Chase Bank Sw Tualatin-sherwood Rd, Sherwood

What happened to this Bank service it has gone down hill! Lack of employees & if you request a large with drawl of your own money they look at you dumb founded,last I checked the funds in the bank belongs to the individual that put the funds there. My wifes been sitting in there waiting for her funds now 20 minutes.

I've banked with Chase ever since this location changed from my former Bank Washington Mutual to its current status as a Chase branch. In terms of the multinational banking entity that is JPMorgan Chase, I will not delve into the depths of my disappointment. With respect to the people at this branch, I have always felt very comfortable visiting here and they have been incredibly helpful and I have always received exceptional service here. Compared with other competing local banking branches their hours of operation have always been good. Really my only complaints have to do with banking policies and practices which are in some cases strictly adhered to regardless of whether or not they make sense. Last but not least they seem to be an excellent choice for local small businesses. Bank of America across the street are the only bank that compares from this standpoint.

AWFUL customer service! Signed up for a new account the employee did not disclose everything with me. I tried several times to contact the branch and get answers, each time got a run around, the branch manager was gone every time I asked for her. Interesting she wont handle issues at her own branch. Used to bank with them for years. I will never go back with the customer service I received.

Its very friendly staff , Especially Dived when i was opened account i was disappointing with chase , but after i saw all services they provide i ended up opening a credit card with chase i highly recommend this branch

I love this location. The tellers are fantastic and make banking amazing.

Chase is a great bank. From starting the Quickpay feature I have loved and use that everyday. I got here to cash checks or to deposit checks. Most of the time it’s not busy at all. Sometimes the staff/employees here are quick meaning they didn’t really spark conversation just did there job and that was it. So I can’t complain on that.

Amazing customer service! Their banker David seriously made my whole week so much better by taking time to help me resolve a situation. Great customer service seems harder to find these days but not here thankfully!

There drive thru ATM seems to never be working.
