Quite literally the only Pawn shop I will go to. Its very clean and bright feeling. Awesome and friendly staff if youre friendly to them. If you go in being rude your experience may vary. Though they will do anything within thier power to get you squared up. Be patient....bring your ID....and understand they arent going to pay face value for your item which should be a given. They need to make money to be able to stay open for you!

I had some valuables I needed to put in storage I went and seen my friends at cast Exchange and pawned those items the interest was the same as the storage unit and Imy valuables are locked up in a safe for the small amount of what it would cost me to get a storage unit to put them in which wasn't as secure as cash exchanges Vault 30 years and always a pleasure to do business with Chris up at cash exchange ask for him specifically and if he's not there to help you they have plenty of other staff that will help you with your valuables and are very courteous and friendly and they actually care about their customers and clientele

I only logged in to share my experience because it is not easy to find people that actually care and take pride in their work. The management at this place is one of the best I have met. Everytime I have been in, Eileen or Rene have gone out of their way to help me. They have even repaired my jewelry for me. Even if they don’t have something, they will find it for you. I work for a local news publication and had the pleasure of some investigative work yesterday.. I visited this location yesterday 4/23/19 We’ve had many inquiries from readers about selling scrap jewelry locally. (In macomb county) I visited 20 locations yesterday, including pawn brokers or cash for gold locations, with 20 items of scrap gold. Each item 8 to 10g’s of gold and we kept them all 10k for consistency. I was absolutely shocked when the “gentleman” offered $60 even for 9.2 grams of 10 k gold! This was my fourth stop and on the prior stop I had obtained $100 for 8 g for 10 karat gold. At this point I stopped to send a message to the supervising reporter. The money is all going to a local charity and I was afraid to take the amount offered. By far the smallest amount after all 20 stops, but we needed the story and I was quickly told, “yes”! A google search before our endeavor, yesterday stated a rate of $22-26/ g of 10k gold. We had 3 brokers/ jewelers come very close to this rate. We will be reviewing them as well as publishing the results. The Cash Exchange gave us about half of what we obtained almost 19 other times. The slip they gave us was confusing and we thought we may have pawned the item by mistake, justifying the low amount. We called them back to make sure that it was sold for $60. Not pawned and it was, in-fact sold. Customer service also left something to be desired, to say the least. This morning 4/24 our senior reporter reached out for a comment to no avail. No comment, other than words we can’t publish 😊 Had I been someone in a REAL situation, needing cash for my gold, I would’ve probably walked out crying. My comment is.. if your pawing or selling gold, go anywhere else, but here.

happy with the purchase,didnt need all the drama on gunbroker,because i said the gun was a little dirty. (gave them a 5 star review). i guess these pawn shop people just have attitudes. . never deal with again just a bunch of turd polishers.

Very nice jewelry department. I have bought jewelry here for my wife several times. But as for the pawn shop side of the business it is a little different. I know their job is to make money but they really try to low ball your items and then sell them at to dollar. I find some items priced as high as buying new with warrantees. I'm glad it works for them but I don't look at general merchandise as much anymore. Need to lower their prices to get my business back.

Told me he would give me less than $10 and I paid over 400 so I'll go to Al's jewelry and loan in the city and get 60 to pawn not less than ten this place is a scam

Unless I'm totally cracked out amd trying to sell a broken extension cord they never give me that usual smear about how my stuff isn't worth no loot.....they keep it respectable. I have used them 199 times. I refuse to goto other pawn shops....

This is by far the best pawn shop I’ve been to in my life, my dad has been shopping there for almost 30 years. I grew up getting affordable prices on great top of the line products. They are very personal and I always love to stop by see what new stuff they have and say hi. They give fair offers and will try to help you. I love the place, the service, and the goods!

They claim the buy old jewelry, but when I brought in 2 silver chains they refused. I asked why not and he said " they only buy new silver", which doesn't make any sense, if your buying from the public it was already pre-owned. Obviously denied because the price of silver is high. So stop advertising you buy old jewelry when you clearly don't!

I have come here a couple of times, my fiance bought my ring there, it is truly one of a kind, however I had a vision of it in a black diamond, and ironically another identical ring came in with the black diamond in it. They switched it out for me, and my hands had swollen since purchase, so the size i chose was not working. They resized it at a very reasonable cost. Every time I have bought something from there, or had work done, it was done in a timely manner as well. I have never been a person to shop at a pawn shop, however after this experience, I would say I trust this store, and my fiance and I will probably buy another ring from there when we find one that we like. Have been using other pawn shops in the area and was not happy with my experiences. I stopped in to The Cash Exchange. What a first class operation. I was treated with respect and was given a fair and honest loan amount for the items I brought in. I was not low balled or talked down to. I look forward to doing business with them. I seen some items I would like purchase. It would be cool if they did layaways. Maybe they do I forgot to ask. Give them a try and I feel you won't be disappointed.

I've been dealing with cash exchange for quite some time now. Always great service everytime.

I had one decent experience with them so i decided to return to sell something else because I'm low on funds and got offensively low balled. 150g of silver they offered $20 so i brought in my new redmax max torque trimmer and they offered me $75 without even looking at it. I've been their before they would have charged $350 for it. I'm not returning after that. Low balling is one thing but that was just treating me like a crack head.

I've been going here for about 10 years and I'm just really disappointed in the quality of service, the manager dropped my at&t tablet and refused to pay me back the full amount for breaking it. Now I go there to pawn my Nintendo switch and they offered me 80$! Come on now that's as much just for the controller alone. I do not recommend this place anymore cause there just like every other hock shop. There for the buck.

The sale associates are very helpful. They take time for each and every person coming in for whatever there reason is. Star is the most patient and understanding. Always very polite and very helpful. She make sure you have full understanding on when payments are due. She goes out of her way to make sure you don't loose your pawns. I'm very grateful for her and all her help. She thw best. This place knows how to take care of there customers. I have only pawned 1 item for 3 months and got it back the way they got it. I have bought a few items and just walked out the door with a very clean Mossberg shotgun and only paid $200.00 I am glad this shop is close to my home, I go there about once a month for good deals.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience them. I brought in a high end item that to an unexperienced eye might look ordinary. I was anticipating being low balled when I told the staff what i was hoping to get for it. To my surprise and great delight he instantly knew what I had and gave me what I asked for . I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes with cash in hand.

They have pretty good attitudes I thought and almost are always willing to help in a bind in more ways than one other pawn shops do or will do, they are by far the best pawn shop within miles and miles and miles, their interest rate is low and the give you 3+months to get your stuff back or pay on it and keep in there for another 3 months.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SELL GOLD JEWELRY. GO TO MARIO BUYS GOLD INSTEAD. I came here one day looking to sell some gold jewelry, and right off the bat the guy who we talked to was rude. He first asked how much we were looking to get out of it, and we said “a fair price”, and he joking said something along the lines of: ‘I could offer you 10 cents for it, that’d be fair.’ And then I told him that I researched the market value a little bit, so I had an idea in mind, and he went on with more rude comments like “So you have a fake idea?” Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because his price wasn’t too far off of the price I was looking for, but because he was rude, I didn’t want to sell it to them. Instead I went to Mario Buys Gold in Macomb and he was amazing and offered me what I was hoping to get out of my jewelry.

These people are shameless scumbags. An expensive item of mine was stolen and traced to this store. These guys sold it to someone, and that person was willing to return it to the store so I could buy it back. These douchebags would not cooperate. Why? Because they made money on the sale and didn't want to give it up. So rather than do the right thing and get the item back to me, the proper owner, they wouldn't cooperate. Beware these greedy bastards, they will screw you over in a minute for five bucks.
