I love this place. The gem on the necklace I got came loose soon after I got it and they fixed it for me no problem, no questions asked. The customer service here has always been great, the store is well kept, and I appreciate the steps they've taken for customer safety during this pandemic. The employees here give the store a great, family friendly atmosphere.

These guys have never done me wrong. They give me the best loan offer on my guns. And because I'm a repeat customer and always pay back my loans early they increased my loan amount. These guys do everything by the book. They're very friendly and professional. I have zero complaints.

I have been a customer of All That Glitters for many years and have found them to be friendly and professional. I have known Penny, Shana, Jodi, and Rudy for several years and they have always treated me with kindness and respect. I enjoy going there because I get super deals on jewelry and dvds. Their store is always spotless inside and out. I like that they do jewelry repairs on site and the goldsmith is right there if you want to talk to him. I appreciate that they remember who I am even when I haven't been in for a few months. I like this store and these people!

Really great experience with these guys and gals. Their store is incredibly organized and the ladies behind the displays were trying to be helpful and work with me. It’s good to feel like your not gonna get ripped off. Most shops are dirty and unorganized, not here!

This was my first visit ever to a pawn shop. Short of the craziness you see on TV, as a 55 yr old man I was actually nervous not to mention very embarrassed. I was selling a Rolex watch. Well I met Shana the manager and Melody. They put me at ease and made me an offer on the watch. Not quite what I thought but better than the horrible experience at the other place. I have been in sales management for nearly 20 years. I would hire these 2 in a second.

I have been going to this business for over 30 years and they tell me I am one of their best customers. They are fair and honest and if you want to purchase an item, you will always get a great price. I have had many items appraised and they appraise for 3-4 times what I spent. Penny runs a funs staff and I would recommend this pawn shop over all others in the area!

My first time visiting this location, I've had some 'differences' with staff at other locations. But this place was great. The woman with blonde hair at night was super helpful. I'd come in like 20 mins before close but they were still more than willing to take their time with me, answering questions and whatnot. Got a killer deal on a BersaPro. Thanks.👍

Terrible experience is an understatement. Looked to get a loan on my Sig P320. Got my firearm priced at Northwest armory and Cabelas and they both said my gun with its accessories and condition was work $650! “All That Glitter” wouldn’t give me more the $200 dollar loan on my firearm and proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me 136% in interest. They told me they were selling my firearm for $389, but after looking in their hand gun case, they only had one in there at that price and it was in terrible condition with absolutely no accessories and it wasn’t even a full sized version! I own and run a business myself and understand their in the business of making money, but only giving you 30% of your collaterals worth and then charging you a 136% interest rate is just bad business no matter how you slice it. Go to other pawn shops you’ll get a more fair deal.

Great experience at Tigard ATG. Saw something I wanted off one of their online posts on a different site, called them and asked them to hold it for me for a day. They were more than happy to do that for me. Once I got to the store I received great service and bought the item I wanted at a good price. Highly recommend this shop!

This place is AMAZING. I was expecting to pay at least 300 for a ring with my birth stone and was pleasantly surprised when Shana cut me a deal and only had to spend 100 on something that I absolutely adore. Melody was great at explaining things and helping me understand more about my jewelry. The guy was very funny and humored me in my questions about the Xbox stuff.

The female manager was terrible at customer service. She took away the computer mouse from another staff member helping me after 1 minute of searching my name on a piece of jewelry I spent 700 dollars on. I recommend not coming here if your looking for good service.

I have to say it saddens me to know that "All That Glitters" in Tigard, Oregon fails at being able to provide productive customer service. I have been a customer of "All That Glitters" for many years, but never had been to the Tigard store until just before the pandemic. The manager there didn't provide me with the proper receipt and over charged me. I thought I was being charged too and questioned it, but the manager got irritated that I had the nerve to ask such a thing since she was extending "All That Glitters" service until June 1st because of the pandemic. Now I'm home and found my original ticket, and I was overcharged. I counted fees, lost ticket fines, criminal history fees and still was charged over the amount I owed. I love "All That Glitters" on 122nd and Division. I will never go back to the Tigard store. Just to let people know I bought my wedding ring at "All That Glitters", 3 other rings, my gun, my husband's 2 guns and brought my mother into the 122nd store as a customer and NEVER was treated as badly as I was today. I'm sad that this happened because I love "All That Glitters." IF YOU GO TO "ALL THAT GLITTERS", GO TO THE ONE 122ND AND DIVISION!!!!! I would like a refund but when I questioned her about the loan amount she told me I couldnt return back to the store. I did nothing wrong but question her about the original loan amount. The manager failed at having integrity, and then told me I couldn't return. PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAMERAS TO SEE MY DEMEANOR AND BODY LANGUAGE. I have both receipts to show you.

The staff here are very professional and they provide customer service that is unmatched by others in the pawn business. I came in there when I was strapped for cash and falling behind on my car payment only to have Gary come in and offer me about 30% more than what I was expecting to get for a short term loan, and by doing so, saving me from having to give up my car to a repossession. I would recommend this location to anyone who needed a short term loan or for anyone looking to get a great deal on a huge variety of products. Thank you All That Glitters! You're a life saver!

I just purchased a 22 rifle from Melody and Gary at the all that glitters Tigard store and they were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was awesome doing business with them! They have a great selection of jewlery, guns, blue rays and many other items! it's a really nice clean store. CHECK IT OUT! And as a side note my husband bought my engagement ring at the all that glitters on 82nd 16 years ago! :) we love these stores! :)

Top Notch.. Very nice atmosphere. We stopped in for a quick loan to pay a bill... We forgot to bring the charger for the pawn... We ran out as fast as we could and back literally got back right on the hour and they had already locked the door.... BUT he did let us in despite the fact technically he was closed for the day..... Then out the door we were all in a matter of 8mins or less....our first Pawn.... Absolutely will be the go to pawn man here in Portland.
