They deserve zero stars and should not be in business. Why are they still allowed to purchase mortgages? I paid my homeowners insurance in November 2021. They have been collecting escrow based on a $7000+ homeowners insurance when they have not paid nor do they need to since I paid! I have begged them to stop since December. They continue. They say they need time to look at the escrows. Really?? They received my homeowners insurance payment receipt in December. I sent them a letter in December to stop making any mortgage payments! December to April has not been enough time to adjust my escrows to reflect they should not be collecting $7000+ in insurance escrow???? They have been stealing from me! They bought my mortgage in November. I purchased insurance in December for the 2022 year. Another class action lawsuit may get their attention.

Simply horrible to deal with, loan was sold last fall while my mortgage was on forbearance, been going through loss mitigation past 3 months , now they need me to pay 3k upfront (for escrow) to start my 6 month probation time. Yeah most people have extra 3k laying around . They won’t work with ya at all period , Thanks Mr Cooper for selling my loan … annoyed 😠

Gregory Funding is the worst! I was in forbearance and the representatives told me they could foreclose if I didn’t come up with a balloon payment! Total nightmare! Hours on hold! They Refuse d to pay my homeowners insurance so they could purchase their own insurance, my escrow is way over the amount their allowed to hold hostage! Please don’t deal with this company! If you even say anything in frustration the representatives will hang up on you! I cried so many tears over the anger and fear over almost loosing my home!

I keep getting charged late fees every month even though I have done my best to get them paid on the 3rfd when I get my disabilitly checks. They bought my loan from Loancare which was closer & NEVER had this issue

I was trying to get them to pay my mother's tax bill through her escrow account. I waited on hold for 35 minutes. The woman yold me 5 times she couldn't do that because I wasn't an authorized third party. She said i needed to fill out a special form. I asked her to email it, but she said that she wasn't able to. She told me how to find it online and print it out and that I could email it back to her filled out. How can they refuse to email a blank form but accept one back? This place is hard to work with.

Gregory Funding LLC are a bunch of criminals! Between the call center having a 2 hour wait, zero call backs, website is useless, billing system always down. Their system is constantly down, and they will blame you for this and don't think they will take any responsibility. Customer service reps will not help you and will not transfer you to anyone who will. you are just screwed if you are unlucky enough to have your mortgage bought by these idiots. CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? seriously, anyone want to start a class action suit against these guys, I am looking into it.....

Extremely difficult company to work with. They won't let me escrow my home owner's insurance payments for some reason, only my property taxes. Their website is very primitive and barebones, you can't contact them in any form online. You have to call them and they have extremely long hold times, often two hours or more. They rarely respond to anything sent to them via USPS as well, even when you request that they contact you via mail. I strongly encourage you to avoid this company if you can.

These guys are by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Be prepared to receive different information from each representative you speak too. Have sent all documents they need and they still won't give me any information on the account. Oh and also be prepared for the employee's to just hang up on you because of their incompetence. No reason these guys have been sued multiple times!!!

It amazes me how a company like this can remain in business. My mortgage was sold to these scammers and I received a letter indicating that they would no longer pay my homeowners insurance through escrow. After holding for almost an hour, customer service just says they no longer offer this service! This company is disgusting!

I haven't received help from this company since they switched my account and its all ways a 50 minute or more wait to speak with someone, they don't help you with anything when you do get someone on the phone. I'm very frustrated at this point and want to pick a new loan company anyone know how I can do that?
