Chase Bank Deauville Dr, Orlando

On Wed. I set up an appointment online to see a banker at this location. I wanted to open a LLC business account. It should be noted that I already have a business account here as a sole proprietor. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. The security guard escorted me in a vacant office to be seated. I did not realize that the computer was supposed to have provided a banker's name which it didn't. I set there for 30 mins. and not one person asked if I needed help. A young lady passed by me and I stop and informed her that I had an appointment. Because I did not have a name I was asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I personally thought this was rediculous. There were several bankers there and only one customer in an office. Since I was already there, why would I have to make another appointment? As a result, I left feeling as if though I was not provided good customer service. I will never walk into this branch again. It is my opinon that this branch is poorly supervised.

After driving 7 miles and 38 from a closed down branch on John young i came to this location to find 2 lines wrapped around the building with only 3 tellers working on Friday afternoon! Well long story short my teller was the branch manager name Kendell, he was very disrespectful when explaining why i had To go to another bank to cash my payroll when I’m a chase customer

This bank should be closed down !!!!!! My savings account with money in it was closed without notice. Their debit cards seem like it’s printed on paper it barely works. And at this location in particular no customer service the workers move like molasses have attitudes like there ready for you to just get out of their face I am a customer if I walk into in office Smile sometimes and offer service not tell me to schedule an appointment on an urgent matter and I waited in the office!!after waiting 20 minutes with no proper greeting or answers I walked out very soon I will be closing this account and not to mention it was a clerk available but didn’t bother to assist anyone

There is only one teller working there, may be for both inside and drive through? Dont go to this branch unless you want to wait 30 mins there. Horrible customer service!

disappointed in the service just way to many too list especially with there customer service team for Chase help desk. Regretting taking my time to open account and will be closing.

Do not recommend. Employee was not very knowledgeable when it came to opening an IRA account. He also did not inform me that I had to open the account and wait for an approval before being able to deposit the check. He scheduled an appointment for me to come in, only to watch me open the account on my phone , and then tell me I had to wait. Had I known it needed an approval I could have saved the time and gas , opened it myself and then went it to do deposit. Again, he was not very knowledgeable.

Inside they had 3 ATMs instead of tellers. When I asked why they said their system was down today. I had to wait in line in front of people with their cameras on me that said, I'm just waiting for someone, go ahead. Then they left when I said I would wait. Weird. People were complaining that the system wasn't working right and a young girl would come out and try to explain why they weren't working. I will never go here again unless I have to.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any chase! Each person that assisted me was welcoming, kind and professional and unlike many other chase banks ive been to the had people ready and available to assist clients so no one would feel lost which is really appreciated!!

Kim and the entire team at Chase Bank are always...so very pleasant...this includes the Management as well. They are always friendly, professional, and courteous.

Went last week to get some money out from the teller. 4 people in the front but only 1 was actually taking people. The other 3 are just taking. When there is 6-7 people waiting in line.
