Wanted to refinance my home in order to lower our interest rate and get some cash out to make some home improvements. Went with Navy Federal at first since they are my main bank, it was overall a horrible experience. Felt like I was being ignored and the loan officer didn't want to work on my loan. After my application expired with them decided to shop around. Found Brandy with National Mortgage Home Loans and was blown away by her professionalism and personal care. She made the whole process fast and easy, which it was the first time I went through a refinance so this was much needed. I was able to contact her whenever I had questions through text or call since we communicated through her personal phone. It was very convenient, she is dedicated and makes you feel like a priority through the entire process. She worked with us through any bumps we came acrossed and fought to reach our goals even with our current incomes and issues (full time student). I would HIGHLY recommend Brandy with National Mortgage Home loans, don't think I have ever wrote a review on Google before but was blown away by the care and extra steps she took on our loan. 10/10

We recently bought a house and could not recommend Andy more for his help in doing so. From the very start of our process and the ease of getting us pre approved, preparing us for what we can expect and what's required for a loan all the way to the end when papers were officially signed it was a 5 star service. Our house buying journey started off extremely smooth but took a turn very quickly when the house did not appraise. Andy came up with a plan A, B and C to tackle the problem by recommending different lenders, ways to save at closing and to meet the sellers requests in this tough sellers market. He was always willing to answer questions when they came up, prepared all the documents needed (there were a lot with our messy situation), but communicated in a very simple manner because I knew nothing about the process. National Mortgage Home Loans is by far the best mortgage loan company I have ever dealt with. I have multiple homes and National Mortgage loan officers Anthony Babbe and Jack Allos exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service. I am an entrepreneur and my situation was difficult to other big banks mortgage companies who I bank with. The big banks make me feel like it was Impossible for me to get a loan for a home as an entrepreneur. I contacted National Mortgage and my file took a day to setup and 10 days to clear to close. And I closed on my home directly after which is unheard of. Jack Allos went over and BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of in every way beyond the scope of his business. He made the impossible, Possible. The teamwork with Anthony and Jack was phenomenal. I would recommend National Mortgage Home Loans to be the first and ONLY place to go when looking for a loan. Fabian, Michelle, and Carla worked tirelessly to help me refinance my mom’s place to avoid a foreclosure. There was tons of hoops to jump through and they always were happy to advise me despite all of the extra work they had to put in (my mom called them multiple times daily 😂 with questions). Before that I worked with Fabian on my own home refi and he beat out two other competitive quotes to build a working relationship with me. If you are considering a new home or refi at least give these guys a chance to bat. Good rates and super quick close (less than ten days both times)

Fabian and his assistant Carla, made the home buying process a breeze! going into the process i already had a home in mind to buy and just needed to get my numbers together, and make sure I’d be approved. he got me a preapproval in minutes! We also closed exactly 30 days after i first reached out and about 21 days or less after we received a purchase agreement! this process was amazing. National Mortgage home loans did a fantastic job in closing our new mortgage/refinance. Brandy Ware the loan specialist took the time in the evening 7-8 o clock to explain everything clearly. She explained each route to take whether fha or conventional and in the end we decided conventional was right for us. Now other lenders only wanted to sell an fha loan and were not willing to discuss a conventional loan or a cash out refinance. Actual closing of our loan was smooth and actually occurred 11 days faster than original day of closing when first loan application was submitted. There was no surprises! Will definitely recommend others to talk with Brandy to explore refinance or buying a home.
