By far one of the most helpful businesses I've walked into since moving to Florida. Alexis is helpful and professional while being patient and efficient. It was a quick in and out with no problems.

I needed a payday advance and had used this company years ago. I went to Port St. Lucie and they made it very easy. Shelly Cortez (2729) helped me out and she was awesome! I had an issue with my account and I started getting nervous because I knew I needed this advance, but she was able to put me at ease and fix the problem. I hope if I have to ever get another advance, she’ll be there😊

The ladies at this location are polite, respectful, and efficient. Also their customer service skills are excellent. As a former operations manager for 12 hospitals and 22 clinics, I would have loved to have had any one of these ladies on my staff.

The customer service is awesome, and every visit is exceptional by the staff entirely! Awesome managers! Awesome tellers! Each and everyone treats the customer with upmost respect! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a, "Hello", then,"How may I help you?", with a pleasant smile on their faces! The place is always absolutely clean! The entire experience of doing bussiness with them of also being so organized! These employees of this company are always with an experience to me of having an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere! They are always very efficient in all ways too! I rated a 5star,but to me they are all stars in all the positivety from all of them from the stepping in the front door, to the exiting of the door, with 100% customer satisfaction from me as a customer!

Annansa Was an extreme help. She gave me information the day before to find out if I owed any money out in the state of Florida. Then 1st thing Saturday morning got me started with advance America. Her customer service was outstanding she was pleasant to deal with and she deserves a raise!

Every time I have been here, the staff have been the best. They are helpful, quick, and friendly. Would highly reccomend this place, especially this location. Good work done in there.
