My husband and I went into Paramount Pawn & Jewelry recently, and needless to say; we were beyond impressed. Every employee there was kind, helpful, and super knowledgeable. We didn't anticipate getting a ring that day but ended up finding something beautiful. No pressure whatsoever from anyone there. They all just wanted to help. This was customer service, true customer service at its finest. A special thanks to Andy Graf, who took so much time with us, even though they were in their last half-hour of closing. Not your everyday pawn shop!! Andy, Antonio and Jonathan really made it fun to actually sell my jewelry. These guys are light!!! Honest and upfront!! High end handbags , shoes etc. My Mom and I will not go anywhere else. Check them out… you will not be disappointed!!!!

My 1st stop for my all my inbound FFL transfers. Always friendly and helpful. Also there prices are fair and they are always willing to work for the customer if selling or buying. What all businesses should strive to be with customer service.

I want to thank the staff at Paramount for ALWAYS being friendly and helpful when ever I come in. Although I have never pawned, I have purchased a shotgun and had jewelry repairs done by them. It is such a pleasure to go into this shop and I am sure that they are fair with the people that need some extra money in pawning their precious items. Staff is absolutely phenomenal and extremely helpful. Came here while I was in town on a family trip in October. Me and 3 of my aunts all scored awesome buys and got some custom work done. The customer service, variety in selection,organization and cleanliness is top tier. Will come here again when we are in town again.

My first time in any pawnshop and I was very impressed! Got my car washed next door and walked out of the pawnshop with an Xbox one for my sons birthday. Staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Will be doing my holiday shopping here for sure.

Stopped in today to look around... never been before. Was surprised how extremely clean n polite everyone was compared to over cluttered n dirty pawn shops I've seen in the psl area. Greeted as I walked in by Andy n Tiffany ... I didn't think they could help me but they could! Just needed 2 watches made smaller( links removed) they were quick , simple and above all Very Professional! KUDOS

Amazing, well organized, and friendly staff, they have a gorgeous purse selection. Tiffany was such a doll, answering all my questions, and being helpful. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. I bought a PS4 some controllers and a game. They made sure all my needs were met before sending me on my way. A true gem of a store. I will be referring them to everyone, and I will be returning for future purchases.

This is not your typical Pawn shop. There is a selection of everything and then some. All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality purchase or a fair offer on items, you want to sell.

I’ve been dealing with Paramount pawn for about 8 years since I moved down to Florida, I can’t tell you how fare they are I’ve sold them a half a dozen firearms and they always give me a fare amount much more than other places that I have tried, love dealing with Andy he’s a great down to earth guy and will go out of his way to help his customers, I’m a customer for life, great people!!!! I just absolutely love this place and even more so the people that work there! Andy and Jasper are always on top of things. They have an awesome Jeweler who has fixed many of my items and cleaned them as well. They really do go above and beyond and I don't think I could let somebody tell me otherwise.

I was next door getting my car washed. I walked into the pawnshop and was first, amazed at the awesome customer service and cleanliness of the store, this honestly looks like a jewelry store. As I was browsing, a gentleman by the name of Jonathan greeted me and offered assistance. He then proceeded to show me a Louis Vuitton Purse that I have been searching for a while. He worked a great deal for me. I would most certainly recommend not only the store but Jonathan to anyone who would like to find a great deal, have awesome customer service and very handsome staff!! ❤️

I went into paramount yesterday to buy a laptop and trade mine in and the guys couldn’t be more helpful. Andy was especially knowledgeable about the computers that I was looking at and gave me a great deal for an awesome computer, they really worked with me! Johnathan helped me with the transaction and It was fast and painless (especially with my 2 kids running around) and I had a great conversation through the whole thing. I highly recommend Paramount pawn because they have really high-quality selection of items and also the guys there aren’t too bad to look at either lol

Everyone there is friendly and willing to give you as much info as they can on whatever you might be looking at in the store. Good deals on jewelry if you buy something from them first, then upgrade later. Good selection on electronics and games. They seem to move through some items pretty quick so if you check regularly you might come across some good finds. They also have a nice gun collection, and sometimes you'll find older more collectible firearms, but they still have newer rifles and pistols that mostly are barely used and still in great condition. Whenever I'm out that way I'll always pop in just to browse for a few minutes. Most of the time I end up buying something.

I have been to quite a few pawn shops and this one is by far the most organized and has the best customer service. I had a employee help me and actually educate me on a few new products. Excellent customer service and great deals. I walked in to sell a handgun I had, and walked out with the two I wanted with no cash out of pocket. By far the most professional experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. I highly recommend doing business with them. I will definitely be back for my future needs.

I have done some FFL transfers with Paramount Pawn. Each one has been smooth and the staff have always been friendly and professional. They have some of the best customer service that you will find in any business. I would very much recommend this business based on the multiple positive experiences I have had.

I've bought a handful of firearms here, and taken in as many on inbound transfers. I've always been treated well, and have found gun prices reasonable and appropriate for whatever the current economic and political climate determines. Least expensive inbound transfer fee in the area. Clean and well-kept store. I enjoy coming in every now and then even if I'm not shopping, just to see what grabs my attention..

Loved this place!! Came in super friendly . Andy greeted me right away and asked if I needed anything. I always like to look around first . They have guns they have purses they have laptops, jewelry watches , you name it they got it ended up turning in my gold pendant which I got a great price for . Saw 2 rings I loved and had to get all with the help of Aimee because I'm super indecisive.She's awesome to not pushy at all and helpful and has great patience(You have to with me lol) Loved it fast easy good service was in and out and happy with my purchases. Lots of interesting items and friendly employees. Great Layaway plan too. If you have jewelry you need repaired, they do a beautiful job and the price is more reasonable than most of the places that quoted me for the repair prior. Stop in and check them out.

I was overly pleased with the Paramount Pawn. The sales associate Kristina worked closely with my wife in secret to get me the perfect birthday present. I've been here twice, both times to sell some no longer wanted outdoor gear. Like any smart business they tried to get my items for the lowest possible price, but after some friendly negotiation I felt they treated me fairly both times, can' t ask for more from a pawn shop, I would definitely return.
