didn't get it done. Supposedly I'm a "premium customer" I'll be moving my money elsewhere.

    Beware of discrimination and profiling. No matter if you have all your info/paperwork in order they will 3rd degree you the whole time. Doesn’t matter what your profession may be, they are rude and difficult. Nina and Antwone especially. Find a different branch if you can.

    B of A, Since you have closed ("temporarily") over half of your metro Detroit branches, it would be reasonable to expect the ones which are still open would have fully staffed teller stations so your clients would not have to wait an excessive amount of time. Only having one teller working at 2:00 in the afternoon is rather Bush league for a national bank.

    They closed my account because I deposited a check for 39k . Like really . Customers always right but not with Bank of America. They can’t tell me what was the reason. But they told me to go somewhere else . It’s ok , I made sure they lost bunch of business. I convinced all my family friends to close their account and they did 😊 now I’m happy

    By far the worst bank in the state of Michigan lazy staff even lazier management I waited in line for 48 minutes eight staff members were there only two were working the teller get it together this is a Bank not a lemonade stand !

    I had a simple request to provide me 'proof of funds' letter and firstly, I was asked to go to a bank, and so I did. Then they asked me to come after a week with an proper appointment, so I did. Then they said it'd take 2 weeks to get it done, so I waited. Then there was no follow-up after 2 weeks, so I called and they didn't respond. I went down to the bank again and they said they will call me in 2 days, so I waited again. I didn't receive any calls, and if I called back, it was again directed to voicemails. I don't want to name employees, but one I realized is that all they care is the feedback we give after our first visit. Once you are past it, they don't give much importance. Unfortunately, in my case, I gave them a 5 star rating after my first visit and after that they just kept to themselves. Very disappointed and they have made me decide to move my accounts to a different bank. Thanks for that!

    The experience was delightful. Susan helped me open up a bank account and she explained everything to me and was really nice. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the computers were having trouble and it took me 2 hours before I was finally able to leave. The technology at the drive-thru atm is really good too its really fast.
