The most superb customer service I have ever received, WELL ABOVE PAR. The office was so welcoming I absolutely adore miss Lori and miss Megan. Megan was my loan officer today and was so thorough in explaining all of the terms in the loan and repayment options. I was in and out within thirty minute's being approved for the maximum amount! To top off the day they are currently offering a bonus of $50!! If I could give 10 stars I would. As long as these two ladies are staffed here at InstaLoan of Port Saint Lucie this is where I'll continue my business!!

Fernando was very professional, he acknowledged me as soon as I opened the door made me feel very welcome. He answered all my questions and concerns also he was personable which was nice and rare these days. I would recommend paying him a visit anytime you need a loan. I will definitely be back!

Megan the General manager is the best. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything was explained in very simple terms and she makes me feel comfortable doing business with this company. Not only is Megan an absolute doll, it feels like she saved me twice!! I didn’t want to come here; it’s really scary giving up your title. But she made the process so smooth & reassuring, it was a lot easier than I anticipated. Thru working with her, I was able to pay the loan back quicker than I expected! Decent interest rates & payment plan, would definitely use Instaloan again & refer others to as well. Times are rough these days and there’s not much us regular ppl can do for funds, so it’s really nice a place like this exists to help out in dire times of need.
