Huntington Bank Metro Pkwy, Sterling Heights

Have been going to this branch for years. All the tellers here have always been kind and professional. A bit shocked by the negative reviews. For those only writing a negative review because the branch didn't offer coffee/water in the middle of pandemic - this is a financial institution, not a restaurant. They are not required to feed people in order to process a banking transaction.

There is one lady work there her name is Rana , she is very rude and means and not respectfully with costumes and not welcoming I will not going to this location anymore

Terrible branch and the employees working during this pandemic are horrible. They work super slow and they are extremely rude. Their is one teller who has a accent - she is the worst! You will wait in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru. Don’t go on the 1st or 3rd you’ll be waiting 1 hour min. I ride past other banks all day and NEVER see the lines look like they do at Huntington!! This bank is too cheap to install glass/plastic so they can still serve other customers on the inside like BOA and CHASE. Even Comerica moves faster than this bank. I see no pros in banking here.

Branch manager had me waited for 10 days to cash the certified check, than when I arrived to pick up the money. I was told, the money is not there. Their lobby is closed only drive thru. Tellers move very slow. No one ever returns calls. Very Bad and disrespectful management, poor customer service.

Horrible location! They are not staffed enough to handle customers. I always wait at least 15 minutes in drive thru. Today waited 15 minutes and pushed call for service 3 times finally was waited on after 20 minutes. I once went into this location to open up a guardian account 45 minutes before they closed. The teller said I had to wait to talk to a rep. I waited 20 minutes for mgr to be see me. When I explained what I needed she stated were closing soon you should go try the location inside meijer on 13 mile they are open until 7pm.

Huntington bank 155 years in the market, based in Ohio and all states surrounding Ohio, plus Colorado and Minnesota. Huntington bought TCF bank. No more TCf bank. Huntington had the latest technologies in fraud prevention, text and email alerts. The mobile app is friendly use. You can consider Huntington a 24 hours service bank because you can use your phone app to deposit your checks, withdrawal money from ATM anytime. They have most of the financial services plus the Huntington insurance company.

I don’t know what is going with this branch about giving me my funds. I believe It a stereotype. Today I wanted to withdraw some funds and was told “ because of the Holiday, that was yesterday, that they couldn’t get me my money. However, I went to another Huntington Bank and had no problem at all. My funds were available, so I don’t see why I had to go to another branch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH & MAY JUST CHANGE BANKS ALTOGETHER

I've had my account since 2006 and somehow I've never had an unpleasant experience with them, always courteous ,always professional , no one who works there never seems to have a bad day. Some days you just have to wait in line a little longer (they're resolving issues )and we would want the same courtesy extended to us but we do the same in grocery and retail stores also , we complain too much and there's no rule on how long you're expected to wait ....in any line. Thanks Huntington for your patience with us😊.

First off, the female banker was incredibly rude to me. Her tone was obvious indifferent and verging on hostile. I tried to complete a simple account change, but was told I needed the joint account person to be present. I later contacted Huntington online and learned this was not true. Thanks for lying to me and wasting my time. Will not return to this location.

They charged me a bank fee of almost: $10.00 because I made a cash deposit that exceeded the allowable amount on this particular account. (The teller never mentioned this at the time of my deposit and it appeared a cuple weeks later on my statement) I thought Banks wanted people to deposit money??? Not happy with Huntington Bank it's always something with them.
