Chase Bank Nw Federal Hwy, Jensen Beach

I've been a customer for years and for what. I tried cancelling an Atm deposit but the machine wouldn't let me. Then I show up the next day to see if I can sign my deposited check and they stated NO becuz it was deposited. They placed it on a 7 day hold which is no problem but then they said, my check will be returned because I didn't sign it. ......um.. the reason for my visit was so I can sign the check and save us the aggravation. Thanks for going out of your way!!

If you go to this Chase location, be sure you get Noelle as your banker. She is amazing! We had a big problem because of Chase during our auto loan process but Noelle fixed it. She has the patience of a saint. I don't even like Chase bank because we've had so many issues with them. But this banker redeemed this particular location for us. What a wonderful, lovely woman. Thank you Noelle for your compassion and hard work. She is the best banker we've ever had!!!

The tellers are very inconsiderate and absolutely rude at times not all of them but most of them I call and get an answer and when I go there they know nothing about it

Not sure who is who at this branch. What I am sure of is that I was treated poorly a few minutes ago, not by a teller, but by one of the female bankers. We will be doing the majority of our banking elsewhere. NO stars today but you have to give one out of charity I suppose.

I don't know how this bank can possibly function, EVERY TIME I'm here there is only one teller and a line! I just don't understand. It's very unfair to customers to have to wait sometimes 20 plus minutes, drive through is the same. I can't go on my lunch break bc that would mean spending it in line. Worst location ever! How corporate allows this is astonishing.

Would have given a zero if I could. This branch either needs an overhaul of new employees or to close completely. Horrible experience, I do not recommend this branch!

This branch is horrible. It takes over 20 minutes to make a deposit at the drive through. The representatives are rude and uncaring. I took the time to come the bank. They should respect my time

The worse bank ever for customer service. The teller, vp and president were so rude and ignorant. I would guess their education level to be that of a third grader, rednecks galore! Would never bank there!

It seems like their ATMs are always down or unable to accept cash transactions. It's so frustrating to go to the bank, wanting to make an easy deposit or cash withdrawal and see this half the time I go there.

Service is the worst. One of the greeters (Stephanie) made a client skip the line. I heard her saying let me do something sneaky. She grabbed all her deposit slips and took them behind the clerk and took out a Spanish clients that didn't speak English out of her turn and told her the system is having problems. They were looking at me like I didn't notice what was going on. I was before this client and they made me wait after they finish with this client that skip the line. Really!! That's nasty and no professional. For that reason I will not longer do more business with you guys. Service is slow!
